The rooms were small, the bathroom tile was too slippery especially for senior citizens who could easily fall. The AC in one room did not work.

The service is very good. Clean and well maintained. Food is great. Loved the stay and would like to visit again.

Traffic around the smelly gutter (covered) in front of the hotel! We were waiting in the porch area of the hotel for our cab and it was quite smelly

Great location, and the staff is the best. The room was great, comfy, with a great shower. And all of this for a very friendly price.

Location is good and breakfast is also good.

Fabulous and outstanding hospitality including touring guidance, storing of leftovers, warming up of leftovers and quick serving of local foods and teas from ground floor restaurant. Ajay was the main welcoming host backed by Sashi who was so efficient, serviceable and friendly. Room was clean and well equipped. Beds very comfortable with speedy wifi and variety of tv programmes. Conveniently located to all major cafes and shops with rickshaws charging around 50 to 100 roupies. Would unhesitatingly go back there and recommend to anyone who values simplicity and warm heartedness.

Location and Hotel Ambience was good. Breakfast was also nice if you love south indian thali as they serve only that.

Despite explicitly informing the reception desk, hotel housekeeping staff entered our occupied room without consent and in our absence. This constitutes a serious breach of guest privacy and hotel protocol. What is particularly concerning is that the staff and management failed to acknowledge the gravity of the incident, offering no formal apology or acceptance of responsibility. Furthermore, although our check-in time was confirmed multiple times, we arrived at approximately 9:00 PM to find that the room was not ready for occupancy, causing undue inconvenience and reflecting poor operational management. I would strongly advise against staying at this property and will not consider it in the future.

This hotel has potential, but it certainly does not live up to it. Pros: - Location quite central and walkable - Great vegetarian restaurant downstairs, breakfast here is included in room price - Good bed, room size ok Cons: - Room cleaning is dismal. There were hair in bed linen and on the floor, shelves were dusty, cups not clean. Bathroom was the worst. They obviously don't clean the toilet - previous customer had left without flushing. (Normally we'd have complained, but we had already settled into room before noticing, so just gritted our teeth...) There were clotted soaprests on the edge of the basin, and they were not removed during our stay. Soapholder was rusty, tiles stained. - The staff member who checked us in was very unfriendly. No smile, no "welcome", rather his behavior was next to hostile. Later I asked him if they had laundry service, and he said "no". I found this so odd (even very modest guesthouses have it) that I asked another staff member next day, and yes, they had even laundry bags, so it was just a normal service they offer! This is not the way to treat paying guests. - The sound insulation is poor. You hear next room doorbell like your own and people talking and moving. On top of this, there were some people blasting loud music and dancing in the hallway at least til 11 p.m., and the staff did nothing!

Great hotel. Immaculate with a very nice shower and bathroom. Would highly recommend.

The washroom was not clean and not worth the money. The towels in the bathroom were not clean

the Continental Inn was the most comfortable and clean hotel where we've stayed till now. The staff was helpful and verry pleasant. On the groundflore is a reasenable good restaurant, and it's close to the royal palace. And all that for a verry low price.

You could here the voices from the hallway in the room. But I absolutely would recomend this hotel to every body.

The location is great, not so far from the palace and other locations. Breakfast is traditional and top of the class at the very least cost. Modern, renovated rooms. Value for money.

The noise in the hotel corridor could be disturbing in the night if you are very sensitive.

Beautiful hotel with and amazing lobby area, cute rooms, with the most comfortable big bed. They also have a very good vegetarian restaurant where you can have the tastiest and most reasonable priced dinner. The staff was helpful and always smiling which is always a nice welcome when you come from a 11h drive. Loved this place and loved Mysore and we can't wait to come back!

Sound proofing could have been better - could hear other guests shouting in the corridor. Terrible pillows. Otherwise all was fine, and good for the money.

Food in Dakshina Paaka restaurant. Too spicy n salty.

It’s a new property. Staff support is excellent. They have restaurant next to the hotel and they deliver food to room anytime without any service fee. Food prices are also reasonable.

Bed is smaller, not shown as in the picture. If you have, your family with 2 small kids, you must take extra mattress.

The room was decent. Breakfast was good.

I stayed there for 3 nights. They didn't clean the room in between. My dustbin became almost full but there was no room service, so, had to stay like that. Even at the beginning, the room was not clean enough.

City centre, near to most of the tourist destination and city bazaar.

No television channels provided by the property, instead they insist to watch programs connected to Internet (youtube only).

Food was not so good. We had dinner. Service was very poor. We got food and plates and spoons came after 30 minutes after calling room service 3 times.

The location was the best part with ample covered parking space as well as housekeeping was quick for service.The check in and check out was hassle free and done efficiently.

The ventilation and exhaust in bathroom could be done more effectively .There could have been free breakfast with the price given.

The staff of Continental Inn and Suite was excellent and pleasant. Ease with the check In and Check out. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. The room was nicely furnished and equipped with everything (except the hair dryer) complete toiletries included. Value for money.
