Nothing not to like!

Everything about this property is top notch. Gordon has, I must assume, spent some time thoughtfully decorating & appointing the space. We felt comfortable and at home the entire time. We would love to be back when next visiting.

This was an exceptional apartment! It was beautifully furnished and decorated . The longe area was very welcoming and comfortable. It was extremely well equipped with an amazing kitchen and butler’s pantry. All three en suite bathrooms were modern and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the personal touch from the owner who met us when we arrived to show us the features of the apartment and to provide information of restaurants we might like to try and the location of the nearest supermarket. He provided his contact number in the event that we might encounter any issues (which we did not) and he came again when we vacated the apartment at the end of our all too short stay.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

The property itself is absolutely stunning. The layout is exceptionally well designed for families, with each bedroom offering its own private bathroom and enough separation to give everyone their own space while still feeling connected. The interior is spacious, elegant and beautifully presented, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. In my opinion, this is one of the finest properties available in Napier.

Stunning home, beautiful fixtures and fittings making us feel at home from the start. The amenities were next level with beautiful kitchen appliances, crockery and cutlery, the beds super comfortable with fabulous bathroom facilities. Very grateful to the host for his time, eating out suggestions and recommendations of places to see and visit. Highly recommend

Great host and a very special apparent

We were warmly welcomed by Kyteh, who showed us how to access the secure underground parking and gave us a full tour of the apartment. The place itself is stunning — the lift opens directly into the fourth-floor apartment, which felt like such a treat every time. The décor is beautiful, filled with art, antique furniture, and stylish touches. Everything was exceptionally comfortable, from the beds to the sofas. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped (two dishwashers and multiple dinner sets!) and would be perfect for entertaining friends. We also loved the small roof deck overlooking the CBD and Bluff Hill.

It’s a very expensive place to stay, but the quality and experience do reflect the price.

Spectacular. What a unique stay. Gordon was a lovely host and couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. Our teen kids both loved having their own (enormous) bathrooms and we spent many hours discussing the individual art pieces that grace every wall. Great location, a couple of minutes to walk down to the waterfront and with endless food options within the immediate vicinity. We travel a lot, and the whole family has voted this as one of our most memorable and favourite stays.

Our stay at the accommodation was absolutely wonderful. It felt like residing within a museum adorned with exquisite, world-class art from across the globe. Every corner we looked, we were filled with awe. The place was equipped with all modern conveniences, including an ice maker, locally sourced organic milk, as well as high-quality soaps and shampoo. Additionally, the accommodation offered secure parking, which I found to be a significant advantage. Its convenient location in the CBD allowed us to easily explore great eateries and attractions on foot. The owner was exceptionally pleasant to interact with – friendly and informative. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and settling in. Our experience far exceeded expectations. Moreover, the accommodations were highly luxurious, boasting impressive bathrooms with underfloor heating and indulgent monsoon showerheads. It truly felt like an apartment fit for a king. I would enthusiastically choose to stay there again on my next visit to Napier.

We loved this place. Every bedroom is beautiful and private. It’s a lovely relaxing place, so well cared for . Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen . The furniture is amazing . The position is perfect . Loved it .

Spacious, well laid out, comfortable, and quiet. Location and parking were excellent. This was the perfect apartment for our family get together in Napier. Host was first class to deal with and very helpful. We throughly enjoyed the property, and would certainly stay again.

From beginning to end this was an exceptional stay - we were welcomed by our gracious host, the apartment was immaculately furnished and well-stocked and the beds were sooo comfortable! Its central location meant we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, galleries and the beach front.

Everything was wonderful

Great host, fantastic location, exceptional property with everything you could want for, stunning interiors and objet d’art as well as very comfortable beds. We cooked one evening and the kitchen is very well stocked. The host went out of his way to look after us, made reservations and checked in to see if everything was going well.

Nothing not to like! Only comment would be that the sitting area comfortably seated 4/5 but we were a group of 6.

The location was perfect right next to the places we wanted to have coffee, breakfast and dinner. Our host was super helpful and the accommodation was lovely, comfy and like nothing I have stayed in before it had more than everything you needed.

It was a bit road noisy on the first night but that is to be expected being right in town.

Everything about The Address was phenomenal! Our host couldn't have done any more for us, so welcoming and helpful. The property has to be seen to appreciate just how fabulous it is.

The Address is exponentially more than a five star rating. Ultra modern kitchen, bathrooms, and butler’s pantry share this spacious penthouse with exquisite antiques, worldwide collectibles, museum quality paintings and sculptures….truly a feast for the eyes. All appliances and amenities were first class, including luxurious bath products and linens. The apartment is also located in the central city and waterfront so easy access to restaurants and places of interest.
