Lovely place to stay! Great host! Good facilities washing machine and cleaner brought supplies and water everyday. Walking distance to some cool areas and only a short cheap didi to more highlights. Great view from the apartment and comfy beds :) just a note that the room with the glass sliding doors don't fully close but the curtains fully cover to allow for privacy.

A szobák nagyon kényelmesek, tágasak és kiváló áron érhetők el. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes. Minden nap van takarítás. A szállás vezetői nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek. Gyönyörű a kilátás a szobákból a folyóra. A környéken több étterem és kisbolt is van. A központ gyalogosan viszonylag gyorsan elérhető, de ehhez a városra jellemző módon sokat kell lépcsőzni felfelé. Kiváló bázis volt a környék felfedezésére.

A konyhában két bögre volt csak. Picit több felszerelés, esetleg egy két tányér növelné a kényelmet, de lehet, hogy Kínában ez a szokás, mert így is ez volt az egyik legjobban felszerelt szobánk a kinttartózkodásunk alatt. Ez egyáltalán nem rontott az élményen.

The view was superb. Beds were comfortable. Staff in the lobby was nice and friendly.

The floor was really dirty, we asked them to clean it again which they did but just very quickly and not very well. I guess the apartment had been unoccupied for a long time because it was very dusty and hot, it took 2 days for the AC to make the place cooler.

Habitación excelente, tal cual las fotos. La lavadora, la nevera y la ducha funcionan perfectamente. Vistas al río. Bien situado cerca de las paradas de autobús, con taxis incluso de madrugada, lugares para comer y supermercado a cualquier hora. En el edificio de al lado, planta 2, hay desayuno continental por 18 yuanes. Personal amable.

Nadie de recepción habla inglés, aunque se hacen entender con el traductor. Algo difícil de encontrar, porque en el edificio pone el nombre del apartamento pero al entrar en el local sale el nombre de otro hotel.

Immediately upon entering we were in awe of the view of the Yangtze. Spacious apartment with a nice sitting room. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing location, polite staff very helpful gave us fruits. Apartment is enough for two people, nice decor and amenities.

Gute Lage, um Chongqing zu erkunden. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir sind spät in der Nacht angekommen, aber es war kein Problem. Tägliche Reinigung und neue Wasserflaschen. Auf dem Balkon war eine Waschmaschine.

Die Küche war leer, keine Küchenutensilien. Schade! Ich hatte mir die Wohnung etwas hübscher vorgestellt.

Nice view, quiet, great riverside options for running (as long as the river is low enough, they maybe underwater sometimes), washing machine + powder and daily water (these are serviced apartments)

- No fork/knife and I managed to find an old spoon in some drawer. I aksed for some and was given a bunch of pots and chopsticks lol (communication and availability maybe an issue) - You must walk a bit for western food options or groceries

Very central location. The view from the apartment was amazing, would definitely say get the lake view apartment over the city view, because the view of the lake was fabulous! Also had a washing machine which was helpful. Right beside convenience stores also.

The kitchen could use a deep clean. Also, some cutlery in the kitchen with glasses/cups would be ideal.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, the view is amazing and the apartment is perfect sized for a vacation. The staff was great and they were always available. Everything was clean and honestly nothing to complain.

Las vistas y la altura del apartamento.

Debería estar más limpio, como el polvo incrustado en las lámparas,.....y ser un poco más transparentes en decir y mostrar fotos de las vistas que hay desde el apartamento, que aunque son muy buenas, las mejores, sin duda son las del otro lado de la península

The apartment is very nice, spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and the hosts were super nice and attentive. We received daily cleaning, including bottled waters and fresh towels, and we really appreciated the washing detergent provided for washing our clothes. We found the location amazing, even though it's central, the riverside did not feel like a very busy area. We had a wonderful view from the flat and there are shops and restaurants around the building as well. Metro stations are about 10-15 minutes walk away (uphill mostly, so take that into account if you don't want to walk many stairs). For us it was a perfect location and we really enjoyed our stay.

We would have appreciated some very basic kitchen equipment, like a few plates and bowls, and a sponge for cleaning dishes. There were only mugs and glasses in the apartment.

These guys have beautiful apartments with stunning views and great amenities. The staff are kind and accommodating and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

The staff were really amazing. They attended to every request we had and gave us a free upgrade. The view from the room is amazing! You will love the Yangtze river view. The location is near to a lot of attractions and a Didi ride away.

Booked for few nights..owner was kind enough upgraded us to river view on high floor. Staffs was great and very helpful if you are looking for somewhere close enough to city n not too noisy+ enjoy experience local food or restaurant..this is great location. facilities of apartment was good, clean and tidy as well.

please be ready to walk a bit to local monorail station..but if weather is good..it will be good walk!

The location, it was around 10 to 15 min away from many touristics attractions and things to do. The staff was helpful by giving us tips. The accommodation provided us many things. They upgraded our room, and the view was beautiful. Some fruits were given by the landlord.

The city lights and AC were so loud that it was complicated to sleep. The place is full of rental apartments and some locals. The waiters and waitresses from the restaurants downstairs were loud.

The location and the staff are very good. They always try to help you in you stay.

Amazing experience!! We would definitely book again. The room had a really good and comfortable vibe and we liked to hang out at home as well. We had a lovely cleaning lady who took care of everything in the room. When she noticed we kept skipping breakfast she even brought us fruits to the room, she is really the sweetest! We can recommend the facilities to foreigners as well, we have 0 Mandarin skills, but the staff made an effort to communicate everything carefully nevertheless.

Even though the room was cleaned upon our arrival, the overall tidiness of the apartment was quite lacking. It was evident that a thorough cleaning was needed throughout the space. Additionally, we encountered a broken bed that was supported with bricks, which was disappointing. The kitchen lacked utensils, requiring us to request some, but the uncleanliness of the kitchen dampened our motivation to cook. The microwave and cupboards were also very untidy. Furthermore, the lamps appeared covered in dirt and had a brownish hue. While there is room for improvement, I believe with some effort and attention to cleanliness, the apartment could provide a more enjoyable experience for future guests.

The transportation hotel bus is too small to compensate lots guesses. No restaurant in walking distance since the hotel has no breakfast or food.

The host, husband, wife and all other assistants, they are very friendly and helpful. We were late for checked-in but the host wait for us to ensure we have a smooth check-in. They provided us a lot of recommendations where to have good food and cheaper manner of transporting us to and from our destination. The room is fit for 4 people to stay comfortably. They fulfilled our request as much as possible such as providing daily sufficient mineral water, bath towel, disposable shoes, kitchen utensil and so on. The host was so kind to send fruits for free to the unit that we stayed. The location is very near to Bai Xiang Ju and Bai Xiang Jie, and about 20 mins slow walk to Ren Ming Jie Fang Bei. There are a lot of old shops selling good Chongqing food when walking to Bai Xiang Ju and Ren Ming Jie Fang Bei. We are very happy staying in the unit and even had extended a few more nights at the unit. We all are pleased and happy get to stay in Yue Ke Apartment :-)

The fall part is no cooking is possible in the early unit we stay. However, when we extended our stay and had been allocated to different unit, there was at least a microwave oven provided for heating up some food that we bought. Another set-back was that cleaning was not done daily, at least alternate day for the wash room. Cleaning up wash room need to request.

We had two apartments for 4 people and it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay, with lots of space. I enjoyed walking along the endless riverside walkway just across the road, in the cool mornings and evenings, and you can even get down to the riverbank a km or so upriver. Beautiful views from the windows. Friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms could have been cleaner, especially kitchen was quite dirty and not usable (especially cupboards). The floor was dusty. I don't know how they clean the sofa and cushions between guests (probably don't?) The fridge worked, no freezer. Kitchen was also completely empty of utensils, pots/ pans, plates or bowls, cleaning supplies etc. At most, it could be used to store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the microwave the next day. Kettle and one mug, was used for making tea. Couldn't actually cook anything. Bathroom stayed quite damp the whole time, little ventilation (the second room was a bit better). A BIG downside was that smoking was in the corridors and allowed in the rooms, although we asked for a smoke-free room and it was pleasant when the door was closed and neighbouring rooms vacant. The elevators smelled of smoke though.

Great value right by the riverside, staff kindly upgraded our room for free to one with a riverside view which looked fantastic from our room on the 24th floor. Room was spotless and bigger than we'd expected for the price. Small balcony with a washing machine as well as a fully-fitted kitchen. Serviced every day for fresh towels etc. Check-in was efficient, the surrounding area has a few shops and restaurants, and only a short walk along the river to the tourism hub.

Staff is very nice, friendly, fast response on our requirement. Their service is great and beyond our expectation. The room is clean and good view to see another side of river.

A bit far from highlight points of Chongqing but easy to take a taxi and the bus pass by.

When I checked out, I left my US cellphone in a rush. Since my US cellphone won't work, I left my phone by the windows and I have hundreds of photos taken since I primarily used the phone as a camera previous. I found out within one hour of checking out and took a taxi back to check. It was gone and the room was cleaned. It is 100% that the cleaning lady took my cellphone. Really bad experience. However, for anyone who are considering this hotel (it is actually an Airbnb style), DONT! Stay away from it. My suggestion actually have nothing to do with my lost of phone experience. The location is simply horrible, can't be worse. The hotel is a high rise apartment building by the river, however, another side of the building is simply the mountain. You have to climb a very, very, long, and very, very steep stairs to reach the areas with good access of public transit. Since I traveled with my mom, I have to take taxi every single time out and back to any other places. When I was checking out, there is a unlucky old man from Brazil tried to cancel his rest of the stay simply because of it.
