We had a great stay here, ideal location 2min walk to the lake. Very solid breakfast and most of all staff was very welcoming and helpful !

Rooms were a bit outdated and stuffy, ours had some discolouration on the ceiling. Not sure if it was mold or what. Could do with some dusting or cleaning of the air con vents as the room didn't feel properly ventilated. Also the restaurant upstairs for the buffet is average and it felt very warm upstairs as well.

The hotel and the staff were really nice, the location is perfect nearby everything. The team was very friendly and so kind, Especially Lin who took care of us during our trip in Hanoi !

The Buffet breakfast can be improved in terms of selection, food quality and service.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία και πολύ κοντά στα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος σε απόσταση 5-10 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό.

La luce naturale è carente. La struttura è molto calda e il condizionatore si spegne quando si esce dalla stanza, quindi al rientro ci vuole un po' di tempo prima che raffreddi la camera.

The hotel seems a bit cramped, but the cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff was absolutely amazing. They were super helpful right from Check in to Check out. They gave a list of nearby places to visit which was helpful. The room was good as well.

The breakfast buffet was good. We had much better food and spread at other hotels in similar costs.

Location is excellent, although it means it's always chaotic and noisy outside.

Don't let the photos fool you, it's a rather old hotel/building in CBD (renovated). No complementary bottle water and nowhere to freely refill your own bottle, which is very odd.

The location was perfect. It’s near the shops, restaurants, and sites you’d want to visit. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Jessica even arranged a surprise for my wife since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. She set up the flower bouquet, balloons, wine, fruit platter, and candles. That is super special.

They can improve on the cleanliness and details of the room. Details like the painting, the general upkeep of the rooms and common areas, especially the restaurant.

Everything was amazing! The stay was comfortable and the staff was very sweet. Rosie was the absolute best, she was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Jessica, who looked after us from the very beginning and was always available whenever we needed anything. What impressed us most was that even after we had checked out, she continued to check in on us and ask how the rest of our trip was going. That level of care and attention really made a difference. The hotel is in a great location in the French Quarter, with shops, local markets and plenty of places to explore just around the corner. The hotel itself has a lovely, charming design, and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also quite complete, with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, a lovely hotel with a great location and, above all, genuinely wonderful staff. We would happily stay here again!

Un service de qualité pour un hôtel situé au plein cœur du vieux Hanoï, à deux pas du lac Hoam Kiem. La literie et le petit déjeuner sont exceptionnels !

The staff at reception were so helpful. They arranged a taxi to pick me up at the airport for a very reasonable price, organized a trip to Ninh Binh for the next morning, and recommended some great places for food and coffee. The room and bathroom were clean, beautiful, and spacious. The breakfast buffet was really good, with bread, eggs, sausages, salads,.. and lots of fresh fruit. On top of that, there was a complimentary à la carte menu. The hotel is also perfectly located for exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

La atención de su personal, en especial la de Rosie, un 10. Ayudan mucho a organizar excursiones, son geniales, muy atentos. La ubicación es perfecta, estás en pleno centro, a pocos metros de lugares emblemáticos, buenos restaurantes y reconocidas cafeterías.

Top position in Old quarter nearby the main point of interest. Super friendly and helpful staff, very nice breakfast with good variety. Comfy beds and bigger toilets compared to some other hotels. Definetely recommended. Excellent price for value.

Het personeel was erg aardig en ontzettend behulpzaam. De locatie is perfect.

Het is niet heel schoon. We attendeerde het personeel op een dood insect in het trappenhuis. De volgende twee dagen dat we er liepen lag het er nog steeds.

This hotel was very convenient as we were there only 1 night stop over then onto Bus to Ninh bin. Breakfast included and was delicious.

Central location made it easy to explore the Old Quarter and nearby spots on foot. Room was clean and comfortable. After a couple of early hiccups, staff became more attentive and resolved issues quickly (including waiving a towel charge once I showed it could be cleaned). Overall a convenient base for a short city-centre stay.

4% card fee on transactions, chargeable bottled water, and the Eggs Benedict at breakfast was underwhelming. The initial face-towel incident (being asked to pay $10 for mascara marks) felt overly confrontational at first, though it was sorted quickly. Photos are a bit more flattering than the actual experience.

Great location, short walk into either Old Quarter or French Quarter Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rosie, Jessica and Mia at reception were very friendly and great to chat with giving local advice if you need. Highly recommend this stay.

Breakfast was included which was great but it was not very exciting food.

The pictures are obviously AI. I knew it while booking but I thought that reviews are so good so it shouldn't matter... but the place smells like mold. It was disturbing. It makes the hotel not good value for the money paid.

Le personnel et l’emplacement. Hôtel bien décoré et très propre bon rapport qualité prix! Une mention spéciale à Mrs Roise, qui nous a également proposé d’organiser deux excursions à la baie de halong et à la cascade Ban Gioc. Très À l’écoute disponible pendant toute la durée de nos excursions une vraie perle. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Accès à pieds au marché de nuit, en grab ou à moto pour le train street et les sites principaux à visiter. Découvrir le vieux Hanoï avec un accompagnement pareil on ne peut rêver mieux pour une première. Petit dej et repas au top également. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !
