La Clim fait énormément de bruit Les chambres sont assez vétuste

O pequeno almoco era bom, sendo variado e tipo buffet . O hotel fica perto do porto de Cebu e para quem goste de caminhar, fica perto de algumas das atracoes da cidade : cruz de Magalhaes e a Basilica de Santo Nino ( tem que se entrar com as pernas cobertas , tive que comprar umas calcas a uma senhora que estava a entrada ) . Caminhamos mais um pouco e visitamos a Plaza Independencia, onde esta o Forte de San Pedro. O hotel tem uma pequena piscina no ultimo andar ( emprestam gratuitamente uma toalha de banho ), com uma boa vista panoramica. O quarto tinha um tamanho " medio ", com ar condicionado.

Surgiu um problema com o ar condicionado , que ao desligarmos, comecou a pingar no seu interior, fazendo barulho o que nos impedia de dormir. Ja passava da meia noite e fomos a recepçao expor o problema e rapidamente o resolveram . Passados uns minutos foi um funcionario ao quarto ver qual o problema e mudaram -nos para outro quarto no mesmo andar !! Ficámos satisfeitos com a atuaçao do hotel !!

L endroit , la qualité de m hôtel, chambre, impeccable, la réception, impeccable, les hôtesses et personnel extrêmement professionnel, petit déjeuner, très copieux, la piscine sur le toit est un plus très agréable

Near and accessible to all attractions and transportations. Very clean and comfortable. All staffs are approachable and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Het water liep eigenlijk overal heen behalve m’n doucheputje. Het hotel licht downtown wat leuk klinkt maar niet de veiligste buurt is achteraf gezien. Niet dat ik me onveilig heb gevoeld maar merkte wel dat ik hier meer op m’n hoede was

Luck of flexibility. I had to pay extra to check in earlier, 3 hours earlier. They could have let me check in without extra cost since I am a returning customer and many times I left the hotel many hours before check out time.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and attended to all our needs in a timely manner. We didn't order food so I can't really tell anything about it. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. It is situated in a good location close to the important landmarks in the city and has a really good view of the city.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Only thing was that smoking wasn't allowed in the room. Everyone is supposed to smoke in the 9th floor balcony. Other than that, I had a wonderful time at the hotel.

We really liked the place. All the staff were very accommodating, especially during check-in and check-out. The facilities deserve a very good rating. We also liked the food — kudos to the head chef and staff. We also liked the housekeeping service, even for the replenishment of complimentary coffee, water, tissue, and soap. The parking space was also good.

WHAT WE THINK THAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT that we hope the hotel management will consider: Pool Area: The pool was smaller than we expected. It was quite narrow and only about 3-4 ft deep. We also suggest extending the pool hours to at least 10 PM. Pool Bar Area: The mini bar near the pool was too hot and had no ventilation. We also suggest extending the bar service to offer more drinks and not just limited to canned beers. Hallway: The hallway was also too hot, possibly because the ventilation was not working. Parking: For parking, we suggest assigning a designated spot for guests who have the free parking inclusive in their booking. Hotel Services: We also suggest that housekeeping include a laundry service (wash, dry, fold) soon, or that the admin add it as part of their hotel services.

Clean, comfortable and close to bus station. Very good value.

Ontbijt was prima. Kamer was prima.

Dit ligt niet aan het hotel. Maar de ineffiency in de Filipijnen is bijzonder. Met het ontbijt stonden 13 mensen te kijken wat ze konden doen. Dus als je glas nog niet leeg was werd het bijgevuld. Bij uitchecken moet je wachten. Iemand inspecteerd je kamer. Als het in orde is krijg je een briefje. Dat moet je beneden aan de beveiliger geven en laten aftekenen dan mag je gaan.

We were there 5 night, the only problem was I spotted a couple of bugs in the bathroom and the area of the small refrigerator.

The hotel is right next to Elizabeth Mall. Very convenient for shopping groceries and eating out. The room is cleaned and supplies are refilled daily (ex: water, coffee, toiletries etc.) Staff are excellent and breakfast was good.

Struttura moderna e estremamente pulita, un grosso salto rispetto ai dintorni. Se si vuole vivere la città, proprio sotto c'era un mercato notturno ed è abbastanza vicino a Forte San Pedro e molto alla cattedrale..

Dintorni caotici, ma è la città che è così.

The breakfast buffet was great. The staff and the service were amazing and accommodating. Even at late night they were very helpful for my request. The free extra pillow was a the cherry on top. I love having lots of pillows when sleeping alone.

Just a minor problem. The body soap dispenser at my room is a little broken. Not much of a problem as I bought my own soap from the mall beside the building.

We like the room because it is really spacious. We also love the breakfast buffet because it is unlimited and the food are all delicious. We also like that the room is clean. And we also love to stay here always whenever we are in the City because it is near to everything.

It could have been better if all the rooms have a smart TV because I noticed that many rooms in this hotel are not having a smart TV. I know this because we stay in this hotel for how many times. People love watching netflix and other digital channel that's why I suggest that having smart TV in all rooms will really boost this hotel.

Brilliant location. Very central to everything. The breakfast was decent too with a good selection.

Rooms and hallways were a little dated. Needed a fresh coat of paint.

I like it because it is in the central part of Cebu and I can walk anywhere for shopping and going to Sto Nino church or any church within the vicinity.

The air con is a little noisy but maybe because of its age however it is not very troublesome.

It was a shame they couldn't give us a double bed instead of 2 single beds. Waiting for a lift can be annoying. The pool was always full of people and we couldn't use it.

We don’t like their other staff, they’re grumpy specially the receptionist. they’re 3 and 2 of them are talking to the other hotel guest while the other one is free she didn’t even ask us about our check in or what we just standing in front of them and if we don’t talk to them first they don’t even aks us.
