Very nice stay, great staff extremely kind and good service. Beautiful hotel, nice surroundings.

L'ambiance générale est très bonne, avec un personnel aux petits soins et une propreté des chambres impeccable. Très bon petit déjeuner, au calme ; possibilité de travailler un peu (pour les entrepreneurs) ; accès au centre ville aisé et parking devant l'hôtel gratuit.

Parfois un peu trop de musique "olé olé", mais c'est à la mode à Marrakech dans tous les établissements.

L’hôtel offre des services très soignés et un cadre idyllique pour les résidents. Le choix des piscines (calme ou ambiance) permet de profiter du séjour à travers différentes ambiances. Le restaurant est très bon, et le petit déjeuner parfait. Petite mention spéciale pour la suite royale qui est irréelle. Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel !

The hotel does not live up to the “boutique” concept suggested by its name. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing: the floor was dusty and the carpets looked noticeably dirty. Although the room is designed to accommodate up to four guests, it was not properly prepared for that number of people. Basic items, such as towels and glasses, were provided in insufficient quantities. Another extremely negative aspect of our experience was the Pool Party hosted by the hotel over the weekend, which was also open to the general public. I believe this information should be clearly stated in the hotel description on booking websites, as it can significantly affect the experience of guests looking for peace and relaxation. To make matters worse, the room did not have adequate soundproofing. As a result, we had to endure loud music during a part of our trip that we had specifically set aside to relax. Unfortunately, considering all these issues, the overall experience fell well below our expectations.

Le confort de la piscine privée, le personnel au restaurant absolument fantastique.

À presque 600€ la nuit (à Marrakech qui plus est !), je m’attends à avoir des prestations de qualité. Eau chaude qui mets 15 minutes à arriver, se doucher au filet d’eau car pas de pression, pommeau de douche à moitié cassé et encrassé de calcaire. Piscine non nettoyée (pleine de feuilles mortes) Terrasse très sale (de la terre partout). Écrire à la réception pour passer une commande en room service sans réponse pendant 1h, aller commander soi même au restaurant et aucun personnel pour débarrasser en chambre avant le lendemain matin. Beaucoup de bruit sur la partie communicante de la chambre avec l’espace restauration. Mobilier extérieur tres abîmés (fauteuils en simili cuir déchirés, transat abîmés, parasols en fin de vie). Je termine mes vacances en ayant pris cette chambre pour me faire plaisir, j’aurais du rester dans mon précédent hôtel qui était 3 fois moins cher et où le service, l’hygiène et la décoration étaient incroyable. C’est vraiment dommage car la DA du lieu pourrait en faire un véritable incontournable de Marrakech.

Flott hotell. Rent. Utmerket service. Frokost ved basseng. Bar inne i bassenget. Fikk oppgradert rom, bestilte standard, ble oppgradert til Junior standard. Privat terasse/balkong. Parkering rett utenfor hotellet og gratis. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Litt langt sentrum, 20 min med bil. Men det går fint, var ikke så ille. Hadde leid egen bil, fungerte for meg.

For the cost of the junior terrace, i should not be fighting tiny flies constantly. The doors were not the best as they had gaps. Spoke with reception and nothing was done to combat it. It made a beautiful room extremely uncomfortable. The room also had a weird smell and even the orange blossom scents did not mask it

Beautiful hotel. Lovely pool area for hotel guests and then a second pool for nine residents but can be used by hotel guests. 2 bed suite was beautiful. Food outstanding. Staff amazing and so helpful!

Liked everything. Occasional drainage smell. Balcony in 2 bed suite was 2 v small ones which was fine but one large one for everyone would be better

Petit déjeuner complet, en terrasse, au calme. Quelques perturbations avec des abeilles en quête de récupérer leur miel, mais la Team a géré. Ambiance piscine très agréable, musique en sourdine non agressive ! (très important), il est possible de se reposer.

Les cocktails sont un peu chers au regard des prix habituellement pratiqués au sein d'établissements de même niveau (20 euros l'apérol spritz....).

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is really friendly & helpful. Rooms are amazing and comfortable.

Unfortunately, there was a bee plague. So too many bees over our breakfast which made it uncomfortable and we had to eat in our bed in the room to not get stung. We find the prices vs quality / portion size of food very expensive. A Coca Cola is 7,5€ per can, lunch is approx 20-23€ for a salad or sandwich. We didn’t know the hotel was also open to the public. There are two pools. One is more quiet as only guest can lay there but the other pool is a very buzzing place with loud music. The people that come there are personally not my kind of crowd, they are all there to flirt and party with each other, which made us feel very uncomfortable to go to that pool and enjoy it.

Le personnel de l’hôtel a été aux petits soins avec nous durant tout le séjour. Le restaurant mérite un vrai 10/10 : les plats étaient aussi beaux que délicieux, avec une excellente présentation et des idées originales. Concernant la chambre, rien à redire : très spacieuse, impeccable et parfaitement entretenue. Même la piscine privée était nettoyée chaque jour. Un séjour vraiment réussi, je recommande sans hésiter !

The food was delicious. Would have liked a little more fresh fruit for breakfast (the fruit is insanely fresh out in Marrakesh) lunch and dinner 10/10 The local white wine was also very nice. Always like to drink what the locals drink if suitable and it was - white, crisp and cold! Stunning outside lunch/dining area every thing was just perfect!

Facilities and the staff as well as food were all great. Loved the pool.

The plumbing seriously requires renewal - water stays in sinks and shower. The sun beds, gym (!!!) and the territory around the pool could be much cleaner.

The breakfast was amazing—fresh, delicious, and very accommodating of my coeliac requirements, which were always remembered. The freshly squeezed orange juice was some of the best I’ve had, and the fresh coffee and mint tea were a perfect touch. The staff were incredible and truly couldn’t do enough for you. The sunbeds were extremely comfortable, and the pool was both relaxing and had a great atmosphere. Our room was lovely as well, making the whole stay feel really special.

The only minor point was that the gym could benefit from a bit more equipment. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience at all—honestly, it’s very hard to fault this hotel.

The staff members Karima and young Mohamed were so lovely. The room was exceptional spacious and the decor very cool and the maid did a great job and we loved the private terraces. The pool was warm and the non heated was great too. Breakfast was very good and the hammam was lovely and massage lady excellent

They get alot of revenue from diaspora and rich locals splashing wads of cash on sheishas, extortionately priced drinks and food for groups of creepy men and their barely clad local ‘paid hookups’ - at times the music was so loud those staying felt uncomfortable. Felt the residents staying played second violin to the pool day passes.

Établissement splendide, décoré avec beaucoup de goûts. Le personnel est très attentionné. La suite était vraiment magnifique. La literie est d’un confort sans nom.

Point négatif pour le pack amoureux qui n’avait pas été préparée à notre arrivée (mais qu’ils ont rectifié par la suite) Ainsi que pour la douche froide …

Everything was very relaxing ans aesthetic. We really enjoyed the pool facilities and the restaurant. The staff was absolutely lovely.

The Wifi was rather bad. But it was okay to be a little disconnected

The staff were incredible. They were always so happy to help with anything and so polite. Kamal in particular was such a nice guy. The hotel and the pool area was so nice, clean and relaxing.

Drinks etc seemed a bit expensive but this seems to be a norm for any tourist destinations in Marrakech.

Nous sommes retournés aux palmiers pour la deuxième fois. Après un premier séjour idyllique en amoureux l’an dernier, cette fois nous avons emmené nos enfants et c’était une fois encore un moment magique. La gentillesse et la qualité du service rend chaque instant exceptionnel, chaleureux et précieux. Nous reviendrons encore et encore tant nous sommes heureux d’avoir trouvé ce magnifique cocon pour nos vacances à Marrakech. Ne changez rien et merci pour tout.

Rigtig flot hotel. Dejlig stort med en rigtig god restaurant, spa og 2 pools. Alt var rent og rart. Pæne værelser også, med gode puder og en rigtig dyne. Skøn spa og meget meget godt personale. Alle var super behjælpelige og søde. Kender ikke hendes navn, men de har en ung marrokansk kvinde i receptionen UTROLIG flink og ydede altid god service. Derudover også mulighed for privat kørsel, med chauffør fra hotellet rundt til steder og lufthavnen. Super rart.

Rigtig dårlig belysning på værelset. Det var så mørkt man ikke kunne se særlig meget, så man skulle næsten tænde lygten på ens telefon, hvis man ledte efter noget. Beliggenheden var ikke som sådan dårlig. Men man skulle køre ligemeget hvad. Ligger i mere lokalt område. Havde lidt uheldige oplevelser med folk der kastede sten efter en på gaden og fulgte efter en, men det er selvfølgelig ikke hotellets skyld.

Sehr grosses und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit zwei Terrassen. Die beiden Pools sind gross und die Liegen sehr bequem. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage insgesamt ist wunderschön angelegt und alles ist sehr geschmackvoll ein gerichtet. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war geschmacklich hervorragend und äusserst schön angerichtet.

Das Hotel ist ca. 15 Minuten von der Medina entfernt, das muss man sich bewusst sein. Die Preise für Getränke und Speisen sind gehoben.

Het ontbijt was zeker goed en de accommodatie ook. Het was nu rustig maar ik denk dat als het druk is het zwembad met de bar en eetgelegenheid heel gezellig zal zijn. Het zal er ook allemaal heel mooi uit.

De prijzen zijn echt bizar hoog! €7,50 voor een cola. €22,00 voor een salade en ga zo maar door. Ook de shuttleritten naar het centrum (€25 enkele rit) vind ik persoonlijk aan de hoge kant. Als je een taxi bestelde aan de receptie is de prijs ook echt niet normaal hoog. Wij gingen golfen, rit van 20 minuten en moesten €120,00 betalen. Het hotel is normaal je veilige thuishaven waar je ervan uitgaat dat je niet opgelicht wordt en dit gevoel was in dit hotel helaas helemaal anders. Onze kamer was heel donker met zeer weinig licht. Badkamer was dringend aan vernieuwing toe.

My fiancé and I had the most wonderful stay at Les Palmiers Boutique Hotel & Spa. We were welcomed with complementary Moroccan Tea. The hotel is beautifully decorated with such a calm and luxurious atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax while visiting Marrakech. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, especially Karema and Hassna who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their warmth and hospitality really made our experience even more special. The food and drinks were amazing, especially the breakfast with fresh baked goods and the hotel has two lovely pools which are perfect for relaxing during the day. The hotel also kindly arranged transfers to anywhere we wanted to go, which made exploring Marrakech very easy and stress-free. Our room was beautiful and had a lovely outdoor seating area which was perfect in the mornings while enjoying the complimentary tea and coffee. Overall we had such a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Les Palmiers Boutique Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Marrakech. We would definitely love to return. — Cynthia

Tolle öffentliche Bereiche: Frühstücksraum, Bar, Pool, Terrasse. Gutes und reichhaltiges landestypisches Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal, immer bemüht und hilfsbereit. Gutes Essen vom Restaurant. Eine kleine Oase mit viel Grün und Vogelgezwitscher.

Leider war unser Suite schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Dusche und die Waschbecken waren rissig und das Wasser lief nicht ab. Dies konnte selbst nach Info nicht beseitigt werden. Die Handtücher und die Bademäntel waren alt und der Stoff war an vielen Stellen dünn und durchsichtig. Dies galt auch für die Handtücher die am Pool bereit lagen. Dadurch das das Hotel außerhalb lag, ist man leider immer auf ein Taxi angewiesen, welches mindestens so teuer wie in Deutschland ist.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel boutique, situé à l écart du tumulte de la ville, les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût, le petit déjeuner est excellent ainsi que la nourriture en général, les espaces extérieurs sont également très beaux (jardin, piscine)

Petit bémol : les prix de la restauration et du spa sont un peu élevés mais la qualité a un prix donc c’est un « mini » avis négatif

Open shower plan. Also one thing which made me lower my score. Whilst staying there the staff were amazing and met all expectations and requests. However I needed something after I left, I got zero comms or responses from the hotel/staff which made it seem like once you are gone it's done.
