Tv too small, bed was no comfortable. Plugs are not near the beds which is inconvenient, fan can do with updating and irons should be available in the rooms or brought to the room.

There has been a drastic and very welcome change at this hotel, and for the first time in years, it finally feels like a hotel again. I’ve been coming here for years, mainly because I love waking up in front of the sea and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. However, the hotel’s upkeep had really declined. The carpets often smelled, it could be very noisy, and even something as simple as getting through to the kitchen or other departments was a mission. There wasn’t even a proper directory, so I eventually had to save the switchboard numbers on my phone. This stay, however, was completely different. I initially booked for three nights and, because of a change in my travel plans, added an extra night. What really stood out is that I genuinely enjoyed every single night of my stay. That says a lot, especially having experienced the hotel over many years. The food has always been good, but it has somehow become even better. The restaurant service has also improved significantly and now almost has a fine-dining feel to it. There is definitely a new recipe at work here, and whatever they are doing, they need to keep it going. It’s refreshing to see such a noticeable change. The hotel is finally starting to feel like the experience I always hoped for when choosing it — beautiful ocean views, the sound of the waves, great food, and a much-improved overall experience. I’m genuinely impressed with the turnaround and hope they maintain this standard.

There was a bit of a sewer smell at times, which was unpleasant. That’s something they definitely need to work on.

Na reserva prometeram um quarto com vista para o mar (e as fotos mostram vista para o mar).mas o meu quarto nem tinha janelas e estava muito longe da entrada (tive de usar dois elevadores e andar por corredores infindáveis). Não havia tomadas para carregar telefone junto à mesa de cabeceira. Houve falhas no abastecimento de água quente do quarto. Tinham lavatório no quarto mas nao tinha detergente para lavar a loiça.

Apart from the reception staff who are all unfriendly and uninterested in helping guests, this is a very nice hotel. The room had a good size, so did the bathroom, and the sea views are wonderful. Clearly suited for a business trip as the room has enough power sockets, and a desk. Very good value for money.

No iron it the room,that's the only thing I can complain about otherwise everything was just PERFECT for my own liking. I thank you guys and your staff is very much friendly.

Liked the location, restaurant conveniently located. Restaurant menu's were good, chicken schnitzel and soup were good.

Stayed there two nights, one day between our stays. First room, the TV had no signal, reported it to reception, they wanted to send someone to look at it, it was too late and we didn't want to waste time trying to fix it. Second night we were in a different room, this time the TV screen was about to blow, could hardly see a thing on the screen except for 6 bright spots. Brought thus to the attention of the desk staff in the morning. Checking the TV's should be standard part of the housekeeping functions. Restaurant, fillet steak was out of stock, both nights the desserts were average, malva cold and cheesecake dry.
