We had our breakfast and dinner there. It was decent. They have roof top restaurant. Atmosphere is good. But they don't provide hand towels. We think, it is good place to stay for couple of nights.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026A very nice hotel in the city center, close to the palace and other popular places. A spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. Even though it’s on a busy street, it’s quiet inside. Very friendly staff, with an unplanned early check‑in for an extra fee, but at least we had a place to sleep. The breakfast offer was of good quality. Considering the price, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. I can only recommend it.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026The staff was really lovely - everyone smiling, kind, and very helpful. The room was nice. I gave the room size an average rating for the reason of...if you are traveling solo and mostly need a nice, clean place to sleep for a few days, it's great. If you're a couple, you will be tripping over one another - in my opinion.
The only complaint I have is the hot water never came. I was told, as in other hotels, let the water run for five to ten minutes and the water will get hot. Not so at Roopa...in MY experience. I let it run for at least 15 minutes and finally gave in to having cool shower. At the end of the day, not so bad, once you get adjusted to the mild cold shock factor.

Comodo il ristorante sul rooftop per fare colazione e ordinare cibo in camera. Ci è stata data una stanza più grande rispetto a quella che avevamo prenotato mantenendo lo stesso prezzo.
L'unico grande problema di questo hotel è che i bagni sono vecchi e pieni di muffa che rende l'ambiente un po' malsano

Room ia very small. Don't have an bathroom slipper. Bathroom is shower is very old and looks dirty. Washbasin in bathroom was perished. Looks like It's a old room renovated and that was not taken care properly. They claim it's a 3 star hotel and the room don't even have a 2 star standards

Food was delicious specially the Kadhai Chicken.The hospitality shown by Mr . Suhas was refreshing and he served us quite well.Breakfast spread was Full of nutritious food and various options to choose from. It's a steal at this price. Must stay if you're in mysuru.
