A vista do hotel é bastante boa, fica mesmo em frente aos campos de arroz e o pequeno almoço é perto da piscina.

Os funcionários apesar de simpáticos, têm falta de cuidado. Chegámos perto da hora de fechar o jantar, no entanto disseram-nos que ainda podiamos pedir a refeiçao, 5 minutos depois de escolhermos disseram que afinal já nao era possível e não apresentaram qualquer solução. O cartão do quarto só abria a porta a terceira e apesar de saberem não o trocaram.

Het hotel is mooi, de service is goed en de kamers zijn goed. Alleen de locatie is niet zo goed, omdat het ver van alles ligt. Je hebt eigenlijk steeds een taxi nodig om van de ene plek naar de andere te gaan.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay, from the beautiful and peaceful surroundings to the wonderful staff, facilities, and breakfast buffet. We originally planned to stay for only three nights, but we enjoyed the resort so much that we decided to extend our stay to five nights—it was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and unwind.

Honestly, we had a hard time finding anything we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was well taken care of, and the peaceful atmosphere made it such a relaxing experience.

Net buiten het drukke en toeristische Hoi An en rustig gelegen in de rijstvelden. Mooi zwembad met mooi uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel. Met gratis hotel fiets of met Grab-taxi makkelijk overal heen. Voor koffie en brunch is er een leuk tentje vlakbij: The Old Rice field.

Zoals in alle hotels in Vietnam is het Westers ontbijt assortiment beperkt, maar ze hadden wel verse pannenkoekjes, een 'egg-station' en veel vers fruit.

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist nicht besonders groß, was wir gerade schön fanden, denn dadurch wirkt alles sehr gemütlich und persönlich. Unser Zimmer war für uns vollkommen ausreichend, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber das unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Alle waren sehr höflich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Was uns besonders positiv überrascht hat: Beim Frühstück habe ich erwähnt, dass mir Käse fehlt, und gefragt, ob es vielleicht möglich wäre, welchen zu besorgen. Schon am nächsten Tag – und auch an den darauffolgenden Tagen – war tatsächlich Käse beim Frühstück vorhanden. 🥰 Das zeigt für uns, dass hier wirklich auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen wird und man sich Mühe gibt, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Auch die Lage des Hotels fanden wir sehr schön und praktisch. Insgesamt hat für uns einfach alles gepasst. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen und können es absolut weiterempfehlen.

The staff were super friendly and very attentive. They were able to reply to any requests or any questions we had promptly and efficiently.

The breakfast wasn’t great but had a selection of food available.

The room is spacious with nice air conditioning. A nice big outdoor pool with deck chairs. Free bicycle use is available or a quick Grab ride to the old town or the beach. The breakfast is also very nice with lots of variety. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant meals were also fantastic. We had an awesome stay.

Some extra deck chairs will be great when it gets busy at the pool. The restaurant menu could be displayed in the room.

It was a quiet place to stay with a short Grab ride to Old Town and all of Hoi An’s beauty. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The staff were really nice and a pleasant place to relax or pop into Hoi An. Free bikes to use were handy and breakfast was tasty. Rooms were clean with good views over the paddy fields.

Mooi zwembad met prachtig uitzicht op rijstveld en palmbos. Mooie bar, echter weinig gebruikt door hotelgasten. Aan de receptie kon alles vlot geregeld worden, luchthavenvervoer, uitstap, snorkeltocht, wasservice, allemaal tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Op de voorziene fietsen voelden we ons niet zo veilig in het donker, maar een grab was snel geregeld. Zonder de kinderen zouden we gekozen hebben voor het huren van een brommer, dat lijkt me hier de beste optie.

Het ontbijt was niet helemaal naar onze smaak.

The best hotel we have stayed at in Vietnam. The staff were fantastic, attentive and helpful. The room was large and clean and the facilities were perfect. Couldn’t recommend this property more!

Personelin güler yüzü, konukseverliği ve samimiyeti konaklamamızı daha da özel kıldı. Hatta daha biz söylemeden tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı düşünüp fark etmeleri ve hızlıca yardımcı olmaları gerçekten takdire şayan. Motor kiralama talebimizde bile sadece 5 dakika içinde motorumuzu hazır edip teslim ettiler. Ayrıca ayakkabılarımızı temizlenmesi için verdik ve adeta yepyeni olarak geri aldık; bu hizmetten de son derece memnun kaldık. Hoi An gibi özel bir lokasyonda bu seviyede bir konfor ve huzur bulmak bizim için harika bir deneyim oldu. Bir gün Hoi An’a yolumuz tekrar düşerse tereddütsüz yine burada kalacağız. Bölgeye seyahat edecek herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Her şey için ekibe çok teşekkür ederiz!

L'hotel situat al costat dels camps d'arròs és preciós, ràpid al centre amb moto i molt tranquil. Està decorat amb molt bon gust, extremadement net i amb un servei de 10, realmemt un hotel de 5 estrelles. L'esmorsar és una delícia amb un pho que és diferent cada dia, ous fets al moment i un munt de coses per menjar molt bones. El personal però és el millor de l'hotel, atents, simpàtics, amb bona conversa i les millors recomanacions. Els nombraria a tots, moltíssimes gràcies per fer que Hoi An fos la nostra millor destinació del viatge. No us els perdeu!!!

11 out of 10. This resort is a true hidden gem. The rice field view is absolutely breathtaking and creates such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The property is beautiful and surrounded by nature. What made my stay truly special was the fantastic team. Everyone was warm, attentive, cheerful, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality made me feel completely at home. I had an amazing experience and will definitely be back soon.

Austattung und das höfliche Personal, insbesondere Lane ( Kelly) ist hervorzuheben. Sie war extrem hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas brauchte.

Mi è piaciuto tutto! In primis la gentilezza dello staff, poi l'hotel in mezzo alle risaie, le stanze e non ultimo la piscina che è stata decisamente molto utile al ritorno dei nostri giri! Lo consiglio vivamente!

Its proximity to the main road was incredibly convenient, allowing us easy access to explore the local attractions and nearby towns without any hassle. The pool was stunning, with crystal-clear water that invited us to take a refreshing dip at any time of the day. It was always spotless, maintained to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. The grounds were immaculately maintained, with lush greenery and vibrant flowers that created a picturesque setting. We particularly enjoyed watching the chickens roam freely, adding a charming touch to the idyllic atmosphere. The staff were incredible, always attentive and cheerful, greeting us warmly upon arrival and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home, and we were always eager to engage in friendly conversations and receive their helpful recommendations. Overall, our stay at the Serene was an unforgettable experience, filled with relaxation, beauty, and exceptional service.

Le personnel de l'établissement était très accueillant. L'hôtel étant légèrement excentré de la vieille ville c'était donc calme et relaxant avec une magnifique vue sur les rizières. J'ai passé un excellent séjour, je recommande cet hôtel !

I am a returning customer, and Serene Nature is definitely a place that feels like home for me. I love all the people there and the place is great value for money and an amazing place to chill and rest outside of the centre. I highly recommend it if you want to have a calm, relaxing stay.

Recommended if you want to escape from the city. The hotel is quite serene and surrounded with nature but location is a bit far from Hoi an old town (need grab/taxi to go).

Can I say everything??!! It’s an exceptional hotel in the most peaceful setting in nature with cows and views of the rice fields. But what was even more exceptional was the beautiful staff here who made me feel so at home and welcome every single day. Please know all of the staff are amazing, I wish I knew everyone’s names, but a special shout out to Sally, Minh and Kelly at the front desk who would do anything to help their guests, and made me smile and laugh and feel so welcome, and to Hai and Chau, the amazing welcoming Bellman and Min with food and beverage who went above and beyond for me, and to the cleaning staff who led me to a beautiful towel bed display they created for me. Such beautiful hospitality in such a lovely clean hotel. The room, bathtub, balcony views and beautiful pool are amazing. I could go on and on….an exceptional experience I will always treasure, because of your beautiful staff. Thank you so very much!!!

위치도 괜잖고 시설도 괜잖았습니다. 친절했고요. 가족여행이여서, 그랩으로 여러대 이용해서 움직일려고 로비에서 왭 만지작 거리는데, 그것 보고 차량(15인승)을 예약해 주시고 문제 있으면 카톡으로 자기에게 연락 하라고 하셔서 편하게 이동했습니다(이동문제가 고민이였거든요. 정말 많이 감사했습니다). 조식은 종류가 많지는 않았지만 깔끔하게 준비 되였고요, 오물라이스나 쌀국수 주문하면 그때 조리해 주셨습니다. 친절해서 좋았습니다, 불편함이 없는지 살피고 있는 느낌. 일회용품등 비치 품은 모두 있고요 까운도 있습니다. 참고로 수영장에서 노는 것도 추천입니다..

아쉬운 점이라고 하긴 그렇고, 두째 날에 정전이, 일대가 모두 정전, 들어 왔다가 나갔다가 호텔측 문제가 아니고 지역 전력 망 문제였는데, 죄송하다고 마지막 날 공항샌딩서비스 무료로 해주셨습니다.

Superb staff. Quiet location. Pleasant gardens. Birds. Good clean pool. Nice selection at breakfast. Pleasant room with good views over farmland. Hoi Ann is clean unlike many Vietnam places!

One tiny criticism is the morning coffee. Weak European coffee in a heated container. In Vietnam, please serve fresh Vietnamese coffee as required. More work sadly, but necessary!

The breakfast had good vegetarian options. The room was comfortable, but decor is a little dated. It was fine for the price. Nice swimming pool area.

The rooms felt like they could use a refresh - it felt a bit old, but it was comfortable and fine overall. The lock on our door wasn't functioning properly and we had to go to reception a couple of times so they could open our room.

Great location out of the hassle. Use free bikes and go for a ride around rice paddies and shrimp farms.Dont plan a route just wing it. You go past old grave sites and little laneways etc. We found a cool cafe called Old Rice field coffee and brunch not far from resort. Town only a grab away. Great breakfast and staff fantastic.

I like that it was nice and quiet in the countryside and yet super easy to get to the town, which is crazy busy.

This is beautiful hotel. Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are so kind a really good to the customers. Nothing is too much trouble. Great location surrounded by paddy fields therefore nice a peaceful. Cant wait to return next year.
