אין מעלית והיה מאתגר לעלות את כל הציוד ולא היה כל כך עזרה כי זה לא בית מלון זה כמו דירות. והמיקום דורש הליכה של 2 ד ממקום הלינה לכביש הראשי המוניות לא מגיע בדיוק למקום.

Lovely and compact. Perfect for one person and maybe abit small for two but having said that you could manage if you didn’t spend all day in the apartment. It was super clean, very modern and of a high standard. Walkable distance from restaurants etc too.

Nothing I didn’t like but just be mindful that there’s no lift so you’ll have to carry your things up stairs. Also, it is down an alley way which felt safe but just something to be aware of. I stayed here as a solo female traveller and didn’t feel unsafe.

The room was clean, air con worked great, the bed was comfortable, and the water was hot. All in all a good place to stay.

The only thing negative is that when you first arrive it can be a bit difficult to find. The hotel is located in a warren of alleys that aren’t very easy to find your way. Once you figure it out, no problemm

Location is superb (despite finding it initially through alley way before LIM Tower 3 was a bit challenging- this is my problem), friendly, safe and clean space.

Отличный апартотель. Удобное расположение, близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Расположен в тихом проулке, шум ночью не беспокоил. Комната чистая, есть все необходимое. Приятная, быстрая и понятная коммуникация с администратором через чат. На почту высылают подробный гайд с полезной информацией.

Из душа вода вытекает по всей ванной комнате.

Clean, modern, perfect location. Just the best

Sehr schönes Zimmer, modern ausgestattet. Im Distrikt 1 gelegen aber etwas am Rand und etwas verwinkelt in einer Seitengasse gelegen daher ruhig. Vermeintlich schwer zu finden, aber man bekommt eine Super Anleitung für alles gesendet, mit Fotos etc. Letztendlich doch viel einfacher zu finden als man zuerst vermutet.

Compact. Centrally located, yet tucked inside a little local living quarter with many 3 storey town houses nestled in a pattern that resembles a labyrinth. I once locked myself out but after a couple of messages and a call, the owner came to the rescue.

Just one cockroach. Only one appeared in all of my 4 days stay. What a let down!

Local is clean and modern. Localization is a bit shitty (deep in alley between local homes) but grab take you everywhere. I had a late fly, I get check out and I been able to leave my bags downstairs and grab a dinner before my fly. Downstairs in "lobby" there is a toalett I was use to just refresh myselfe before trip to airport.

During booking I didn't knowed it's self check in property - it's listed as "hotel" BUT my check it took just a few minutes by WhatsUp - so I would say it's neutral. - during check inn information about what room nb is mine could be a lottlebit more clear (there is few rooms available) - I would suggest at least 2bottle of drinking wather beeing including in price, even the cheapest one (shop is a walk away from property).

Great stay, really responsive and helpful staff. Room was very clean & had all amenities. Nice bathroom with good shower. Close location to the centre of town, down a little alleyway but given good instructions by staff how to find it.

yet it’s still tiny. not sure of how to stay there longer for two people. for short period or for one person to stay longer it was just enough additional suggestions: - I believe there are some space to arrange a couple of shelves inside the shower. I think it would be a little more convenient to leave gels and shampoos over there instead of the floor - ⁠the handwashing area really-really misses sliding hiding shelf / pullout drawer. if we were staying longer I’d definitely need some blind-spot storage over there 😂. I think it’s still possible to build in below the decorative cover

Surrounding shops, good location tho it was hard to find the homestay. The space was new, clean and well maintained. The room was a bit small but it was a trade off for better quality facilities. Bedding was comfortable, space was decently private. Felt cozy.

The staff could've been less rude. Passive aggressively telling your customer to remember to be "a better customer" and "a more thoughtful person" along many others, just because one's hair was red and it stained their towels (not permanently, could totally be washed) was highly unprofessional. They straight up told us to just bring our own towels to homestays next time, staining it gives their cleaner more work. What work? you soak in it bleach for a while and wash like normal. That's what we do at home. No biggie. But nope, the homestay was so triggered by it that they messaged us after the stay and started going off about how we should be better people💀. I hope as an accomplished chain, you'd handle these sorta situations better. No service providing business would go around teaching their customers how they should behave to accommodate you.

It was neat and clean. It had a fridge and a microwave which we didn’t use but we hadn’t been in many rooms with them. It’s two flights of stairs in case stairs are not your thing. Shower was good too

It's a stylish well equipped apartment with a great location. Many things to do are within walking distance. It's in a quiet, safe, and local neighborhood.

The mattress could be a little bit more comfortable. But it's a minor thing.

It’s really clean and quiet too. Looks exactly like the pictures they have on the app. The bed is nice and comfy with extra pristine sheet.

A little hard to find first time

The apartment itself is spotless & centrally located

This property will not let you into the building until payment has been arranged. Despite completing a form about arrival time and scanning my passport the week before I checked in, I was made to wait outside alone in the alleyway with all of my bags, including my laptop etc. Despite the listing saying no prepayment is necessary the check in staff (quite rudely) demanded this before they even acknowledged that I had booked the apartment. Everything is done via WhatsApp and they don’t have a card payment machine at the property. I ended up spending an hour waiting on the street without anyone acknowledging that this may have been an issue at their end. When I asked if I could come into the building so I was at least off the street while they dealt with checkin, I was told that I hadn’t replied to a message they sent on booking.com the day before, asking if I was paying cash or card! This seemed to have annoyed them, despite having explained that I had been travelling the past 24h. Apparently the lengthy pre-checkin form that gets completed does not ask for enough information! The following day, I had to wait at the apartment while someone then came to collect the payment. It’s also worth noting that the apartment cannot be accessed by car, so be prepared to take your luggage down the alleyway yourself. Also note: There is more than one place in the city with the same address (but different district). I encountered several issues with pickup’s for the two tours I booked due to them not finding the apartment location. I’ve traveled extensively and never encountered the above issues with properties like this before! Some simple training and a review of processes is urgently needed to be able to welcome guests smoothly in the future.

Great location. Easily accessible by bus from airport. The building is in a quiet side alley (with normal families, so not a sketchy street) and walkable distance to city centre and sightseeing spots. Lovely host! She'll send a manual with instructions for check-in, how to find the entrance etc. in English. She also writes in perfect english through booking.com so no need to worry about a language barrier! Studio is also very private. Seems to be in a building that's only used for the studios, so you might only bump into other guests. Room was as pictured. It's a small, clean and cosy studio with a modern look :)

The room and bathroom were clean and it was a comfortable stay. I didn't travel much in the area so I can't comment much on the location but it's nice that it's in a quieter neighbourhood. The accommodation is at the back of an alleyway within a residential area so you pass by the front door of a lot of homes on your way in. The check-in instructions were really easy to follow and I didn't have any issues. We could leave our luggage in the shared living room area downstairs since we had a late flight and check-out is at 12pm.

It can be a little noisy in the mornings once the day starts because the windows are like shutters that don't shut the noise out completely. We were woken up a couple of times by food vendors driving their bikes up/down the alleyway with a speaker announcing what they were selling. Some good earplugs will help.

It’s close to the centre, lots of food options within walking distance, very responsive and pleasant staff who liaise via the booking.com chat.

The room itself is smaller than it looks on pictures, we stayed for 6 nights and it felt stifling but if you’re here for a short stay and don’t mind a cosy small space which is affordable then go for it. The shower area really does need some sort of holder to place soap, shampoo… super strange to have the soap and stuff outside of the toilet.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were clean and had a delightful scent. The room itself was modern and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay.

Accessing the location by car was challenging, and there was no lift, which made it difficult to carry heavy suitcases.

Great little studio for two adults and one 2 year old toddler. Has everything from a fridge to a microwave for our needs. Kept our water and milk cold. Including pedialyte popsicles frozen. Was able to heat up our food in the microwave for late night meals. Very cute hotel, staff are kind and very hospitable. Helped keep our luggage after check out to continue to explore the city before our flight. Would book again.

The room had some noise from the neighboring office building AC units 24/7 and the windows are old thus not insulating.

The studio apartment was new, clean and tastefully furnished. It has a small kitchenette and the shower is epic😍 It is located down a small alleyway, which means that it is very quiet at night. Check-in was smooth and easy because they sent us detailed instructions with photos of how to find it, which was great. It is nearby many local and western eating options. Highly recommend👌🏼
