War zum 2. Mal hier und fühle mich wegen der überwältigenden Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter einfach sehr wohl hier, wie zu Hause. Das Abendessen ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geduld zubereitet. Die Lage und das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis sind perfekt. Immer gerne wieder.

安く泊まるための手段を考えたバックパッカー初期を思い出させるような雰囲気の宿です。Wi-Fi、共用(トイレ、ホットシャワー)、部屋の鍵あり、バスタオル、歯ブラシ付きなど安宿にしては満足です。 様々な場所へのアクセス抜群ですが、いずれこのビルが解体されて新しいマンションに変わるのかなと思うくらい、両サイドの施設との老朽の差を外観や階段で感じます。 住んでいる家族達は英語は話せませんが、女性オーナーでしょうか？との電話で意思を伝えることが出来ましたし、翻訳アプリで希望も伝えられ、早朝チェックアウトも無事に済みました。

ビル入口から三階の宿までの階段が久しぶりに恐怖を覚えるような老朽感でした。壊れるのではなく、年季が入りまくっています。なかなか汚い感もあります。すれ違う住民はシンチャオと挨拶すれば返してくれますし、宿の名前を伝えれば指差して教えてくれます。20代の若者向けですね。

The location was amazing. Could walk anywhere from there. Saigon centre and both shopping markets within walking distance. Room was clean and the air-conditioning was great.

There were quiet and number of stairs so if you have a lot to carry, be mindful. With that being said the owners helped carry my bags (26kg each) which was nice.

Difficult to locate this property located at the second floor of an old building entrance with dirty staircases. No ventilations. But the staff is very cordial and caring.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und kochen wenn man möchte sogar abends für einen. Die Lage ist super und man ist schnell überall.

Die Unterkunt ist vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. Ich musste zu meinem Zimmer zwei steile Treppen gehen. Dies war für mich kein Problem, sollte man aber denke ich wissen.

L’emplacement est idéal et Madame Dung ainsi que sa famille sont très accueillants. Nous nous sommes sentis chez eux comme à la maison et nous nous sommes régalés tous les soirs grâce à leurs bons petits plats.

This was homestay proved to be most memorable with- The warm, caring, hospitable, and attentive couple and son. They cook amazing food for dinner and had great company at the table with them catering to every need during our meal share. The home was uniquely designed as well to maximize space.

This is an opportunity to have an authentic Vietnamese experience. The host is delightful, the location is unbeatable. Dinner with the other guests was home cooked and great fun with many laughs It is a homestay, not just another hotel, and that's what I liked most.

Probably not suitable for kids or people looking for luxury.I stayed 2 nights and that was perfect. Would not recommend an extended stay. They are very simple lodgings but that's what's good about it

If you are looking for AUTHENTIC, this is THE place! Everything you need, but not typical western comfort. This family is welcoming, the place is charming. Located in the best spot in Saigon, with the best restaurant just in front of the door! I stayed there for one night, and went back 3 nights when my flight was cancelled. The feeling there is incredible, I got to share meals with the family and the dogs are so cute and well taken care of (bathed regularly, pyjamas changed daily, taken out for walks at night).

Wow, what a wonderful place. The location is excellent—many places are within walking distance. But the biggest highlight was the hosts: welcoming, caring, and very easy to communicate with. We felt truly looked after and well fed, as the hostess even offers dinner. You can tell she puts her heart into it. Thank you so much—I would love to come back.

Die freundliche Familie,ich wurde immer zum Abendessen eingeladen.Ich konnte dort meine Wäsche waschen kostenlos.Auch das Zimmer war Tip Top.Die zentrale Lage war super, die Metro und der Ben Thanh Markt war nur 200 m entfernt .Werde nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Der Stiegenaufgang im Wohnblock könnte sauberer sein,da kann aber der Vermieter nichts dafür.

Friendly hosts in an excellent location to explore the city. Loved the dinners together with the other guests and Ms Dung even made us special vegetarian dishes. Clean room with everything we needed.

This is truly a Homestay! The woman running the house is very sweet and hospitable. I am so impressed that she makes dinner for the guests every night! What an unbelievable value. And she offered to do our laundry no charge! We’re budget travelers, so we haven’t had service like this in all of our traveling in Southeast Asia. It was truly so nice. Room is clean and AC works. The puppy is very cute too. By the way, the outdoor restaurant out front of the apartment entrance has really good food. A lady at a tour agency in the city told us that they’re known for great spring rolls and she’s tried twice to eat there but they were out of food by the time she arrived. So we’re quite lucky to be staying right there!

It is not a lot of space anywhere, the stairs are steep, and you share the bathroom/shower with the other guests, so it is often wet. However, it is a great deal for the value.

２０２５年８月８日から１０日の２泊３日、ダブルのマンゴールーム？に滞在しました。部屋にはそれぞれ名前がついてました。１０日にセドナスウィートホテルで開催された４２階・１０７５段、階段で登るレース、【セドナ・スカイラン】に参加するための滞在でした。サイゴンセンター、高島屋、そしてセドナホテルがかたまった所と大きな交差点を挟んだ斜向かいに位置しています。ホームステイとあるように、地元の方の家に滞在です。部屋はいい感じの広さで、冷房よく効きましたし、扇風機も元気よく回ってくれます、というのは日本より回転が強いということです。トイレはこの部屋入り口の隣で不便さは感じません。Wi-Fiも確り動作しました。また最初に来た時迎えてくれたお兄さん、明るく気持ちよかったです。また夕食１９時というのはありました。私も声を掛けていただき９日の夜は一緒に食事、ご飯、おかわり宿の方から声かけてくれます、鶏肉？豚の生姜焼きのようなもの、切り干し大根を玉子とじ、したようのもの、スープ、などがふるまわれ、切り干し大根料理がうまかったです。水も予め冷やしたものを滞在中もらえます。また滞在中の環境ですが静かでした。他の滞在者が少なかったこともありますが、車の音、雑踏音、といったものは感じられませんでした。高島屋目の前、コンビニ数件、マッサージ店と滞在にはいい周辺環境です。

わかりづらい、いや、わからない、諦めてキャンセルする人もいるんではないか、と強く感じました。予約を持たず、ここにしようかな、で現地へ行ってたら、間違いなく他のホテルにしていました。あと部屋の鍵がかけづらい、階段が狭くて急であり、怪我に十分気をつけなければならないところです。バックパックを背負ったままでは無理です。手提げかばんのようにして、昇降してました。行き方ですが、タンソンニャット空港から１５２番のバスで、サイゴンセンターに行きたいと告げて、移動開始、車掌さんらに、「ここだよ、あれがサイゴンセンター」で降りる。日本人にはサイゴンセーター＝高島屋の理解でいいと思います。バス停車位置が結果的には、ドアトゥードアのような位置でした。がいつもこうだとは限らないでしょう。高島屋の前の巨大な交差点手前で下車、そのまま交差点に向かって歩く交差点まで行くと行き過ぎです。高島屋が１１時の方向、右手がベンタイン市場という位置で見てください。建物の入り口で串焼きの露店がありますが、少し大きな火がたっている店です。その人たちの間を通って、言葉悪いですが、古くて黒ずんだところに入ります。この辺りは店の人が至り、食材が置いてあります。螺旋階段を５０段上って右手がが宿です。蛇腹扉、犬一匹いますが、この宿です。最初の入り口には四角い住所板がいくつか取り付けてあり、その中にこの宿の住所もあります。それで確認してください。私は１時間ぐらいこの一角をぐるぐるしてしまいました。串焼き屋の人も書き込みにあったように教えてくれることはありません。串焼きを勧めてくるだけでした。Wi－Fiだけでしたので疲れから一服、マッサージ店に入りそこでつなげて、住所確認、たどりつけました。なにも考えず、行ったのがそもそも間違いでした。以上わかりづらいということと行き方です。宿のそのものの評価ではありません。

老板很友善，晚上还会包煮晚餐给我们吃，衣服也会帮我们洗，我个人很推荐这间名宿。

A lovely little place in a fantastic location for exploring Ho Chi Minh City. I cannot fault the lovely couple here. So welcoming, even inviting us to dinner. We had a late check out and we're able to store our things and use the shower to refresh before the night bus. Room was comfortable, basic amenities but everything we needed for a short stay and everything we expected for the great value.

This place is not only a place to stay, but also an experience. You get to stay in a regular Vietnamese flat with incredibly lovely hosts. Sitting around the same table with other people and having delicious Vietnamese style dinner together was great. The hosts were very accommodating towards my check in and check out times. Overall, it really felt like family!

Very nice owners, they serve a wonderful dinner at 7p.m. - best dishes I ate in Vietnam - they also did laundry for me. Really great! The location is very central, the room has a good comfortable bed and AC, also a TV (but I did not use it). But the best thing is that you are welcomed in a very friendly family.

Perfect location! Walking distance to all the hotspots (not to mention an amazing bun thit nuong street cart is right outside the entrance). Wifi worked well for my needs for remote work (no table in the room though but perfect opportunity to meet others and owners if you work downstairs in the main room). But also plenty of coffeeshops nearby to work at. Owners are sweet and love that they feed us.

Very warm and welcoming host, the facility is clean and even though I skipped dinner, having that option available for the price I paid is totally exceeded my expectations. Definitely return and recommend to others coming to Ho Chi Minh

The entry to the property is a bit confusing and not clean. You need to enter through a street food centre.. Also, there was something I didn't understand about hot water why it hasn't worked some times. But the staff was really good and helpful.

I stayed here 5 times in a month, kept coming back between excursions because of Dung. It would be hard to exaggerate her kindness. She helped book travels, constantly offered help and advice, and cooked an amazing dinner every night for her guests. The location can’t be beat- 30 second walk to vendors and restaurants, one block from the Ben Thanh Market. But set back and actually very quiet at night! My best stay in Vietnam!

For those with physical disabilities, the rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors above the kitchen via steep narrow stairs.

Within 30 seconds walk to outdoor vendors of Ben Thanh Market, and one block from the indoor Market. Lively area with restaurants bars and cafes, but set back on upper levels, so quiet (important because I’m a light sleeper). Comfortable bed.

The shared bathrooms are small, but only 2 or 3 rooms share a bathroom. Steep stairs getting up. Difficult to find. Scary appearance from the street entrance but safe (and clean inside). See picture to recognize the entrance.

Lovely couple that shared their home with travellers. The lady wanted to cook dinner for me (very sweet).She came out late at night to help me find their place as my phone ran out of battery. The whole stay felt very authentic. My room (Mangosteen) was lovely.

I was a bit confused whether I was in the right place as the homestay is up a few flights of very dirty and graffitied stairs, but this superficial front does not detract from the experience. This is probably typical of where most people live..so not really a dislike!

The bathroom is tiny and not as clean as the room but it was no problem.

Location is the best. Near all attraction. A/C working best. Water is available. Value for money. Security is good. The flexible hours to check out are the best. It is the only homestay with a checkout time of 2000hrs, it is very convenient for onward night travellers.

The stairs to the rooms are steep, but you pay for what you get. I can't complain much.

the place is great, the owners too, maybe the main gate make you feel scared or something but everything is amazing and good, we then you go upstairs and enter you will discover nice rooms in the heart of the city.

Location is great. Close to everything. The homestay host is accomodating and helpful. The dinner provided each night was delicious.

The facilities needs to be restructured esp the common area where the guests eat. The shelves in the sleep room so as the window little bench were too dusty.

It's definitely a good place to stay. Considering the location. The price and the dinner offered. The dinner will be local vietamese food, but they can adjust it to your diet too, like me, I am vegetarian. Also, the hosting family is very friendly and accommodating.

The stairways to the apartment iis off putting, as it looks almost like an abandoned house, but the appartment and rooms are in a good state.

A very nice family who rents some rooms in their apartment. It is simple, but they have nice attention for the details. The room was big, comfortable beds and everything I needed. Very clean. It is a real vietnamite experience, and all the family is very nice. The dinner was absolutely amazing, a lot of food and very tasty. The position is also perfect to go everywhere walking. The homestay is located on a quiet street near Ben Thanh market in city center. The owner and his family were very friendly and treated all guests to a wonderful, complimentary Vietnamese family-style dinner. From this homestay location we walked one block to Pasteur Street to catch Bus 152 to go Tan Son Nhut airport (SGN) for 5,000 VND (not even 20 cents)

The stairs were somewhat difficult to navigate but the owner helped us to carry our luggage upstairs.

A really authentic homestay experience - you are staying with a family in their home. It's not a hotel, so expectations should be as such. It was really clean and comfortable. Decent aircon in the bedroom. Yes, the bathroom is a bit small, but it's not a hotel. For the price, it's perfect. Dinner was really good both nights and there was lots of food. It was nice to have dinner together with the other guests. The host family were lovely, even letting me have a short lie down when I arrived in one of the family's rooms as mine wasn't ready yet. One of the best places I stayed in Vietnam.

It was a little difficult to find and the host wasn't there when I arrived, but arrived soon after. There are quite a few stairs to climb, the host happy to help with getting your luggage up.

This was a truly authentic Vietnamese Homestay experience right in the heart of Saigon. The family living there were extremely welcoming and cooked for us twice. The food was delicious! We had a late flight out the next day, but the hosts let us leave our belongings there whilst we ventured out for the day and even cooked us another meal that evening! Incredible value for money!

Overall with the price, it's the best option you can find around D1 district, right next to Nguyen Hue's street, can't complaint.

I feel like I was tricked. I arrived at 10:00 p.m. and called no one answered. I called the fourth time and they hung up and didn't answer. I had to find another place to spend the night. What an awful experience!

The staff was very kind and shared the fruits from her house.

Really lovely people, very helpful and friendly. Home cooked dinner every night at 19h00 included and laundry too. It was like being at home! My bedroom was super clean and comfortable. It was lovely staying with a Vietnamese family and sharing dinner with other travellers.

Host family was very friendly and the included dinner was quite filling and varied. Room was comfortable with good AC and bath is only shared between two rooms. Both the bed and bathrooms were clean. This is a great location and value for staying in D1 HCMC.
