I stayed here for a short trip and found it to be a very practical choice. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the airport, making arrival and departure very easy. The room was simple but comfortable enough after a full day of sightseeing.

Being right next to the lake created such a relaxing atmosphere, especially in the early morning and at sunset. There were plenty of cafés, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance, so everything I needed was nearby. It felt like a quieter side of Hanoi while still being easy to reach the city center.

The staff made a great impression from the moment I arrived. Everyone was polite, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with any questions or requests. They always greeted guests with a smile and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Their kindness and attentive service were definitely one of the highlights of my experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by how modern and well maintained everything felt. Our room overlooked West Lake, and the view was especially beautiful around sunrise and sunset. The room itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The morning receptionist was particularly kind and always ready to help with any questions. Considering the quality of the room, the excellent location, and the warm hospitality, I thought this hotel offered exceptional value compared to many nearby properties.

Instead of staying in the busy Old Quarter, we chose this hotel near West Lake, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip. The area was much quieter but still offered plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and local shops nearby. The room was modern, comfortable, and well equipped, while the lake was only a short walk away for morning or evening strolls. It provided the perfect balance between relaxation and easy access to the city's attractions.

What really made this stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was welcoming and eager to help, whether we needed recommendations, transportation, or assistance with bookings. They always greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel completely at home. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and kept very clean every day. Combined with the peaceful location near West Lake, it was the perfect place to unwind after exploring Hanoi.

One of my favorite things about staying here was waking up to the beautiful views of West Lake every morning. The room felt modern, spotless, and surprisingly spacious, with stylish furnishings that made it feel much more luxurious than I expected for the price. The neighborhood was peaceful yet still close to plenty of restaurants and cafés. The staff were always cheerful and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The room was new, clean, and smelled fresh every time we came back after exploring the city. I also loved that everything we needed was within walking distance, including supermarkets, cafés, and many great restaurants. As vegetarians, we were especially happy to find an excellent Indian restaurant just next door, which made dinner incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the lake nearby added a relaxing atmosphere to the neighborhood.

Right next to the hotel, there are several great restaurants, which made dining very convenient. We enjoyed sampling local dishes just steps away while still appreciating the peaceful, serene surroundings of the lake. It’s a rare combination of convenience, beauty, and tranquility that makes this hotel highly recommendable.

Bardzo wygodne łóżko i czystą pościel.

Łóżeczko dla dziecka dostaliśmy bez materaca, samo drewno i na dole kawałek maty piankowej. Nie do końca zrozumiane zasady współdzielonej przestrzeni. W łączącym dwa pokoje na piętrze salonie z kuchnią można korzystać z lodówki, natomiast personel poinformował mnie, że nie mogę korzystać z pralki.

Angenehm großes Zimmer in super Lage am See, Balkon und riesige Fenster. Teller etc. auf Nachfrage bekommen. Küche vor dem Zimmer, wie beschrieben.

Man hört die Straße und das Bad könnte sauberer sein (viel Kalk), aber das war für uns nicht schlimm.

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer. Schöner Blick auf den See. Wir hatten zwei schöne Tage dort und würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Als wir ankamen wollte der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption 8% zusätzlich, wenn wir mit Kreditkarte zahlen. Dann wurde auf 4% reduziert und schließlich auf 3%. Das hat schon etwas von Abzocke an sich. Das Frühstück wurde im Keller serviert und es gab nur einen Kaffee zu einem Sandwich und Früchten. Sehr überschaubar also. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind vor dem Zimmer. Wir haben es nicht genutzt, aber wenn man es als Appartement nutzen wollte ist das schon etwas merkwürdig.

The front desk staff and especially Giang went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. From helpful travel tips to genuine hospitality, their kindness made the experience feel personal and warm.

The hotel is very well located, right in front of West Lake and close to many key attractions. The view of the lake from the room was beautiful and added a special touch to our stay. Being so close to sightseeing spots and local shops made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The location felt both scenic and convenient.

The hotel restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food. We were especially impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the diverse menu options. There were choices suitable for different tastes, including vegetarian dishes. Each meal was enjoyable and well prepared. Dining near the hotel was a highlight of our stay.

Room was exactly as advertised in the photos which can very much be hit-or-miss in Vietnam. While the property is beginning to show its age, it's maintained well and is kept clean enough. Service was excellent and I was check-in despite reception having issues with confirming my booking through Booking.com. They also honored the advertised price when I checked out despite the confusion. I was upgraded to a room with a view of the lake which was fabulous. I would recommend this property and stay here again when visiting Hanoi, especially if you want to avoid the noise and chaos of Old Quarter. While you could still hear traffic from the busy road below, the rooms were soundproofed quite well and I didn't need to wear earplugs. The mattresses were fairly hard which is the norm across Asia but I didn't have any issues sleeping on it.

Some spots could use some fresh paint, the bathroom was in worse condition than the bedroom but everything was clean and worked fine. Not a dealer breaker for the price imo.

The hotel maintained a clean and tidy environment, both in the rooms and common areas. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping everything fresh and orderly. The atmosphere felt welcoming rather than overly formal. Even with the busy road nearby, the hotel itself felt calm enough to relax after a day out. It gave the impression of a well-managed and cared-for property.

Outside the room, there was access to a shared kitchen and a laundry area, which could be very convenient for longer stays. Although we didn’t personally use these facilities, it was good to know they were available. The common areas were clean and well organized. Having these options added extra value to the overall experience. It made the property feel practical and guest-friendly.

Au moment de la réservation, nous n’avions pas d’attentes particulièrement élevées. Cependant, dès notre arrivée, le service nous a véritablement impressionnés. Le responsable et son équipe se sont montrés extrêmement réactifs et attentifs. Toutes nos questions et les moindres soucis ont été traités rapidement et avec un grand professionnalisme. Leur efficacité et leur amabilité nous ont permis de nous sentir parfaitement pris en charge tout au long de notre séjour.

The rooms were very spacious and impressively clean, which made our stay extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax, move around, and store luggage without feeling cramped. The room was well presented and felt fresh upon arrival. Everything appeared well maintained and thoughtfully arranged.

Some in-room facilities felt slightly inconsistent. The television in the room was quite small, which was surprising considering the much larger screen in the hallway. There were not many power outlets available, but the staff quickly provided an extension cord when we asked. This small gesture made a noticeable difference and showed attention to guest needs. Overall, the essentials were covered, though a few upgrades would improve comfort.

We booked a Suite with Lake View, but it was 2 different rooms separated by the common kitchen area. So you actually get a whole flour with a lift that anyone can use, and it was not a private suite as advertised. It was a 1-bedroom with a separate locked door, then a common-area kitchen with no lock from the lift, then another bedroom with a separate locked door. We were with children, so in the end they slept locked out of our sight, which was not what we expected. There were also no plates in the kitchen initially.

I loved that the hotel is just a short walk from some really good restaurants, which made exploring the area so easy. Waking up to the lake view every morning felt so calming, and the friendly staff made everything feel effortless and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at home, and I can’t wait to come back on my next trip.

I chose this hotel mainly for the lake view, and it did not disappoint. Waking up to the calm water and the soft morning light was truly relaxing. Even though it’s only a 15-minute drive from the Old Quarter, it feels like a peaceful escape from the city’s hustle and bustle—a perfect balance for anyone who wants to enjoy Hanoi without the constant noise and traffic.

Breakfast was a lovely surprise. There were plenty of choices, everything tasted fresh, and the staff even brought fruit and yogurt without us asking—a small gesture that made the whole experience feel thoughtful and attentive. For a last-minute booking, the morning service far exceeded what I expected.

I arrived after a very long and difficult travel day, and the team here truly made all the difference. They were incredibly supportive, patient, and genuinely understanding. Their warm welcome instantly lifted my mood and made me feel like I was in good hands.

My room was surprisingly spacious and came with a beautiful view overlooking the street. Waking up to the calm water each morning was such a highlight. The space felt comfortable, clean, and well set up.

The rooms were spacious, spotless. We were lucky to find this place last minute, and we’re already planning to return on our next trip.

I arrived after a long and exhausting travel day, and the staff here were nothing short of incredible. They were warm, supportive, and genuinely understanding, which immediately made me feel at ease. Their kindness turned a stressful day into a much better one.

Ma chambre se trouvait à l’arrière du bâtiment, ce qui la rendait calme et paisible toute la nuit. L’espace était étonnamment vaste, le lit très confortable, et tout était propre et bien entretenu. J’ai également apprécié les petits détails, comme les serviettes fraîches et tous les essentiels déjà préparés dans la chambre. Cela a rendu mon séjour simple et vraiment agréable.

Nous avons séjourné juste à l’extérieur du Vieux Quartier — assez près pour rejoindre à pied tous les principaux sites, mais suffisamment éloignés pour profiter d’une atmosphère plus calme et plus confortable. Le quartier est un peu plus moderne et détendu tout en offrant un accès facile à tout.

Lucas and Tom were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything—from recommendations to arranging small conveniences. They made me feel looked after from the moment I arrived. Their warm attitude and excellent English really added to the experience. It’s rare to meet staff who are this attentive without being intrusive.

The staff was kind, the room was large and clean, and the towels were well prepared. There is no problem with the shower. The view was good. Water and mineral water were also available as two services, and fruits and chocolate were also provided.

Lipsa semnal Wifi, infiltrare de apa in peretele dinspre exterior, lipsa apei calde decât pentru perioade scurte, dușul trebuie făcut rapid pentru că rămâi fără apă caldă, gălăgie seara pentru că un restaurant este localizat lângă hotel, până la 22:30 ai muzică rock constant… Micul dejun e același ,lipsit de varietate însă personalul este prietenos.

Kind of dirty and breakfast not good. Not the best value

I loved the location, the room size, the room set up and the views of the lake from the room was great. The staff were amazing and very caring, they always greet you with a smile.

Unfortunately we came during rainy season, so the room was very musty and quite mouldy. That unfortunately didn’t give me much rest.

Had trouble getting an iron as there was only two irons in the whole hotel. Took two days and then woke us up at 6.15 am To get it back.

The staff were amazing! Fast check-in!On arrival, greeted with fruit platter,lines of coke, and refreshing ice tea The facilities supplied to all there: fidge freezer,oven,washing machine,.The dining room with huge tables and chairs all sounds proof, so karaoke is approved! Beautiful view over the lake. It's perfect for throwing evidence away and watching fish and turtles. Air-conditioning was outstanding Smoking allowed, which was perfect because the breeze blew it away instantly. Quality Manager is a legend party animal!never sniffed so much ketamine in my life!Legend.

Hand towels were too small. I was pissed off with the legendary Quality Manager! waking me, offering me girls and coke at 3am. in the morning.Really drained my budget fast.

What truly made a difference was the outstanding service, especially from Lucky. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. He gave me fantastic restaurant recommendations and great ideas for sightseeing. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him.

قمت بحجز هذه الشقة قبل موعد وصولنا بحوالي شهر ونص ولكن مع الأسف وعند وصولنا للمطار تفاجأت برسالة من صاحب الشقة يبلغنا فيها بعد توافر الشقة وانه سيوفر لنا شقة بديلة عنها المفاجأة كانت أن الشقة البديلة لم تكن تتناسب مع فخامة وجودة الشقة التي قمنا بحجزها وكذلك السعر ايضا لقد كنا مضطرين لقبولها بعد وصولنا من السفر الذي استمر 13 ساعة بالطائرة وكنا متعبين جدا

I recommend avoiding the lake-view suite if you're a light sleeper, as it can get a bit noisy. Luckily, the staff were very understanding — special thanks to Mr. Thomas and Mr. Happy, who kindly arranged a quieter room at the back for me.

There is no breakfast buffet as the deal was and as the marketing about the place , even the aircondition at room so noisy and not working well and toilet was so old and many broken stuff

C'est ma première fois à Hanoï et j'ai été vraiment surpris par la qualité. La vue sur le lac est magnifique et le personnel est sympathique. Je reviendrai lors de mon prochain séjour au Vietnam.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, in der Nähe von Luxusrestaurants und günstigen Lokalen. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön und bietet einen poetischen Blick auf den Westsee. Herr Happy ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder.

De kamer was super ruim, schoon en had een prachtig uitzicht. Het traditionele Vietnamese ontbijt was heerlijk.

部屋はとても広々としていて、風通しが良く、清潔でした。湖の景色は最高にリラックスできます。近くにはチン・コン・ソン通りがあり、美味しい地元のレストランがたくさんあります。朝食は標準的なベトナム料理で、シンプルながらも美味しかったです。

First time in this area, the location is great. Near Lotte Lac Long Quan, convenient for travel. Nice room, cool air, pleasant staff. Thank you Ms River for supporting us so much.

La chambre est belle, propre et lumineuse, avec une grande fenêtre donnant sur le lac de l'Ouest. Le déjeuner est simple, mais copieux et délicieux. M. Lucky est très amical et m'a aidé à réserver une voiture pour l'aéroport.

L’emplacement est à la fois central et calme, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Le réceptionniste, Monsieur Thomas, est extrêmement professionnel. Il y a de nombreux restaurants vietnamiens et occidentaux à proximité – tout est vraiment pratique.

Very satisfied because the air is fresh, the room has a balcony overlooking Tu Lien lake which is super beautiful. Breakfast is simple but delicious, true Vietnamese style. Friendly staff, especially Ms. Giang who cleans the room very well.

В целом номер просторный и чистый, в стиле «дорого богато», но это норм для Вьетнама.

Персонал такое ощущение специально не говорит про завтрак, что его нужно заказать за день до. Для меня это какой-то обман и это сильно испортило впечатление про отель. Если бы я где-то в комментариях не прочитала бы про это и утром меня бы с маленьким ребёнком не накормили, я была бы очень расстроена. Я спросила сама на ресепшн про завтрак и они такие, а да, вы хотите заказать, это очень плохо так делать. Если отель хочет привлекать клиентов, которые будут писать хорошие отзывы, то стоит заранее предупреждать про завтрак. Сам завтрак проходит в каком-то подвальном помещении, где нет кондиционера. При этом сам завтрак довольно сносный. Свежий апельсиновый сок, вкусный сэндвич, яйца, Фо и тарелка с фруктами. Само озеро просто завалено кучами мусора, некрасивое зрелище. Сам район не успели оценить, так как были всего одни сутки.
