Gostei muito do apartamento muito limpo a localização é excelente perto do centro da cidade dos shopping das lojas e não muito longe da estação e também perto dos supermercados e do autocarro hop hon .

L’emplacement et l’appartement était au top.

La propreté n’était pas au top. L’odeur d’encens était un peu présent à l’arrivée mais pas incommodant. Et l’ascenseur se trouve au premier palier, donc il faut pouvoir monter les premières marches.

Comunicazione efficace con l'host e ritiro delle chiavi in una box senza problemi. Letti comodi, cucina ben attrezzata. Appartamento in una zona tranquilla e vicina ai mezzi, ma perfetta anche per camminare.

Lo spazio sembrava più grande in foto, la camera non ha la porta, il bagno ne ha una leggerissima che è come se non ci fosse. La privacy non è proprio una qualità di questo appartamento

Due to extenuating circumstances, we stayed in another property managed by the host. The overall experience was very positive. The host was great. Very easy communication with prompt response.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, doch einige Details minderten den Komfort: alte Pfannen und Badetücher, fehlende Waschtücher, eine lockere Glasplatte am Herd sowie ein unsicher stehender TV. Auch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Kaffee oder Tee fehlten. Mit wenigen Verbesserungen könnte die Unterkunft deutlich stimmiger wirken.

К сожалению было ооооочень жарко, окна открывались очень мало, не было свежего воздуха. И не было туалетной бумаги, можно было бы купить, но не упаковку в 20 штук на 3 дня

Location. Easy walking distance to the city center.

Di positivo è la posizione di dove si trova l'appartamento, vicino dai mezzi (4 min a piedi) per arrivare in centro città. Il materasso del letto era comodo (morbido) I proprietari prima del nostro arrivo avevano riscontrato un problema alle tubature dell'appartamento di dove dovevamo alloggiare, facendocelo cambiare senza costi aggiuntivi.

Di negativo è stata la pulizia dell'appartamento: c'erano le lenzuola visibilmente sporche e con tanti capelli sparsi nel cuscino e nelle coperte. Quando abbiamo chiesto di sostituirle, ci è stato risposto che dovevamo farlo noi, prendendone di nuove in un apposito armadio. Anche quelle lenzuola che abbiamo preso da dove ci era stato detto, erano con qualche dubbio pulite, ma almeno non avevano capelli. Inoltre il materasso aveva delle macchie gialle. In bagno gli asciugamani anch'essi non erano nelle migliori condizioni, uno era bucato ed erano piegati male e con delle pieghe, come se fossero già stati utilizzati. Il phon a disposizione inoltre erogava aria fredda.

Todo, la cercanía con el transporte publico.

Great location, quiet street and very cosy. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great stay but we did find the bathroom to be very small and the shower water goes everywhere with not the best squeegee to mop it up.

Todo muy bien cerca del centro. El apartamento estaba bien. Su propietario respondió cada pregunta al instante.

Lo único que no me gustó es esa televisión que es muy antigua deberían cambiarla.

Очень тихое, спокойное место. Не далеко от вокзалов и достопримечательностей. Чисто, есть всё необходимое. В следующий визит в Хельсинки постараемся остановиться в этом же месте.

Clean, perfect location

Bathroom could be better. Shower is not well structured, but the washbasin is useless!

It had everything I needed and was in an excellent location, in terms doing a day trip to Talinn, as the ferry isn't far

There was nothing i didn't like. I will come here again on my next visit to Helsinki.

Great location of the alternative flat (Scandinavian Sweet home).

We did not stay in this appartment, as we were notified one day before our arrival that there was an emergency and we were offered an alternative flat. However, the alternative flat wasn’t very clean (especially the kitchen) and everything smelled like cigaretted, even our bedsheets and towels. When we came in, the windows were wide open (perhaps to cover up the smell) and the flat was freezing. We came around 4 pm, imagine how cold the flat would be if we came at night - we were staying there in February.

We travelled first time to Finland as a couple to see the northern lights . While our stay at Helsinki, our host has extended all possible support in terms of early check in, guidance to reach the place. We were thoroughly guided on the check in to the property, our host went an extra mile in handing over the keys personally, which is very kind of her. The accommodation is tidy, well maintained, clean sheets, restrooms.

The location is very central but at the same time quiet. The apartment was small, cozy and warm. It is equipped with everything one needs (in the kitchen, in the bathroom, etc.).

Awesome location with only 5-minutes walk to Kamppi shopping center.

It was rather difficult to find the keys on arrival. I think the host should rewrite the instructions how to find the keys and take new photos. Also the accessibility with a baby trolley was difficult because the elevator was in the second floor.

Perfect location

Quiet place, very nice and clean rooms. Good location, everything you need is nearby (supermarket, shopping center, central station, beach, parks...).

The customer service person was very responsive to help sort out issues. The location is fantastic.

The facility is a bit old. Be careful about payment. I thought I made the credit card payment via booking. Then the host suddenly told me the credit card payment is unavailable. I have to make cash payment on arrival. There is a 10 euro difference, which is strange.

Apartment is clean and tidy, located in the center of Helsinki, next to Kamppi metro but on quiet street. Check-in instructions were clear! Good communication with the host.

good location. a nordic normal room but they must do some improvements. a lot of stuff for guest (washing, kitchen, storage, light, smart tv, etc)

1. before us they maybe had some not so clean guests, so the smell persisted (in fact one of the windows was still open when we arrive, in the middle of the winter, but the smell still there) 2. the beds, they need a new system or something to keep the mattresses in place (and the beds also) 3. the bathroom door need a doorknob and a lock

Many facilities not working or damaged. Bathroom door can not be locked. The wooden wall near oven already came out. Toaster also not working.... Yes

Location, arrangement of the rooms is convenient for a family. Key is easy to find.

There is not fresh air in the rooms. Heating on.

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet area. I had a really nice stay. Contact with the owner very good and fast. Thank you! I recommend!
