Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Kim war herausragend mit allen Informationen und sie kümmerte sich sehr. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück mehr als ausreichend. Der erste Eindruck enttäuschte mich etwas, da ich mit einem größeren Zimmer gerechnet hatte. Das ist aber typisches Wohnen in Hanoi. Die Häuser sind halt nur 3-4 Meter breit ;-)

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Hôtel dans la Old town ce qui est très pratique pour visiter. Une chambre confortable ( bonne literie) avec fenêtre, ce qui n'est pas le cas dans tous les hôtels. Pas de bruit hormis parfois les cloches de la cathédrale qui est situé à proximité. Le personnel est adorable et peut tout vous réserver. Trés bon petit déjeuner varié.

De kamer had een raam maar er stond een muur voor. Kleine tegenslag echter want je bent toch enkel s avonds op de kamer.

We were on level three, it is a small hotel, I found it very noisy as you can here every bump through out the hotel, even if the staff are talking to each other down stairs, and I found the gaps around the shower were large, so the bathroom will get all wet

Reviewed Nov 29, 2025The breakfast spread is small but tasty. There are few rooms in the hotel. But the most impressive part of the stay is the staff. They are super helpful, courteous and genuine in nature. Not the flashy smiles in five-star hotels that can be irritating, but genuine concern and advice, which might be felt by Americans as intrusive but would be appreciated by Asians. The location is another trump card of the hotel. Close to the old quarter, or rather within the old quarter, everything is close by. The WiFi is slow and you should not go here if you want to work for sometime or at least choose a better room. But if your need is leisure it is an excellent choice and they will help you arrange day trips acorss hanoi region.
Much cant be changed but having a faster WiFi would be a good idea.

Đặt 2 đêm xong lúc đến nhận phòng bảo không liên lạc được với Anh , em cho họ thuê mất rồi, ủa tôi đang ở trên máy bay sao nhận cuộc gọi được, khách sạn thì nằm ở trong hẻm, xe máy cũng không lọt vào được, trời thì mưa tay thì 2 va li, một ba lô nặng ẹn , lại phải Lê lết tìm khách sạn khách, thật là quá mất dạy
Lần đầu tiên bị bom hàng, khách sạn quá mất dạy , khi tới nơi 9 giờ tối mà nhân viên bảo không liên lạc được với Anh nên bọn em cho người khác thuê mất rồi, quá khốn nạn, trong lúc ở trên máy bay sao liên lạc được

The location is fantastic, right outside St Joseph Cathedral in arguably the prettiest area of the old town. Kim, the young girl who manages the hotel most days, speaks good English and is exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. She made accommodation for me when my partner joined me unexpectedly, upgrading us to a larger room. She also helped us arrange a wonderful overnight cruise on Ha Long Bay. Oh, the pho for breakfast is very good also.
Rooms were a bit smaller than expected.

Ci hanno spostato in una struttura diversa senza avvertirci prima. La stanza era trasandata e piccolissima, ci si scambiava a malapena, senza una sedia né uno sgabello per appoggiare le cose. Il bagno con una vetrata praticamente trasparente che appena accendevi la luce si vedeva tutto e la stanza si illuminava come se fosse giorno. Odore terribile e la pulizia veramente discutibile
