Alex Villas Complex N5

The location only, two big new TVs and the apartment space.

The equipment of the restrooms, the smell of the restrooms entrance of the building and the view.

Good fast service

The villa itself is quite modern and nice. It’s a shame about the staff.

Management and staff were rude. Not nice at all. Degrading and started yelling at me

Staff was very friendly. Set up is good in the villas.

Run down, odour in toilets was not good. Needs some touch ups in terms of maintenance especially.

Nothing other than good service from the security guard.

The worst Bali / Canggu Villa experience. I checked out after 12 hours. The greatest downfall was extremely loud construction work 2meters from the room, starting from 7am and jackhammers until nightfall. I couldn’t work or take calls. The check-in process was awful, poor service from reception very unpleasant and many people sitting on floor nearby. I didn’t ask for a refund but politely asked to move to a quieter area as there were availabilities online. I was told the system was down and therefore could not relocate or cancel my booking and could not get my money back so that’s when I left. After which for the next 2 days the reception staff kept antagonising me via Watsapp to the point where I had to block the number. Additionally the pool bar closes at 4pm with hardly any seats available, breakfast was average with poor service, Alexa voice controls did not work, shower leaked onto the rest of the bathroom, the plunge pool and area is too small and noisy neighbours. If you have young children do not bring them as this place is a safety hazard with no railing over edges.

Noise was brutal. Every morning woken up to construction around 6am. Worked late some nights too till 12am. Asked staff if there was any other apartments available further away from the noise but they were no help.

The location was good and the room had a balcony overlooking a stream and gardens. There was a bathroom as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen facilities were pretty good.

There was an insect infestation between the ensuite bathroom and bedroom on at least 2 occasions during our stay. Whilst the team did a great job cleaning it up, I would have expected them to find the source and tried to seal the area off.

Nice and modern, close to a lot of things

Breakfast options not great Too many bugs

We had a great stay at Alex Villas in Canggu. The townhouse was very spacious, modern, and always clean. We especially loved the stylish design and the relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We felt welcome from the very beginning. Great location in Canggu, beautiful accommodation, and definitely highly recommended. We would absolutely come back again!

The only negative point was the pricing at the pool area. The prices shown on the menu did not match the final bill. You order based on the menu price, but end up paying a higher amount. When we asked about it, we were only told that different prices were stored in the system. The Team at the Pool wasn’t really supportive in this case. We would suggest to eat at the pool area.

Always a pleasant stay here at Alex villas. Very accommodating

Always a pleasant stay

Close to everything

The room smelt like moist. Like it was wet. Bathroom did not drain properly

Super modern facilities and friendly service. The villa was very well designed and aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend

The stuff is friendly

Elevator not working 10 days 4 floor Roof is broken Water in the closet Dirty Construction on the side For such money over expensive for this No towels you have to ask 5 times to bring towels every time even after cleaning they don’t replace towels

Location, staff, design..

Nothing

Dirty and in very bad condition apartment. Giant cockroaches on the all territory pf the complex and in apartment also. Strong Smell of the naphthalene. Management that did nothing.

cool design and very friendly staff

some smells from the pipe

Location wise is perfect. Bed & duvet covers comfortable. Feels like home. The staff were very helpful. Security sending your food to the room everytime I orders something from grab.

Few things are broken in the room. Such as toilet flush. But it doesn’t really affecting how it work so that’s alright.

Best villa I’ve stayed in was super nice and staff were very comforting and friendly and also helpful!

The staff were so kind, in a really great location in Berawa and the facilities were amazing.

Gar nichts!

Good location, close to beach clubs. The room was in good condition.

We were woken abruptly after midnight when an unknown man entered our room by mistake. Despite having locked the door from the inside, he was still able to open it. The incident caused a significant amount of shock and distress, and we felt unsafe for the remainder of the night. To their credit, management responded promptly and professionally once informed. They acknowledged the seriousness of the situation, initiated an investigation into the door lock system, and later granted us a complimentary late check-out as a gesture of goodwill, which we appreciated. However, the incident itself raises serious concerns about the reliability of the door locking mechanism, particularly as the system verbally indicated that the door was securely locked when it was not. This represents a safety risk that should be addressed urgently to ensure the security of all guests.

The loft we got was a very cool set up. They made it really fun with cool lights and a net to lay on

We stayed for 10 days and found it somewhat bare for being a villa type of accommodation. There is no hand towels for use at all for hand washing or anything. We did have towels but it does get quite hard if you have guests or anything. And our shower was very very light pressure. They did change the shower head for us but I think the need to check the hard water. As I said we stayed 10 days so washing your hair was almost impossible.

its sooo comfortable, great for remote working. the staff is very kind. my favourite accommodation in Bali.

Nothing

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Villa Complex – European-Level Organization in Bali I was genuinely very impressed by the Alex Villa Complex. The level of organization and structure is something you normally expect in Europe, not in Bali. For Indonesian standards, this is absolute top level. The villa was cleaned every single morning, including fresh bed linen changes, and not just superficially — the cleaning was thorough and very professional. You can clearly feel that everything is well managed and well organized. A special highlight is the security team. Extremely professional, attentive, and reliable. No matter what you order — food deliveries, drivers, or any service — security personally escorts every driver all the way to the villa. This creates a very strong sense of safety, privacy, and comfort, which is not common in Bali. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, security, service, and organization is outstanding. I honestly did not expect this level in Bali and was pleasantly surprised. 👉 Highly recommended. If you are looking for a villa in Bali with structure, safety, and European standards, this is the right place. I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr gute Lage und wunderschöne Wohnung!

My experience staying at this property was amazing. Great value for money and the staff went above and beyond for me during my stay. Even did something nice for my birthday. The staff are friendly and amazing. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Bali.

Good staff and good security

The villa is spacious — perfect for the four of us who stayed there. It’s really great for families. The amenities are on point, the bedroom is super comfortable, the pool is great, and the privacy is excellent. Oh, and the staff were super nice and helpful. Definitely will stay here again!

This place was such a vibe!! Super clean, modern, and cozy, like straight out of Pinterest. The balcony and jacuzzi? Unreal. Perfect spot to chill and pretend you’re living your best life 😂 The staff were absolute gems, so kind and helpful. Honestly didn’t wanna leave. 11/10 would stay again 💕✨

Good location

Not a vibe at all! Bad maintenance of the villa Toilets system blocked Towels grey
