The location of Riad Sasha is excellent—perfectly situated for exploring the local area, with many interesting places, shops, and traditional experiences within easy reach. It makes the riad a very convenient and enjoyable base for discovering the city.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Riad Sasha Accommodation. The riad is comfortable, charming, and has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home, and the hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional. A special thank you to Halimah, who was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her breakfasts were absolutely delicious,fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared, giving us a great start to each day. Halimah was also a fantastic source of local knowledge. She helped us find interesting places to visit and recommended local shops, restaurants, attractions, and a traditional Hammam. Her advice made exploring the area much easier and allowed us to experience more of the local culture. She was always happy to help and did so with a genuine smile.

Meest geweldige prive riad, dichtbij jem el fna en letterlijk naast de paleis van de koning waardoor het zeer veilig is. De riad werd elke dag goed schoongemaakt en we kregen ook geweldig ontbijt elke ochtend. 10/10!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce Riad exceptionnel, parfaitement situé. Merci infiniment à Halima pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et ses délicieux petits déjeuners.

Poder disfrutar de este riad al completo toda la familia ha sido todo un lujo. Poder descansar cuando ha sido necesario en su salón o la amabilidad y simpatía de Halima para satisfacer todas nuestras peticiones y prepararnos unos completos desayunos. La ubicación es perfecta, en una zona muy segura y tranquila, a pocos minutos de los puntos de interés.

The Riad itself was beautiful and very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast that Halima prepared for us. We had a great stay at the Riad Sasha.

La gentillesse et le service de Halima...la petite piscine parce qu'il a fait particulièrement chaud,les moments en famille dans un beau riad que nos petits enfants ont découvert....Enfin...tout! Merciii

Large space, great service and location. The housekeeper was fantastic.

Nos encantó llegar y descubrir que por dentro es un lugar completamente moderno y con instalaciones como las de una casa rural (cocina, baños, salón, habitaciones independientes, una zona de piscina, otra de tomar el sol y otra como zona de descanso, además cuenta con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones) Nuestro vuelo llegó antes del check-in y lo tenían todo listo, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Es un Riad acogedor, lo recomiendo sobre todo si buscas una estancia tranquila en familia o en grupo. Está cerca de la medina, andando se tardan unos 10 minutos, es la ubicación perfecta para ir andando a puntos de interés y por la noche alejarte del ruido de esta. Gracias a Hanna, que siempre ha estado muy atenta a lo que necesitábamos, desde el momento en el que llegamos que nos recibió con unos dulces súper ricos, y después venía todos los días a prepararnos el desayuno, ¡DELICIOSO! Hemos disfrutado un montón.

Riad très bien équipé et propre. Nous avons pris au riad un repas le soir de notre arrivée. C'était excellent. Le petit déjeuner est parfait.

Le Riad est confortable et très bien décoré malgré sa situation géographique minable ; à travers la démolition et bruit de construction pleins de chats errants, Motos qui arrivent de partout.

Le café n'est pas compris au petit déjeuner!! Pourquoi le mot pool est mentionné dans le titre. RIAD SASHA EXCLUSIF & POOL ?? C'est un tout petit spa de 6 pieds × 3 pieds. avec de l'eau trouble.

Le lieu, la décoration et la terrasse, un riad splendide doté d'une gouvernante qui prépare de délicieux déjeuners et qui est aux petits soins.

Le bassin sur la terrasse. Un point d'eau peu utile au vu de sa taille.

Tout d’abord séduits par la décoration du Riad, oui l’emplacement qui donne un accès facile. Confirmation dès notre arrivée tardive que notre choix était le bon : l’accueil exceptionnel, puis la propreté… après notre première nuit nous avons été accueillis par Iatimad, notre merveilleuse gouvernante qui n’a eu de cesse que de nous gâter tout au long de notre séjour ! Le suivi de Ahlam est parfait, attentive à nos besoins. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Unbelievable beautiful atmosphere, we love Iatimad she is gentle and she prepare a really good breakfast every morning. If i come to Marocco next time 100% ill come here to stay. Thanks allot Iatimad & Riad Sasha

Great location. Only 10 minutes from Jemma el Fna square and popular attractions like Al Badi palace and Saadian tombs. Lots of different options for eating out. Also Hannan was wonderful. She made us great breakfasts and kept everything nice and clean. 10/10

The Riad is beautiful and in a fantastic location . The beds were all comfortable and it was very clean . The breakfast every day was delicious and the owners and staff were so helpful making our daughters special birthday one to remember .

The riad was beautifully furnished, very clean and quite spacious. Our family of four was very comfortable . Air conditioning worked perfectly. We did not use the plunge pool since water was cold. Distance wise it was not far from restaurants and shopping but we had to taxi everywhere (even 3 blocks away) because walking and crossing the street is quite treacherous in Marrakech. Good location for tour pickup and drop off as it is next to Royal Palace. Hannah prepared us delicious breakfasts and one evening we paid 20 euros per person for her to prepare dinner for us. She made a delicious lamb tagine that we couldn’t finish, there was so much. She made our stay extra special. So did Saber, who responded very quickly anytime we messaged him with questions. We had a great stay in Marrakech and highly recommend staying here!

There is a stray cat that has made the rooftop veranda his permanent home and would meow loudly to other stray cats even late at night

Beautiful new property in Marrakech. With all the comforts you require. Location is incredible. Within walking distance to all major sites. Hanan was lovely and accommodated to me and my family so well.

A lot of the sockets were difficult to use. Couldn’t plug in appliances to at least half the sockets. Another thing is as it is an air bnb it is vital to consider if you have a late flight there won’t be anywhere to hold your luggage as it isn’t your typical hotel/riad where there is constant staff and multiple occupants.

The morning breakfast that was included was delicious! Walking distance into town, nice facilities & rooftop. We all slept well and enjoyed the Riad

This is an excellent property near the medina- the riad is very beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and outside the noisy parts. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property is beautiful, and spacious, it is comfortable just like your own home, there was everything in the home that I could think of. The decor and beds are of true quality slept like a queen. My 2 year old and 14 year old both enjoyed the place. It is a 5 mins walk to Jamal fin-a and Curtubia mosque, extremely safe location and very clean. The house keeper/Butler Hannah is an amazing person made us an amazing breakfast every morning, ever so polite and friendly. The young lads who helped access the property spoke amazing English extremely polite and prompt with all queries. They created a watsapp group a night before which was very helpful and helped with all questions.

I enjoyed the cold pool in the morning however husband was a little hesitant. Also the pool is 1m by 2m so not a swimming pool more of a cold tub which i loved, i enjoy cold baths so worked for me.

Amazing Place in central Marrakech. Very tastefully decorated, attention to detail. Everything was very clean, comfortable beds, private roof terrace. Felt like a little private oasis in busy Marrakech. The staff members we met were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was incredible cooked freshly by a lovely lady. Couldn't have asked for anything more or better. Highly recommend!
