Very well appointed, comfortable and clean

Es war alles fantastisch, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr professionell. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral, sodass man schnell zu Fuss den Bahnhof Stettbach erreicht. Komme gerne wieder.

Spacious, fully equipped apartment, very effective shutters to help you sleep past 5am. The bed was very comfortable. It was close to public transport and grocery shops.

The communication from host was confusing, 2 emails with different information, the directions for getting into the apartment was missing information. We were not told that the fridge wasn't working until after we reported it, then they said that they were aware of it. There was a small bar fridge to use instead. No air-conditioning or even a fan and it was hot during our stay. The quilt on the bed was too heavy for this time of year, we asked for a light blanket but they were unable to supply one.

Very good apartment. Bit pricey, but hey, Zurich is extremely expensive.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und super ausgestattet. Das Ankommen und Schlüssel finden war etwas schwierig. Allerdings ist die Tiefgarage mit dem unterirdischen Gang sehr praktisch und das Ankommen in die Wohnung einfach. Die hohe Punktzahl habe ich gegen da die Ausstattung wirklich alles hat, vom Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Fön bis zur Salatschleuder war alles vorhanden. Gut, die Möbel sind nicht so mein Geschmack, es passt alles sehr gut zusammen. Ein besonderes plus ist der grosse Balkon, welcher sich um die Wohnung erstreckt. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr gross und verfügt über sehr viel Stauraum. Toll ist auch dsd Bedienungspanel in welchem sämtliche Lichter, aussen Lamellen und. Temperatur geregelt werden kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke und ein nettes Restaurant ist auch in der Nähe.von der Wohnung aus ist man schnell in der Zürcher Innenstadt, kann bis zu 6h am Zoo parken, im Wald spazieren gehen oder mit der Tram von stettbach aus in die Stadt Bei Fragen wird einem schnell geholfen, die Kommunikation ist freundlich und zuvorkommend

Für mich war die Matratze zu hart, allerdings habe ich das nicht am Anfang gefragt

Very spacious apartment with a large balcony and all the utensils and facilities one would require. Well positioned to reach by whatever means the city or airport. Great value for money. Very responsive and helpful support! Next chance I get, will come back for sure!

Spacious, clean and great location

Could’ve provided additional linen and towels. We only had 1 set of towels for 5 nights. The digital blinds were a little fidgety.

Nice apartment

I requested extra blanket but they did not have extra. I asked several questions but there was no response.

Very convenient overall, excellent communication.

The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the hosts were super nice and available to answer.

The apt was a bit cold, especially the bedroom. Also they had parking available but we had to pay extra.

The apartment was easy to get to and was close to both a bus route and a train station. It was clean and was well maintained and stocked with a nice amount of different items.

The only complaint we had was that the apartment was cold. We followed all of the instructions for using the heating system and the apartment did not get warmer than 19.2C. Luckily there was one large blanket that we we able to share while we were in the apartment because the temp was a bit uncomfortable for us.

High quality living, spacious , modern, very clean Close to metro and shops

The location is amazing and the facility is newly built and very close to station. The building is safe and protected using codes at entry level. The property was super clean and had all the equipments.

During our stay it was harsh on us to expect us to buy a pack of disposable bags for 20 CHF when we only need one. In addition to that I believe we were not provided with some basic amenities like 1. Salt, sugar etc in kitchen 2. Enough hand wash (appears it was 75% empty) 3. No body wash 4. No scrub to wash utensils if needed for immediate use 5. Counted supplies of toilet paper etc. I do acknowledge all of it clubbed together does not total up to huge amount. However, expecting a tourist to rather focus on these basic amenities on a trip in a foreign land is too demanding and harsh. 6. The TV was setup in German, however would have appreciated being set up in English to cater to wider international group.
