Downside lang is maingay yung toilet bowl pagfinaflash and medyo risky lang yung hagdan specially pag may minors kasi walang side rails but overall experience, superb. 100% gonna recommend for sure

But one thing is that the address should especially identify the place It should be BLOQ residences, sikatuna because for the first timers it will be hard for them to trace the exact location and even Cebu drivers.

the beds were clean and comfortable we were happy with that.And also with big tv can watch video and Netflix.

We saw ants on the floor when we arrived. The oven and the inside of the refrigerator was not clean.

The size of the room is excellent for a family. The owner is very generous in providing adequate amount of toiletries, water is even included, tea, coffee facilities are also provided. We had the best stay after our tiring excursion in Oslob.

The place was spacious for families and there was hot and cold water dispenser with drinking water, coffee, sugar, and other amenities inside. The TV was huge. There was a karaoke unit although we didn't use it. Cable TV was also available. The electronic door lock was easy to operate. The kitchen area was big and there were kitchen utensils as well. This is suitable for families that prefer to cook.

The loft stair didn't have handrails which was unsafe for kids. There was a loose plug near the loft bed which was unsafe. The sofa needs cleaning. The bathroom needs maintenance as well (i.e bathroom door has mildew, spray hose need maintenance, angle valve was corroded, shower cubicle doesn't have shower curtain or partition to prevent water on floor, tv doesn't connect automatically to internet, loft side AC takes time to cool, kitchen AC need PPM because there was intermittent noise coming from either the condenser fan motor or blower motor, the place doesn't have a nearby convenience store)

The loft unit is big enough to accommodate big groups. Our family of 6 had a nice time at this loft unit. I'm glad that the A/C was on when we arrived. The loft unit was clean and smell fresh. They gave us clean towels and beddings. The living room is spacious. The TV and internet works well. The kitchen has most of the things you need to cook a meal. Free water and has hot & cold dispenser. The bedroom upstairs is also spacious with multiple mattresses and drawers for our family. Great A/C and good hot water for shower. Noise proof from construction next door. This loft unit is home away from home. It has everything you need! Felix is responsive to our calls.

There was no parking on site during our stay but they had us park on another lot close by. Probably a 5 minute walk to and from the loft unit. It felt unsafe due to low lighting but the lot is gated with attendant. Also, the stairs are a bit steep (even for adult like me on 30's) and doesn't have a hand rail. Unsafe for kids. Construction view next door. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The property is ideal for a family of 5 or more. It has a fridge, electric kettle and built-in cooktop. There are linens and towels provided. The beds are fairly comfortable to sleep on. The property is tidy.

The stairs from the living area connecting the loft have no safety rail. The division between the toilet and the shower is small. There is no microwave provided. The freezer was not completely clean.

It was very cozy.

The room Is very conducive to a Family of 6 however, the stairs going up to the 2nd Floor is not senior/young kids friendly . The lack of side rails should be added for Safety and support but otherwise, the Place is nice. Thank you.

Upon checking in the unit smlled like dried fish maybe the previous group had a fishy breakfast.
