Helt vildt godt personale og virkelig et flot hotel. Især de to receptionister Mahmoud og Yassine gjorde et fantastisk arbejde, og sørgede for vores bryllupsrejse var helt unik.

Das Personal war wirklich außergewöhnlich nett und aufmerksam. Die gesamte Anlage liegt direkt am Meer und bietet wunderschöne Liegen und bequeme Strandbetten – einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir waren jeden Tag im Fitnessstudio. Es ist sehr groß und verfügt über eine tolle Auswahl an Geräten, sodass wirklich für jeden etwas dabei ist. Auch die Zeit am Pool war wunderbar entspannt und hat zum Abschalten eingeladen. Mit dem Taxi kamen wir jederzeit problemlos und schnell in die Stadt. Wir waren einmal zum Frühstück und einmal zum Abendessen – beides war traumhaft! Für uns hat das vollkommen ausgereicht, um es auszuprobieren. Alles in allem war die gesamte Anlage einfach traumhaft. Vor allem das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa. C’est un très bel hôtel, avec un cadre magnifique et une atmosphère particulièrement reposante. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé durant notre séjour. Le personnel est attentionné, disponible et vraiment à l’écoute des clients, ce qui contribue énormément à la qualité de l’expérience. Une mention toute particulière pour la restauration, et notamment le buffet marocain, qui était tout simplement exceptionnel. Beaucoup de choix, de très bons produits et de belles saveurs marocaines. C’était vraiment l’un des points forts de notre séjour. Le seul petit point négatif concerne l’insonorisation des chambres, qui pourrait être améliorée, car certains bruits peuvent parfois être entendus. Cela reste néanmoins un détail par rapport à la qualité générale de l’établissement. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre passage au Sofitel Agadir Thalassa et nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir. Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Le seul point à améliorer concerne l’accès aux espaces réservés aux résidents. Les clients extérieurs des restaurants peuvent parfois circuler jusque dans les couloirs des chambres. Un accès à ces espaces uniquement avec la carte de chambre permettrait de préserver davantage l’intimité, la tranquillité et la sécurité des résidents.

Their service ruined our honeymoon

We had a very disappointing and distressing experience at this hotel, especially considering the price we paid and the standard we expected. After completing our check-in and paying for our room through the booking platform, everything seemed smooth at first. However, when we returned from dinner, around midnight, we discovered that someone had entered our room and removed a couple of items without asking for our permission, calling us, or informing us beforehand or afterward. The situation immediately caused panic. Our luggage was already packed because we had a flight early the next morning, and we started questioning whether other belongings were missing. The feeling of having someone enter our room and remove items without our knowledge was extremely unsettling. We immediately contacted reception because we wanted a simple and immediate explanation and solution. Instead, the response was incredibly indifferent. We were told that it was “normal” for hotel staff to enter a guest’s room and take things back without informing the guest. The reception agent, Nassim, was particularly rude and provocative during the phone call. My partner called back after witnessing how the situation was handled, and Nassim hung up on him while he was about to speak. My partner then asked to speak to a manager. We were told that there was no manager available. Yet, shortly afterward, I personally saw the same person in the corridor, speaking to someone on the phone. At every step, it felt as though we were being blocked from reaching someone who could actually take responsibility for the situation and provide an immediate solution. We went down to reception ourselves. Within less than three minutes, Nassim had disappeared, and we were told that his shift had ended. The other agent, Ayman, instead of properly addressing the situation, apologizing, or trying to find a solution, seemed more concerned with defending his colleague.

El diseño del hotel y todo alrededor es una maravilla. De día de noche es súper bonito! El trato , recibimiento con te y pastelitos muy agradable. Todo el personal demasiado para mencionar han sido excelentes el conciërge la recepción los chicos de las piscinas y camareros siempre con una sonrisa y amables !

No hay nada qué no me gusto . Una sugerencia , agua gratis a lado de la piscina . Eran muy generosos con agua de cortesía en la habitación!

Nous avons passé quelques jours merveilleux en couple. L’équipe a été aux petits soins du début à la fin, la chambre était propre, calme et très confortable, et le petit-déjeuner a été un vrai plaisir chaque matin. L’emplacement permet de tout faire à pied. Un immense merci pour cet accueil, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

J'ai réservé le séjour par booking avec le petit déjeuner, malheureusement sur place on m'a dit que je dois payer pour avoir le petit déjeuner.en plus après mon retour et après avoir tout réglé on m'a téléphoné pour me demander d'autres frais.

Spa et Thalassa, 2 piscines dont une chauffée, 3 restaurants l’ensemble en bord de plage avec espace privé, de quoi passer un agréable séjour. Souk, Medina et accès a la Kasbah possible à pied pour les marcheurs, sinon les taxis sont à la porte de l’hôtel. Personnel au top et à votre écoute. Un grand merci à l’équipe du MARKET (restaurant) pour sa sympathie et ses attentions. Egalement pour l’ensemble du personnel qui met un service et une prestation élevée en rapport de certains Sofitel de France. ❤️❤️❤️

Rien des notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas faite inadmissible ! Environnement austère nous avons visité le jardin avec les piscines qui donnent sur la plage, piscine agréable, calme, il y avait de la place pour les transats bien ensoleillé, jardin, entretenue

La chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre deux heures. De plus Il a été pour eux Impossible de nous donner deux chambres côte à côte alors que nous étions avec des mineurs. Ce qui est précisé dans notre réservation, l’âge de chaque enfant On nous a proposé une chambre pour nos enfants à l’autre côté du bâtiment ce qui est inacceptable et dangereux !! Les canapés de la chambre qui et une suite était tachée !! Nous avons choisi de quitter les lieux !!

L'emplacement, personnel souriant et disponible. Belles vue sur l'océan depuis la chambre. Dommage que la plage ne soit pas totalement privée.

Les wc extérieurs, notamment ceux de la piscine ne sont pas très propres, pas à la hauteur d'un 5*. Le nombre de parasols est insuffisant. Les tarifs sont élevés au regard de la qualité de la restauration.

The facilities and beach was very close. Ghizlane and Mahmoud at reception were very good. As I was waiting to check in most of the staff felt they were too important to see me. Only Mahmoud came over to ask me how I was and then called Ghizlane to check me in. Also Hicham was polite. These three members of staff are a credit to Sofitel.

The service. I was waiting for a pot of tea for nearly 30 minutes. I spoke to 2 staff and they disappeared and never came back. I arrived 20 minutes before check in. I didn't check in till 430pm. Most of the staff totally ignored me.

Le staff the la plage et malpoli, on a demandé 6 fois un parasol pour mon partenaire qui a eu des coup de soleil et ne supporte pas le soleil, ça a pris 1h30 pour en avoir 1, ensuite je me suis endormi à un moment sur la plage sur un des bed, j’avais demandé un parasol pareil très très long attente. Je me suis endormi et sans me demander pendant que je dormais ma retirer le parasol et j’ai attrapé une insolation à cause du soleil, mon partenaire avait demandé a la personne qui a pris le parasol pourquoi ils avais bouger le parasol il m’a remis la faute en disant que j’en voulais plus alors que je dormais et justement voulait garder le parasol pourquoi ils avais la journée. On a eu une bonne expérience mais je trouve que en étant des jeunes on a pas reçu un service acceptable.

J’ai passé un super séjour au sein de cet établissement, je recommande fortement autant l’accueil, le service de qualité vraiment c’est un hôtel qui mérite d’être connu.

La piscine, l'accès direct a la Mer, les petites attentions des femmes de chambre.

Les indications manquantes. Peux de signalétique pour indiquer les toilettes par exemple. Niveau conciergerie peu ou pas de propositions d'excursions, c'est dommage. Le restaurant le market, aucune indications, pas de carte disponible, on ne s'est rendu compte qu'il était ouvert que le dernier soir... Pareil pour les crêpes au bord de la piscine qui était succulentes mais il aurait fallu le savoir... Idem pour passer commande, beaucoup de personnel passe sans même nous voir, en mettant en place un code qr par emplacement ce serait plus simple de commander et cela faciliterait le travail du personnel en plus d'améliorer le service et donc le business de l'hôtel. Une optimisation serait donc bienvenue.

Amazing pool area, plenty of loungers so something always available anytime of day. Room was a good size and very clean.

Drinks were way over priced vs what you pay in other hotels. The food was good but didn't match the number 1 rating on trip advisor which suggests its a sponsored rating.

Apart from the breakfast staff, the service throughout the restaurants was extremely disappointing. The majority of the restaurant staff would benefit from comprehensive customer service training. On numerous occasions, we had to go out of our way to get someone’s attention, while staff were standing together talking amongst themselves instead of attending to guests. Several members of staff displayed poor attitudes, which had a significant impact on our family’s ability to relax and enjoy our holiday. Rather than feeling welcomed, we often felt like we were inconveniencing them by asking for assistance. When we raised concerns, they were simply dismissed with responses such as, “There’s nothing we can do,” rather than any attempt to resolve the issue or show empathy. I have stayed at many resorts and hotels, including those within the same hotel group, and I have never experienced customer service of this standard. It fell well below the level expected of a resort of this calibre and was one of the most disappointing aspects of our stay.

La playa está demasiado concurrida para mi gusto. Por eso nos fuimos a Taghazout. Pero el hotel es bellísimo. La pileta y los jardines mágicos.

No es tan rápida la ayuda al llegar al hotel. Mejoraría la parte exterior y los pasillos no son tan hermosos como el jardín de la pileta. El cuarto para ser un Sofitel resulta como de menor categoría que el standard de Sofitel

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso. L'hotel è bellissimo e dispone di due splendide piscine e di una spiaggia privata, entrambe perfettamente attrezzate. Gli spazi verdi sono curati nei minimi dettagli, con palme e piante esotiche che creano un'atmosfera davvero rilassante. La colazione è eccezionale, ricca e di ottima qualità. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, sempre professionale, gentile e disponibile. È un hotel che consiglio senza alcun dubbio e nel quale tornerò con grande piacere.

Everything is fabulous. The suites are beautiful, the view is awesome, the gardens are stunning, the pools are great. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The Spa treatments are bliss. Highly recommended.

We loved every minute of our stay. The interior decor, outside terrace and pool area is gorgeous, the pictures don't do it justice! The service was fantastic, all the staff were so friendly and would do anything to make your stay as relaxing and hassle free as possible. The beds... WOW! The cleanliness of the rooms and everywhere in the hotel was great also.

The only thing that may need improvement is the restaurants. On our first night we ate in the restaurant at the hotel and the food was just okay, however the setting was very romantic. The food at the beach is nice for a casual pizza and the poolside food is lovely also, it's just missing an evening restaurant with good food. We ended up going out to other hotels for dinner, or over to taghazout.

The hotel was very tranquil, gardens and pool area very well maintained and the inside was spotless. The staff to guest ratio was superb and all employees were helpful and cheerful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Truly a 5 star resort. Beautiful building and rooms and the pool and beach area are wonderful. Best gym I’ve seen in a hotel and absolutely exceptional service. Wiam,El Habib , Hameda in particular made our stay unforgettable . The staff from concierge, reception, pool , housekeeping and bar and restaurant really know how to treat their guests . We will definitely return and won’t hesitate to use other Sofitels in future .
