Was für ein großartiges Hotel! Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung im ganzen Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Old-Town Hanoi in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hồ Hoàn Kiếm See und dem Wasserpuppen-Theater. Tolles Frühstück – sehr reichhaltig. Ganz besonders erwähnen möchte ich das Personal. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und immer hilfsbereit! Ich möchte an dieser Stelle diesen Menschen noch einmal recht herzlich danken! Ich werde in absehbarer Zeit wieder nach Hanoi kommen. Da steht die Wahl des Hotels außer Frage – Ja Cosmo Hotel & Spa. DANKE für alles – liebes Hotel-Team!

We loved the hotel, the beautiful location, and especially the wonderful staff. We are a family of two adults and four children, and we were very happy with our spacious, comfortable, and convenient room. We had a great stay and truly enjoyed our time here!

The facilities are a little dated, but this did not affect our stay in Hanoi at all.

לא דומה לתמונות בכלל , מאוד פשוט לא אהבנו לא היה מזמין במיוחד מזל שזה היה לילה אחד

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr gut gelegen und man konnte viele Sachen fußläufig erreichen. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und haben gutes Englisch gesprochen. Alle Ausstattungsmerkmale des Zimmers waren wie beschrieben

Die Ordnung im Treppenhaus, das man aber nicht zwingend benutzen musste, da es einen Fahrstuhl gab.

A very cosy hotel close to the lake with an excellent staff and a very good breakfast!

We came as a family of two adults and four children and stayed in one large room. There was enough space for everyone, and we were very comfortable. The hotel staff were wonderful, from the moment we were welcomed at reception to the breakfast team, who listened to all of our needs and those of our children and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent, and it really enhanced our experience of staying in Hanoi.

The hotel facilities are a little outdated.

This is the 2nd time staying here. Very convenient location, the room was spacious, bed was nice and comfortable. Most of all the staff are super friendly and helpful, particularly Miss Vi and Mr Hieu who had helped us resolved the Halong tour issues so professionally, they also recommended many places for good authentic food which made our Hanoi experience even more memorable.

Vivian and all other staff are great, exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Thank you! The location is perfect to start and getting around the touristy areas in Hanoi yet not right in the middle of the melting pot. With closed window the room was very quiet.

Unfortunately, the place itself does not reflect what is shown in the pictures at booking.com. Though our room was spacious the place appears a bit run down and outdated and definitely has seen better days. In our opinion the hotel needs some renovation and touch ups to meet 4 star expectations.

WiFi da migliorare, nella mia camera non andava quasi mai, aria condizionata un po datata con telecomando che non funzionava bene, inoltre in camera mia c’era un buco nel muro del bagno, ma comunque nulla di speciale, tutto sommato è andata più che bene

Perfect hotel for exploring Hanoi. Great location for access to the Old Quarter but location was quiet. Staff were friendly and attentive. Bed was super comfy

Очень классный персонал, отзывчивый, все без исключения. Отель находится в центре, близко ко всему. Чистые и просторные номера. Желаю каждому отелю иметь таких работников.

המלון היה בסדר. לא 4 כוכבים. דיי קטן. החדרים נקיים, אבל דיי מיושן ולא חדש. לא נראה כמו בתמונות. הצווץ מחמד ואדיב. ארוחת בוקר סבירה ופשוטה.

קטן. סביר בלבד. מיושן קצת. התמונות והביקורות בבוקינג לא משקפות בכלל את המציאות וחבל. לא הצלחנו לכבות את האור בלילה מרב שזה היה מבלבל.

Great location and the staff were excellent

There was some trouble when we had arranged airport pickup and the cleaning services start really early but the staff made up for it.

Clean and comfort

The driver who took us to the airport threw our luggage until it fell. The driver was very unfriendly and behaved rudely.

Tuvimos la suerte que nos hicieron un upgrade a la suite del piso 11! Habitación inmensa, muy bonita, con vistas, baño enorme! El desayuno buffet muy completo, con opciones de huevos que te hacen al momento. Personal muy amable!

I had a fantastic stay at JA Cosmo Hotel and Spa. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

La falta de mantenimiento de ciertos detalles del hotel, como el moho en las juntas del baño(que se arregla con lejía) o la falta de limpieza del suelo en los espacios comunes

Die Lage ist gut und es war wirklich sauber. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen :)

Dos hechos puntuales. La primera se filtra un mal olor a comida del desayuno por el AC a eso de las 6am. Lo segundo la cama es durísima , había un palo en medio que ni dejaba disfrutar y lo otro no tiene la misma instalaciones a la fotos que muestran en la reserva,

The staff at this hotel was very friendly, welcoming, and cooperative throughout my stay. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around the area. However, this is a smaller hotel, and the photos displayed online do not accurately reflect the size of the rooms. The pictures make the property appear much larger than it actually is, while the rooms are relatively small in reality. One positive feature is the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus and added value to the stay. Overall, I would consider this an average hotel. While the staff and location were great, the room size and misleading photos made the experience less impressive than expected.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – The most amazing stay! We absolutely loved our stay at Tam Coc Aurora Valley and couldn’t recommend it more! It’s a beautiful family-run homestay, and from the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind, welcoming and genuinely happy to help. The little touches made our stay extra special. When it rained, they gave us umbrellas and even sandals to wear while our shoes were wet. After we checked out, they were more than happy for us to stay at the property and use the showers whenever we needed, which was so appreciated. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable, with plenty of extra towels and water provided. The pool and gardens are absolutely gorgeous and such a peaceful place to relax. What really makes this place special is the family and staff. Their hospitality was incredible, and they made us feel so welcome throughout our entire stay. We would 100% recommend Tam Coc Aurora Valley to anyone visiting the area — perfect for couples, families or anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing place with wonderful hosts. We loved it so much and would definitely stay again! ❤️

We felt like the room that was advertised online wasn’t really the room we expected. The room was super small. The pictures online were taken in a way that made the room look bigger but in reality it was very small. We initially planned to stay longer in the hotel but they didn’t have any availabilities. After our 1 night, they had people cancel so they had availabilities but we didn’t want to stay longer because room price vs. value, it was best to move to a new hotel which was 35% lower and bigger room. Around the Same location as well.

We were surprised when we got to the hotel that the picture on the booking.com is not anywhere near the real hotels state. The lobby was the first let down, followed by the bedroom which had dirty viole,the bathroom had three different types of tiles,towels not white but off white. No bedside tables next the bed .The place has outdated furniture and could do with repairs in some places. So much happening and the most important things missing . WiFi so poor . Nothing worked for us besides their amazing staff

Colazione: niente muffin o simili, brioches posse, nulla di dolce. Saletta per la colazione strettissima. Stanza da letto “deluxe” piccola e senza spazio per i vestiti ed un comodino solo su un lato del letto. Zero posto per le valigie. Condizionatore rumoroso e gocciolante. Vasca da bagno instabile. Odore di cibo bruciato già alle 5 di mattina, malgrado fossimo al 7 piano. Visto il punteggio, ci aspettavamo molto di meglio

The room is really spacious

The hotel is quite small, and the location can be a little inconvenient and noisy. Unfortunately, the property is not very clean and feels somewhat old and run-down, so it could benefit from better maintenance and cleanliness. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful, friendly, and cooperative, and we really appreciated their assistance during our stay.

Très bon accueil. Gentillesse et prévenance de tout le personnel tout au long du séjour. Hôtel Très bien situé au cœur d' Hanoï. Chambres confortables propres et calmes.

All the staffs are very sincere and willing to help guests with their questions, they speak excellent English. Located at the street corner in vibrant old quarter , Hoan Kiem lake is just 5 minutes away by walking. My room is very spacious, with all amenities, clean and tidy , bed and pillows are comfortable! air conditioner also works well; having said that, the out-dated bath tub still needs renovation , which they are working on. Breakfast served very early at 6:30AM, plenty of choices , many menu items could be ordered, which is specifically generous!

The hotel was very well kept and clean, and beds very comfortable. Staff were all very attentive and were able to help with any queries straight away. Location was great and within walking distance from many restaurants.

The breakfast room was a little small and overcrowded considering the size of the hotel, although we didn't have to wait too long to be seated. Buffet could have done with a little more variety, but you were able to order eggs / pancakes which was great.
