Everything was exceptionally good. The views, rooms are all precise to the photos, and the location is not at all far from the old town. We rented a scooter from the hotel and roamed around the town.

Отдыхали две недели. Все понравилось. Приветливый персонал, вкусные завтраки, очень приятно начинать день с завтрака у бассейна, красивый вид на рисовые поля, тишина и умиротворение. Велосипеды не брали, но брали байк в отеле, очень удобно. До классного пляжа с рестораном 10 мин на байке.

Может не самый удачное основание у кровати, оно из массивного дерева и сама кровать удобная, но основание сильно выступает и несколько раз о него довольно болезнно ударился коленкой. Хотя, наверное нужно быть осторожнее

Wat een prachtige locatie. Goed onderhouden en heel stijlvol. Hele lieve eigenaren en personeel met hele goede aanbevelingen voor zowel Tailors in Hoi An als voorstellingen in de stad. Een absolute aanrader.

Het zwembad is heerlijk maar je kunt er niet echt lekker omheen zitten. Maar prima plek om even een frisse duik te nemen na een lange dag of even met de kids te zwemmen en ondertussen van de omgeving te genieten.

Loved this property fronted onto the rice paddies. It’s away from Old Town but that’s why we loved it. It provided the peace and calmness that I pictured Hoi An to have. Old Town is so crowded. The free bicycles available were great to ride around the paddies, to the beach and to restaurants near by. The room was clean, had a comfortable bed and a great balcony. This was also the first hotel in Vietnam to ask us about food allergies and specific diets which was great when it came to breakfast. Nice pool too!!

Tout, l accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse pour organiser l ensemble de nos sorties pour mon mari mes enfants et moi même, les petits déjeuners délicieux préparer minute la vue à couper le souffle de la chambre sur les rizières, les fleurs partout autour de l hôtel c’est un endroit très apaisant, et le gâteau d anniversaire surprise avec les bougies pour ma fille au petit déjeuner 😍merci beaucoup hoi an va nous manquer !!! Este es un pequeño Hotel de 10 habitaciones de una familia vietnamita, tenida con un cuidado impecable. Está justo en una gran zona de arrozales, lo cual lo sitúa en un ambiente muy relajado tranquilo y alejado del bullicio del centro. El desayuno es simplemente espectacular. A pesar de ser un pequeño hotel ofrece un buffet y preparaciones a la carta de manera indefinida. Nosotros nos quedamos en la única habitación familiar que tienen y fue la mejor habitación del viaje hasta ahora dentro de 15 paradas. El personal es muy servicial las camas son perfectas la verdad lo disfrutamos muchísimo. Además hay muchas bicicletas para uso libre y con ella fuimos a la playa y a pasear por los Rosales y fueron momentos inolvidables.

El único detalle es que nuestra pieza había una pequeña filtración de agua en el baño, pero la verdad es que no fue un gran problema. Ojalá lo puedan solucionar.

Everything was amazing! The hotel is situated in the rice fields, but still 5min by motorbike from the city center and 10 min from the beach, the location is perfect to enjoy Hoi An. The staff is incredible, everyone is really friendly and ready to help with everything. We’ll definitely come back again on our next stay in Hoi An and we reccomend it to everyone

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Ausflüge / Transfers etc. wurden für uns organisiert zu fairen Preisen, sehr serviceorientiert. Eine große Auswahl beim Frühstück mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Geräumige Zimmer, gemütliche Pool Area, sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Attentive staff who made us feel comfortable and safe, including the breakfast aunties and handyman uncle guy. Air conditioning was great, beds were comfortable. Hot water in room with good pressure. Lovely simple breakfasts, cooked with patience and love! Overall a lovely boutique accommodation with immense attention to soft detail, perfect for travellers looking for a gem in an oasis that will refresh the soul, different from the typical larger scale hotels. Finally, a big shout out to Thu whom we needed so much help from! Thank you once again, Thu!

Location is stone's throw from Old Town, 10-15 minutes car ride away, in a residential area away from the hustle of things. From our understanding, hotel is ~4 years old and some signs of wear were expected. These contributed to a lived-in feel yet did not diminish the practicality of the room & amenities!

Our stay at Maison Fleur was outstanding. Thu and Xi were incredibly helpful, arranging all our activities, rides, and meals with such care. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming, and the boutique charm impressed us right away. And the view? Even better than the photos, truly spectacular. Rooms & Atmosphere The rooms were larger than expected, spotless, and decorated with lovely details. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking rice terraces was magical. If you book, choose a terrace view, it’s unforgettable. Pool The pool is not huge, but perfect for cooling off and relaxing. Extra Touches Xi even arranged for a nail technician to come to the hotel for my extensions. It was fun, convenient, and saved a trip downtown. Food Experience Breakfast was delicious, with a different Vietnamese dish offered each day. We had lunch many times at the hotel and were never disappointed. The food was so good that we often preferred staying in rather than going out. Overall, Maison Fleur exceeded our expectations in every way. Warm hospitality, stunning views, and thoughtful details made it a place we didn’t leave. We were so sad to say goodbye 🥺 You don’t want to miss Maison Fleur. 🌺

Quiet and far from busy city life. A well relaxed holiday. Stayed 2 nights. The staff was friendly and attended to the needs immediately without making us wait. Fully experience with village concept. Breakfast options are limited but you can order from the menu with an extra charge. Cycles are available for free to go around the paddy fields and ard the area. Worth for every penny.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero eccezionale. Struttura tenuta bene, pulita, piccola ma con tutto quello che serve. Abbiamo anche mangiato e ci è piaciuto tutto. Colazione abbondante e varia. Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole. Un ringraziamento particolare a Thu che è stata sempre molto disponibile.

De medewerkers waren zo behulpzaam en heel lief. Ze deden echt meer dan dat ze hadden gehoeven en met speciale dank aan het opaatje die zo goed voor de fietsen zorgt. En daarnaast ook grote dank voor het meezoeken naar het verloren armbandje van mijn vriendin, waarmee ze zelfs mee door mee gingen toen ik al weg was. De locatie is prachtig aan een rijstveld gelegen en het gebouw zelf heeft een hele mooie architectonische uitstraling.

Het ongelofelijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Xi was fantastisch! Niets was teveel. Ze zorgde voor vervoer, voor de was, regelde en boot naar Chàm island en ze was altijd bereikbaar ! We vonden het leuk dat we konden kiezen wat we wilden voor ontbijt. Alles werd met de glimlach lekker klaargemaakt. Wij vonden de villa zeer charmant. Een echte aanrader!

To say that we had an amazing stay would be an understatement. The location is fantastic, the room had everything we needed, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the pool was a wonderful bonus. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the receptionist, Thu. She was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive to every request we had, whether it was arranging show tickets, organizing excursions, or helping with our laundry. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for her, and she always went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. As someone who works in the hotel industry in Paris, I can genuinely say that Thu is outstanding at her job. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for guests are truly remarkable. Congratulations, and thank you, Thu, for making our stay so memorable. We will always remember your kindness and hospitality.

Situation parfaite, face aux rizières, entre la ville d'Hoi An et la plage. Accès au très agréable bar de plage "Seascape". Personnel charmant. Belles chambres. Location de scooters à l'hôtel (très pratique pour se rendre à Hoi An ou à la plage). Très bon petit déjeuner (bien que pas très varié).

En dehors des chambres, l'hôtel ne dispose d'aucun endroit agréable pour se poser. L'établissement ne dispose pratiquement d'aucun terrain autour des constructions. La petite piscine, encaquée entre les constructions, n'est pas très agréable. Les deux malheureux transats, entre la piscine et la clôture, le sont encore moins. Il n'y a pas de terrace (juste trois petites tables pour 2 personnes tout au bord de la piscine). La salle à manger n'est pas particulièrement agréable. Aucun salon, bar ou spa (les massages se font en chambre). Les photos sont quelque peu trompeuses: le jardin à l'avant de l'hôtet (avec balancelle et grandes tables sur les photos) est devenu un parking à vélos et motos, l'espace avec les fauteuils (et les tables en pneus bleus) face aux rizières est situé en dehors de l'hôtel de l'autre côté de la route, l'espace piscine donne moins bien (et plus enfermé) que sur les photos... En conclusion, hôtel très agréable pour dormir mais si vous envisagez de vous y relaxer entre deux visites ou en fin de journée avant de ressortir le soir, vous ne trouverez aucun autre espace que votre chambre.

Un hôtel exceptionnel, accueil parfait et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et bien équipées. Petit dej simple mais parfaitement adapté (pas de sur consommation et tout est fait maison). Le vue sur la rizière est absolument géniale. Prêt de vélos pour se promener jusqu'à Hoi An. Piscine pour se rafraîchir. Difficile de trouver mieux ! Nous recommandons à 100% et remercions chaleureusement l'équipe qui nous a accueillis ! Nb : les transports et excursions proposés par l'hôtel s'avèrent être très bon marché !

A beautiful yet cosy hotel with stunning views of the vietnamese rice fields🍚 A 10-15 minute drive to Hoi An Old town. There are a bunch of cute cafés and nice restaurants nearby. The staff were super sweet and helpful. Especially Thu was very sweet and gave us reccomendations for affordable Tailors and good restaurants. Thank you Thu! 😃

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel de charme aux milieu des rizières a été fantastique ! La prévenance et la gentillesse des membres de l'équipe, la décoration pleine de goût du mobilier, le calme et la possibilité d'emprunter des vélos pour aller dans la vielle ville de Hoi An nous ont enchantés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Malheureusement la propreté laisse à désirer, cage d'escalier pleine de poussière, couloir également, les fenêtres aussi mériteraient un nettoyage ! Aussi c'est regrettable que les voisins autour aiment faire du feu dans leurs jardins qui empestent l'air !

Este hotel es un hotel boutique precioso, nos encanto hemos estado viajando por Vietnam y puedo decir que ha sido el mejor hotel en el que nos hemos quedado, la ubicación está espectacular, la vista a los rice fields hermosa y esta cerca de todo en bicicleta o caminando, sin hablar del desayuno tan delicioso y el servicio espectacular. Definitivamente lo super recomendamos y la próxima vez que volvamos nos volveremos a quedar aquí

1：地點位置太偏僻，巷道太窄，搭Grab常常遇到車子進不去的問題，要自己走一段路到巷口才能上下車子 2：第一次遇到沒有提供茶包跟咖啡包的飯店，這次住宿3晚，即使跟櫃檯反應，櫃檯都說隔天會補，不過，從來沒有提供！ 3：這次住宿3晚，也是第一次遇到，會在吃早餐的時候，直接進入房間做清潔.甚至，其中一次，還是我們在房間休息，清潔人員直接開門進來清潔

If you're looking for a quiet, local setting overlooking the rice fields, this is a perfect location. The young woman at the front desk (I'm so sorry—I forgot her name) was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful.

Unfortunately, as excited as we were to stay here, we were very disappointed when we arrived. Our room was extremely dirty, and there was mold throughout the bathroom and on the air conditioner. It was bad enough that we didn't feel comfortable staying, so we cut our losses and booked another hotel. The staff did offer to clean the room, which I appreciated, but by that point we no longer felt comfortable staying. It's especially unfortunate because this property has so much potential and could be a really wonderful place. I'm generally a very easygoing, go-with-the-flow traveler and not someone who is overly picky, but the amount of dirt and mold in our room was completely unacceptable, even at this price point. The photos don't accurately reflect the condition of the room. In person, the dirt and mold were far more noticeable than they appeared in the pictures. I'm truly sorry to leave this review, Maison Fleur Luxury Hoi An, because I believe this could be a great place to stay. With clean, well-maintained rooms, our experience would have been completely different. Unfortunately, based on our experience, this property did not meet the standard it advertises.

The location is fantastic...in the rice fields between the beach and the old town, either direction a 20 minute cycle ride. Very quiet and relaxing, with coffee shops (and a yoga studio) within a few minutes walk. Our room was great: bed was comfortable; the shower was good; the view was stunning; and, the breakfast was fabulous for a such a small hotel. The staff were lovely, very helpful and polite. Would stay again.

The pool is very small, great for a quick dip to cool off, but not really big enough to swim.

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Hoi An. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans aucune hésitation !

This beautiful hotel is located in the middle of Hoi An, so it’s close to both the beach and the old town. We had a beautiful view from our room! The breakfast was really good. You can choose what you want from the à la carte menu as well as from the buffet. Every day there is also a different Vietnamese dish available, which was really interesting to try. All the staff were very nice and helpful, and they really wanted to make us feel welcome and comfortable.❤️ The hotel has a partnership with a nice beach bar on a beautiful and quiet beach, so you can use the sunbeds and towels for free. 🏖️ One day we overslept and missed breakfast, but a kind receptionist prepared breakfast for us later, which was really thoughtful! 🙂

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Breakfast is served early, which was very convenient for our schedule. Any requests we made were attended to promptly, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was easy and efficient, even though we booked through Booking.com. We appreciated their excellent service and hospitality.

The hotel is good, but the access road is very narrow. Only one car can enter at a time from the main road to the hotel.

Era simple pero nos resultó cómodo.

El baño requiere algo de mantenimiento. Las gomas de la ducha estaban despegadas en varios lugares y tenía bastante moho. La ubicación no me pareció nada excepcional. Luego conocimos una zona cerca del río con hoteles enfrente que nos hubiese gustado mucho más. Quizás será porque ahora en mayo los campos de enfrente al alojamiento ya no estaban verdes y solo se veía tierra trabajada y seca y eso puede haber cambiado nuestra percepción. De cualquier forma estuvo bueno poder alquilar moto y movernos por distintas zonas con libertad.

The room was spacious and in good condition, close to the city but quiet surroundings. The hotel has a Swimming pool and bikes for borrowing to get to city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was a great start for our motorcycle trip through Vietnam!
