Eevolve has to be the best hostel experience there is .It's the perfect balance of peace and nature.Meeting new people and learning their about experiences and cultures is what attracts me the most to this specific hostel.The Food the hospitality were extremely amazing.Was my third time staying at this amazing property and won't be my last 🙌.

Great place to relax and socialize with fellow travelers. The location is probably the best in Dharamkot, right in the middle of the forest, yet close to both Bhagsu and the upper market. Both Abhishek and Pranav are amazing hosts, always careful about our comfort. The dorm itself was spacious and clean, with a great view from the balcony. I will came back here for sure!

The restaurant at the hostel was really good! I stayed in the 4 beds dorm which is a little small. But then I stayed at the 8 beds dorm which was really nice

Everything! The atmosphere, the people, the volunteers, the food, all was perfect. I didn’t want to leave! I stayed in several different rooms after extending my stay. Everything was great. I was lucky enough to stay in The studio for 3 nights and it is absolutely stunning. The layout is a wow factor with big windows all around giving picturesque views of the mountains, with trees so close you can sit and watch the birds singing on the balcony. I will definitely be coming back soon. You will certainly evolve in Eevolve! x

I felt very at ease here! I stayed for almost 3 weeks. I like the working area upstairs and had good wifi for remote working

Amazing location

The rooms are clean, the staff is super nice, the food in the cafe is delicious, the chai tastes like chai, which can't be said about the rest of Dharamkot. I really like the room with a view, where you can practice yoga, relax or work. The location is amazing for people who are looking for peace and don't mind walking uphill. One of the best hostels I have visited.

The Yoga matt could be cleaner. But I cleaned myself so it’s not a big deal comparing what you get from this place.

Can't play music or even talk at night. Neighbours complain. Not saying it's bad, just not for someone who likes to play music or party at night.

Area is too quiet. Not for less social people either because too much weed and social gathering over there. Also you cant talk at night as neighbours start complaining. Even the pin drop sound goes to the neighbours room and they come banging your door complaining. Don't book if you're a night owl.

Had a really great stay here in Dharamkot. The hostel has an amazing vibe, beautiful views, clean rooms, and a very peaceful atmosphere while still being social and fun. A special mention to Abhishek, who was an incredible host — super friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. He genuinely made the experience much better with his warmth and hospitality.

Honestly, not much to complain about.

One of the best hostels in Dharamkot with the nicest hosts. Open common area is great to meet and socialise with other guests, while the covered rooftop common area is quiet and perfect for working and yoga. Cafe food is delicious and well priced. Dorms are well equipped and clean.

The location is very superb , it's near toshita meditation centre so it's very peaceful and calm. And the food was very awesome in an evolve cafe of the stay ....u can come for a stay for chilling vibe

Taste of food very poor, overpriced food In room there must be mesh, net when you open the window there are insects which come to room also the bed should be tight . I had a pain in my back both days after i woke up.

Nice spacious room in a great location. Lovely ambience around the property, nestled in trees with the sound of running water. The cafe is relaxed and well priced.

Room was quite damp, I think with a dehumidifier in there it'd be perfect.

Superbe hostel très bien situé un peu à l'écart de la zone touristique. Abhishek et tout le personnel ont été très gentils, accueillants et aidants. Ils m'ont notamment aidée avec ma carte SIM et avec les taxis. La nourriture du café était aussi excellente! Je recommande!

Fantastic hostel and facilities surrounded by trees. The location is great if you want to be near by the meditation center, and it's in btw the two main busy area. The staff, including the personal in the kitchen are all very friendly, helpful and professional. It felt being at home.

The rooms are also great, but if I have to say one thing is that perhaps it's missing a bit of ventilation in the bathroom. Otherwise everything is great, hot shower and clean area's +++

Great location, you can walk to Bhagsu and the rest of Dharamkot quickly, and McLeod Ganj is just a bit further. It has a good outside area that encourages socialising which is nice.

The location is great, the property is surrounded by trees and peace and the hostel itself is calm and serene. The cafe is open all day and serves tasty food and the people that work here are super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Best time we have had here, in this peaceful hostel. We tried both the dorm and private rooms and both have been lovely and super comfy

מקום מעולה, ממוקם בתוך הטבע כמה דק הליכה מבאגסו, מרכז דרמקוט ומרכז טושיתה (משם גם ניתן לקחת בקלות ריקשה למקלוד) החדרים מעולים, נקי ויש מים חמים יש מסעדה כיפית וטעימה באזור המשותף ומעבר להכל הבעלים וכל העובדים פשוט שם בשביל לעזור ולייעץ בכל דבר! בהחלט ממליצה ואחזור🙏

We had a great stay at Eevolve Dharamkot. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were ill when we arrived here but the staff did everything they could to help us feel comfortable and help with our recovery. Vibe at the hostel is very sociable. The rooms are extremely comfortable- we stayed in both a dorm and a private room and had a great sleep in both! The cafe is well priced and great quality too. It was within walking distance to everything we needed. We hope we can stay again one day. Thank you!

Great hostel with a lovely vibe. Friendly crowd of locals and foreigners. If you want the peace of Dharamkot with relatively easy access to McLeod Ganj this is a great base.

The location is beautiful but like most hostels in Dharamkot it’s a little hard to find. I got lost but called the hostel and the staff were lovely and were able to give me directions.

3월 말에 Eevolve에서 6박 머물렀습니다 Eevolve는 두개의 건물로 이루어져있어요 리셉션과 인하우스 카페, 야외/실내 다이닝 공간이 있는 메인빌딩과 메인빌딩으로부터 도보로 30m 떨어져 있는 소마빌딩 이에요 처음에 Delux queen을 4박 예약했고 소마빌딩에 있는 방을 배정 받았습니다 2박을 연장하게 되었는데, 제가 묵던 방은 다른 게스트가 예약해두어서 메인빌딩에 있는 방으로 옮겨야 했어요 메인빌딩의 Deluxe queen으로 옮겨서 몇시간 있다가 샤워하려고 하니 뜨거운 물이 안나와서 문의했습니다 온수기 고장인것 같았어요 그래서 메인 빌딩 제일 위층에 있는 Studio with Balcony로 변경해주었습니다 결론적으로 저는 세가지 방을 경험했어요 그 경험에 대해 적어볼게요 [Deluxe queen (Soma building)] 소마빌딩을 새로 지은 것 같아요 인도에서 묵은 숙소중에서 아주 깨끗하고 시설도 새거였어요 특히 청소 상태가 인도에서 묵은 숙소중에서 탑이었습니다 침구도 새로 교체해서 깨끗했구요 소마 빌딩에는 작은 공용주방이 있어서 이용하실 수 있어요, 다만 객실 내에서 음식을 드시는 건 안됩니다 인도에서 지내면서 세면대에 따뜻한 물이 나오는 곳을 처음 경험했어요 관리하시는 분도 친절하셨습니다 저렴하지 않은 가격을 지불할 가치가 충분한 수준이었습니다 [Deluxe queen (Main building)] 몇시간 머문 메인 빌딩의 디럭스 퀸 룸은 소마빌딩과 비교했을 때 차이가 있었습니다 인도 숙소 치고는 좋은 편인 것 같고 청소도 잘 되어 있었지만요 방에서 쿰쿰한 냄새가 났어요 아마도 메인빌딩은 새로 지은 곳이 아니라서 오랜기간 사용한 방 안의 커튼이나 카펫, 나무등에 배어있는 냄새일 것 같아요 그런 오래된 묵은 냄새를 제거하는 방법이 인터넷에 많이 나와 있으니, 호스트께서 시도해보시면 좋겠어요 그리고 침대 시트가 보기엔 깨끗해보였는데 교체 하지 않은 것 같다는 느낌이 들었어요 (제가 100프로 장담할 순 없지만, 이미 누군가 사용한 것 같은 느낌을 눈과 코로 짐작했어요) 디럭스 퀸 룸은 동일한 타입이라도 건물에 따라 컨디션 차이가 있을 수 있습니다 소마빌딩과 메인빌딩의 두 방이 같은 디럭스 퀸이 맞는지 매니저에게 물었는데 맞다고 답변 받았습니다 그렇다는건 방의 컨디션 차이가 있을 수 있다는 점 참고하시면 좋을 것 같아요 [Studio with Balcony] 스튜디오는 아주 넓어요 주방, 발코니, 좌식 공간까지 포함되어 있구요 깨끗하고 냄새도 나지 않았어요 침구도 새로 갈아져 있어서 아주 깨끗하고 빳빳한 느낌과 새로 세탁한 상쾌한 냄새가 났어요 (메인빌딩의 디럭스 퀸 룸에서 제가 침구가 교체된건지 긴가민가했던것이, 이 방에 들어와서 침구를 보니 확 다르다는게 느껴졌어요. 다시 말씀드리지만 제 느낌이 100프로는 아닙니다. 다만 저도 제 직업으로 숙소를 운영하고 있어서 이런 부분에 예민합니다) 오전에는 발코니와 좌식 공간 쪽은 창에서 해가 잘 들어와서 따뜻했구요 발코니 공간이 참 예쁘고 프라이빗한 공간이었습니다

[단점] 메인 빌딩과 소마빌딩 모두 저녁부터는 많이 춥습니다 제 체감상 소마빌딩이 메인빌딩보다 더 추웠구요 제가 삼월 말에 묵었는데도 이정도 온도면 겨울에는 더 추울거예요 저는 첫날 체크인 한 후에 해가 지자마자 너무 추워서 히터를 빌려달라고 했어요 히터는 1박당 150루피(메인빌딩은 100루피) 입니다 그런데 전력공급 문제때문에 히터를 두시간 정도만 틀고 꺼달라고 요청 받았어요 문제는 히터가 방 온도를 커버하기에는 작고 히터를 끄면 곧이어 다시 추워진다는 점입니다 저는 제 개인 침낭을 추가로 더 이용했고 그것도 모자라 밖에서 입는 경량 다운 자켓을 입고 잤습니다 하루는 히터를 켜놓고 잠들었는데, 다음날 매니저로부터 그렇게 오래 켜지 말아달라고 주의 메세지를 받았습니다 전력공급 문제 때문이라고 이해했습니다 추위로 인해 숙면이 어려울 수 있는 환경입니다 전기 담요를 제공한다면 전력을 덜 사용하면서도 보완이 가능할 것으로 보입니다 이 피드백을 매니저에게 전달했고 반영하겠다는 답변을 받았습니다

It was really nice that they kept checking with me about my arrival considering it was late at night. The staff is really warm , kind and helpful. They helped me organize a taxi back and helped me with my luggage.

I wish the room had an open area

Great location , it's far enough to be quiet yet accessible on foot. About 30 mins walk from main market, has cafes, yoga centers and tushita at about 10-15 mins walk. Cozy eating area and common area with games, yoga mats, books etc. Food is decent in comparison to price and quality. Taxi and trekking can be arranged by staff.

It would have been nice for the room to have an open area / balcony.

Really good location - quiet but only 10-15 min to shops restaurants and hiking trails. Very close to tushita meditation center. Room was clean. There is a restaurant on site which is comparable in quality and price to any of the other restaurants in Dharamkot/mcleodganj

The 4 bed female dorm didn’t have a window and was often quite humid (tho there is a dehumidifier and fan provided), but it’s fine for a 2-3 night stay

The Accommodation is great, rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The food is tasty and priced well. The entire team - Host - Pranav, Manager - Abhishek, Chef Raman Rana and other staff members - apart from doing their duties well, are really kind and nice people. Perfect location, it is in the centre and you can easily walk to explore places around - Upper Dharamkot, Gallu Devi, Naddi, Bhagsu & Mcleo are all close by - Everything is about at or within 20-30min walking distance.

Nos gustó mucho los alrededores, lleno de bosque y vistas a la montaña. Muy tranquilo y con espacios comunes para aprovechar. El personal siempre fue muy atento y nos ayudaron con recomendaciones. La verdad que es el lugar más limpio en donde nos alojamos en todo India (durante un viaje de más de dos meses). También tienen un restaurante en donde la comida es muy rica. Además, suma que tengan opción de leche vegetal. Nos hospedamos durante dos semanas, primero en la habitación tipo estudio: la cual recomendamos muchísimo, súper cómoda y espaciosa. Y luego nos fuimos a otra habitación que tenía cocina compartida, igualmente espaciosa y cómoda.

The staff were both friendly and helpful. I had concerns about an upcoming bus trip that they dealt patiently with. The food was good and reasonably priced.

I liked the location about 30 minutes from McLeod Ganj and 10 minutes from Dharamkhot. It was peaceful and close to walking trails. My companion would have preferred to be closer to tow.n.

We had a great stay at the hostel, and everything was spot-on. The rooms and washroom were clean, with all basic amenities provided as mentioned on their page. There is an additional kitchen too with all amenities, if you wanna make quick snacks for yourself. We had an access to balcony, overlooking the mountains, thats cherry on the top! A special mention to the cafe/restaurant food, it was delicious and felt like home. The evening ambience was a super comfy one, with bonfire and perfect soft music/jamming that fit the vibe. Abhishek was a good host and so were the other staff members. Overall a fantastic stay, and good on money!

These are not technically cons, just a note that its located a small walk uphill from the main road, and a bit off from both dharmakot and mcleodganj, though they are perfectly walkable and has easy access.

Their Indian food is okay, but we weren't fans of the other items on their menu. The staff is nice but if you're an Indian, just don't expect the type of hospitality they give to foreigners.

Eevolve Hotel was a great stay, honestly everything felt on point. The service was smooth, the café food was surprisingly good, and the atmosphere was the real highlight. Abhishek and Pranav are wonderful hosts who’ve built a place that feels both relaxed and social. The evening bonfire, conversations, and the kind of people this place attracts made it feel more like a small community than a hotel. If we’re coming back to Mcleodganj, Eevolve will be our go-to.

The location of the property was so peaceful, the rooms and washroom were clean, the atmosphere was very welcoming and felt like home. The food in the cafe was amazing and the barbecue was delicious.

zimmer war sehr sauber, hatte extra decken zum schlafen im Dezember, damit wars schön warm. bett sehr bequem. zimmer geräumig, personal hilfsbereit. föhn auf anfrage. wasserkocher im zimmer. heißes wasser in dusche, auch shampoo u duschgel plus 2 handtücher vorhanden. super wifi, essen im hostel ist gut. common area recht gemütlich und ein sozialer Treffpunkt für gäste. ich möchte die ruhige lage im grünen unweit vom tushita meditation center (das im Dezember geschlossen ist, trotzdem ein schöner ort / garten zum verweilen) Kommunikation via whatsapp funktioniert gut. durfte nach nachtbus auch um 6 uhr morgens schon einchecken und in meinem zimmer schlafen. so dankbar dafür, sehr großzügig!

If you're looking for somewhere to sleep that is budget friendly, this place is good. Nice staff, good location. Unfortunately the property doesn't get any sun, so its pretty cold in winter.. They have a neighbouring building where you can get sun during the day

I had a really great experience staying at Eevolve. It was a very quiet, neat and tidy place - perfect for anyone travelling solo. The room is very clean, comfortable & well equipped. I happened to meet some very nice people there, which was great. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a peaceful time and reconnect with nature n themselves!
