Reviewed Sep 17, 2026It was simple but for a super cheap accommodation they tried their best to make it as comfortable as possible. The staff were superb and helped us from the moment we pulled up in a taxi with our bags, through to our early check in and even our midnight check out (for a late bus) … They were friendly and warm. The room we paid for had no windows but filled its purpose for a bag drop and shower place / but was nice! Would recommend!

die Fotos sehen deutlich besser aus als in Wirklichkeit. Die Zimmer sind schon deutlich abgenutzt. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht mehr ab einem gewissen Zeitpunkt und hat auch wenig Leistung. Die Badezimmer waren auch nicht immer sehr sauber und teilweise ging auch Lichter nicht.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Vì khách sạn có phản hồi lại review của tôi nên bây giờ tôi sẽ nói rõ thêm: những phản hồi này hoàn toàn bịa đặt, tôi đã hiểu tại sao cơ sở vật chất của họ tồi tàn, dịch vụ tệ, nhân viên cư xử thờ ơ như thế, đấy là sự đồng nhất của hệ thống quản lý yếu kém, chộp giật. Tệ hơn nữa họ đã phản hồi bằng sự dối trá và vu khống khách hàng. Thực sự họ ko thể tệ hơn Cơ sở vật chật và dịch vụ không tương xứng với giá. Phòng ngủ hôi, nóng (điều hòa 21 độ chỉ mát ít), phòng cũ và không được bảo trì thường xuyên, các khu vực công cộng rất lộn xộn các đồ đạc của khách sạn. Tôi check in muộn (sau 23.30) và có gọi điện trước đó để báo cho nhân viên biết giờ đến, tuy nhiên không ai nhấc máy, nhắn tin cũng không nhân viên nào trả lời. Lúc đến check in nhân viên còn đưa tờ khai của khách khác. Nhân viên đưa khách lên phòng ko giới thiệu khách có những benefit gì trong phòng và cũng ko set up chai nước - tiêu chuẩn thông thường của khách sạn. Sau đó tôi có đọc thông tin ghi trong phòng miễn phí 1 chai nước, đây là một tiêu chuẩn rất thấp, đặt phòng tính phí cho 3 người mà chỉ miễn phí 1 chai nước. Khi gia đình tôi đi thang máy lúc xuống nhân viên cũng không đợi khách ra ngoài hết mà đã vội chen vào. Khi gia đình chúng tôi xuống ăn sáng, nhân viên cũng không tới bàn hỏi muốn được phục vụ gì, tôi quan sát thấy bàn bên cạnh có phục vụ trứng, đây là món không bày ra tại khu vực quầy ăn nên tôi đoán chắc hẳn nhân viên sẽ hỏi từng bàn về đồ ăn mong muốn của khách. Tôi đảnh giá rất thấp cơ sở vật chất lẫn dịch vụ của khách sạn như vậy.

The room was small and not air conditioned well. The bed was uncomfortable and behind the bed side table there was a gecko! A receptionist asked us to leave a positive review as we left but we were disappointed with our stay.

We got to the room and the AC was off, the room was 40°C inside, and as they only gave us 1 key whenever we got to the room it was the same.. The sheets looked like they werent changed and the cleanliness was not the best. The breakfast was a bit poor and with not many options

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Las camas eran cómodas y el lugar es muy céntrico, fácil para moverse por el mercado y la zona antigua de la ciudad.
El hotel estaba algo sucio, un ejemplo es una gotera al lado de recepción y del ascensor, cuando llegamos la habitación tenía una cama y tenía la suciedad del cliente anterior, así que tuvieron que montar la habitación (teníamos dos camas) y limpiar. El tamaño de la habitación, a pesar de haber contratado la grande, era realmente pequeño.

La camera non era assolutamente come nella foto! Molta muffa e molte cose rotte. Ogni doccia era un lago, per via dello scarico malfunzionante. La cosa terribile è che nel controsofitto e nel condotto di arieazione c’erano parecchi tipo che correvano e rosicchiavano; girone e notte (siamo stati svegliati più volte). È stato difficile dormire lì la seconda notte. Reception presente ma assente; 6/8 li abbiamo trovati che dormivano sulla scrivania. La all di ingresso era il salone della famiglia; è un’hote 4 stelle non un’homestay; inaccettabile entrare e sentire un’odore di pesce rancido perché loro mangiavano beati senza nessun accoglienza.
