Tina Garden by M Oasis

Loved the feel and amount of space for a large family with kids - the pool was great for the hot days! The hosts will cover all your needs and planning for tours. The setting was 10/10, house was surrounded by rice fields, and water buffalo! Image from front gate looking out is attached

Location is in-between Old Town and the beach, so it required Grabs Taxis often, however it was in a more local area which meant it was quieter, and easier to ride to ride the bikes with kids, particularly near the rice fields. Updated information in the house booklets would help people figure out how to best get Grab taxis.

We had an incredible stay at Tina Garden in Hoi An! The space is perfect for multiple families, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The location is excellent—just 1km from the beach and a quick 10-minute ride into the charming old town. The staff were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to help with booking tours, arranging bike rentals, and providing general assistance whenever needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful, great value, very serviceminded staff 10Scored 10 Very friendly staff who made us feel at home, and helping us out when needed (e.g. by booking a bus during tet holiday, that was not available online). The hotel is gorgeous and so was the room. Price/quality was exceptional.

The villa is located in more quiet area, surrounded by rice pedi fields, giving away a bit of Bali feels. It is spacious and for a family of 5 we all had room each and few were still left. Two separate kitchen / dining areas. Few bedroom doors opening to the pool. We enjoyed our 3 nights there and wished could extend for a few. The host was extremely nice, communicating promptly, arranged extra bicycle rental swiftly.

For those looking to hang out at the beach, this is a bit further, around 20-25min walk, but through the main road, which does not make it a very pleasurable walk to the beach. Mattresses were a bit too hard for my liking, but overall sleep quality was good.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this place. It is stunning and the setting is amazing. It was a great first stop after our flight and a perfect start to our holiday where we chilled by the pool and took walks around the area. We would love to come back again. Thank you for looking after us so well!

This was our first stop on our a month trip around Asia, and we couldn’t have hoped for a better start. The property is incredibly private and beautiful as depicted in the pictures The host and the neighbors were soooo amazing. The eco cooking class was fun, they treated us like family and were so kind and helpful. The beach nearby was tranquil especially in the morning. Thanks for suggesting the skillful local tailor! We got some awesome dresses and suits at really affordable prices. 1000% would come back. Thank you so much for being so flexible and helpful throughout our stay!

OMG…. Not sure how to write this review, but this place is AWESOME and went far and beyonddddddd to help me plan out our amazing trip in Hoi An. Reina was incredibly thoughtful and caring about getting there safely, food, sensitivity, and ensuring my family would have a higher level of comfort and fun. I extremely recommend staying at this magical oasis, and the journey to get there is part of the experience. Totally WORTH IT.

The host was incredibly helpful and extremely responsive, always staying in touch and addressing every inquiry within minutes. They efficiently arranged cabs for us at a reasonable cost, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Ray assisted us physically during both check-in and checkout. Reina was impressively prompt, providing thorough answers, ensuring timely cab services, and offering insights into local attractions—all just a message away. The property is in a perfect location. It lived up to its description, with a refreshing pool. Staying there was truly worthwhile. The neighborhood boasts numerous restaurants, including one with English-speaking staff serving vegetarian food (Rustic Cafe).

We absolutely loved this place. The villa is beautifully situated in a quiet neighborhood. Super spacious rooms. The host was so helpful with all the tips and recommendations during the stay. Will definitely be back next year. Can't recommend highly enough.

My family visits Hoi An every year, and I have to say, this time was the best stay we've ever had there. John and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful. They responded to our requests within minutes. Our favorite part of the house was the comfy seating area in the garden. It felt private but also really open and fresh. The kids absolutely loved the pool—it was clean and clear. The location was perfect, close to the beach, convenience stores, restaurants, and the local market, especially the city center. Everything was fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for more. We'll definitely be back on our next trip.
