perfect location clean propert and great staff.

Ordered for a lemon coriander soup and a grilled sandwich ... Soup was absolutely horrible. Sandwich was below average (it looked like they dont have thr right grill).

Courteous and helping staff

Nothing. The property was too expensive for what they provided. The room was too small with an uncomfortable mattress and old and untidy quilt cover.

Extremely noisy Till late night there were door slamming, reception phone ringing, guests were too loud and inconsiderate. Staff didn’t do anything about this.

A very neat & clean , well maintained hotel in the heart of the city very close to Major tourist spots. Very spacious rooms with all the facilities & courteous staff make the stay a memorable one. Mr Akashan & Mr Prakash of the dining section & the reception staffs took care of us during our comfortable 2 days stay. A great value for the money & it was really a good deal from Booking. Com.

Limited Car parking facility & it is not advisable to leave the guests vehicle on the road during night times.

2. frontage (nearly missed it) and parking very small 3. room decent size, though no particular view 4. there was a split AC installed, the vane controls were not working, so direct draft on the face.

Food options for morning breakfast are very limited.Not sutiable for families with kids since Beds are very small queen size,on that they charge extra for extra bed instead of keeping king size bed for families with kids, otherwise room is neat and tidy. Pathetic parking faclity.Prices are very high please work on it.

Très bel hôtel ,,, très propre ,,, salle de restauration en étage bien aménagé ,,,le dîner peut être pris sur place . Le déjeuner un peu juste ..

La chambre avec fenêtre donnant sur un mur très très rapproché et ne s'ouvrant que sur quelques centimètres ce qui fait que au bout de trois nuits on étouffe complètement.. Les rabatteurs ''maison'' qui vous agressent alors que vous n'êtes pas encore arrivé à l'accueil pour vous offrir taxis ou tuck tuck :: à fuire ,,, pas compétitifs​

L'hôtel est très bien placé, à 1 km du palais et du Dejavara Market, du centre commercial Nexus (le plus européen) , à 500m de l'arrêt de bus (201) pour aller à Chamundi Hill (60 roupies/P) et à 50m de l'hôtel restaurant Sandesh the Prince où l'on peut prendre le breakfast et autres repas. Le personnel de réception est courtois et avenant. Chambres non insonorisées, on entend la TV et les gens parler mais la rue la nuit est calme. La paroi de douche dans la salle de bains est indispensable pour nous, c'était parfait. Le ménage est fait méticuleusement chaque jour et le personnel est charmant. Kosher, le technicien est réactif à tout problème.

Pas de barre dans la salle de bains pour pendre les serviettes (qui restent mouillées) alors qu'il y a la place contre le mur pour en installer une. Le tuk tuk de l'hôtel est trop entreprenant, il faut mettre le hola de suite afin de garder notre liberté de transport.

The staff was not friendly. Especially at reception. We have stayed in Sarovar hotels, but this is nowhere nearby to Sarovar standards

I stayed at the hotel and had a generally comfortable experience. Hotel is situated in the heart of city. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they provided a detailed itinerary that made planning our days much easier. The property offers several convenient amenities, including cutlery and other useful in-room essentials, which made the stay feel homely and practical. However, the food was not very good, which was a bit disappointing compared to the otherwise comfortable setup.

Pre check charges are exorbitant, no complimentary breakfast having paid 9800 for 2. nights request for pre check charges refund

We liked the fact that the location was within walking distance to many places like the Mysore Zoo, the Aquarium, and the Mysore Palace. The hotel facility was also new and were spotlessly clean and refreshingly good.

The location was missing the nice views out of the rooms, totally not pleasing to the eyes. Could have been better if the layout of the rooms were made keeping in mind these things.

The beds are not at all comfortable, they do not offer proper comfort and support. This has to be addressed .

buffet spread was not available on the second day even then they supplied what we asked for but it took some time. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and comfort not luxurious and grandiose.

The location can not afford a spacious lounge or garden so nothing can be done.

Breakfast was good, with a reasonable variety of foods .

Exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working at times.

Le bruit du personnel la nuit, étant sur une chambre à côté de la réception, on entendait le personnel discuter sans cesse et le bruit un peu fort de la climatisation de la chambre. A part ça très bon rapport qualité prix.

I loved the ambience inside the hotel and I loved the customer Service especially Mr.Prakash as he took care and made us feel at home

Wonderful stay.. location was great, near to Zoo. Staff were exceptionally cooperative. Despite very short notice, they decorated the room with baloon and arranged cake as birthday surprise to my daughter. Lot better value compared to other hotels in same area.

1 They give half leter water bottles not enough again and again i hd to request bottles. 2 they missed to do room service one day.

Location was perfect for vacation. Bang in the middle of all the top sightseeing spots. Good breakfast spread. Staff in the restaurant was really helpful - Basavraj and Prakash. Neat and clean hotel.

Room cleaning was not up to the mark.
