It was fantastic for my business trip. The rooms were fully equipped, and the strong internet connection was especially beneficial for my meeting. The breakfast was delicious and varied, definitely worth the price.

It's close to the airport, so I booked one night to rest before my flight, but the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, exceeding my expectations. Breakfast had good selection. Location was absolutely great! Everything is walking distance for night life and food. Easy assess to the North and South beaches.

For a 4 star rating hotel it did not live up to it's 4 star. It's more like a 2.5 maybe 3 star. Rooms are so old and outdated. The hotel needs to be updated.

Worst hotel they won’t support you in any thing not at all worth for your booking. Not to go at such hotel only if any one offer me for free to visit at these hotel i won’t go only.

The breakfast was good and changed regularly. The staff were excellent.

Our bathroom had mould buildup around the silicon and water flooded the bathroom floor. The bed was very hard. Both windows facing the main road were broken and didn’t close properly. Therefore noisy.

The property for the most part was good. The front desk staff doesn't speak english so come prepare with a translator. The beds are extremely hard it feels like you are sleeping on wood pallets. I think the room price should be under $80 a night. The location is great!

The staff are extremely wecoming. The checkin was a breeze and the hotel upgraded our room and made our stay more comfortable. The location is great, beach is a short walk from the hotel and lots of restaurants and cafes around.

The staff was very helpful, especially since I had a medical condition which was not easy to handle. The swimming pool was awesome and as for my needs created. The lobby is a comfortable eye catcher on this otherwise - except the beaches - not so exciting island. Breakfast with all you desire in the morning. Very recommendable!

The beds were in the beginning like everywhere else too hard. But after request staff came up with toppers until it was fitting!!

It's well appointed but you get what you paid for. If you wanna enjoy Phu Quoc but not have a luxe vacation, then perhaps this is a great place to consider. The price is ok. The breakfast buffet is catered more to local tastes. The staff though were fantastic.

The facilities look a bit sad / run-down. I get the comment about the unairconed lobby. Not a deal breaker but it can get hot. Its not that bad really.

Breakfast was good. Pool was out for maintenance the last two days during our stay which was disappointing as our family loved spending time in the pool. Minh who was on the reception desk was amazing. The rooms were great and spacious.

The staff is quite bad with English, and they won't say I don't understand, but pretend they do, and then they get something totally different. They seem a bit lost too. Wrong infos, missing timing etc. They definitely need more training. I understand investor put a lot of money into obejct and facility, but staff is the most important thing. That's the last thing he should save money on. P.S. this is for hotel reception, the restaurant staff was amazing

Great Pool, quiet Room and comfortable beds! Breakfast is nice, there is a buffet with asian food, but also eggs, sausages, coffee and juices are there. Gym is good but needs maintenance. Beach 8 min walking from the Hotel. Restaurants and bars are very close. Around 1 km to the Night Market (very nice to visit)

This is a nice and beautiful hotel, but some points urgently needs to be improoved: 1) Gym is good but needs maintenance, please put oil on the equipment. 2) Breakfast buffet is outside, because of the permanent wind in the morning, the small things are flying from the table, so the floor looks dirty and sometimes napkins are falling in the pool water. Maybe you can build a glass wall betweet buffet and pool to avoid this. Also a small nice garbage can on each table would be good, to put there used napkins and leftover food. 3) Prices given after booking on www.booking.com for additional bed were 300.000 VND. When arrived at the hotel, at the reception they told us it is 500.000 VND. We had to show the proof and discuss with the staff until they accepted this. This is very very awkward for the hotel. 4) prices that the hotel is offering for the Airport Pick up are MUCH more higher than the taxi that you can order via Grab. 5) There were only 1 small 30 ml tube of a shampoo and 1 small tube of shower gel for a family in a Junior Suite :-)) We had to ask even for that 6) We were travelling as a family and booked a Junior Suite room with one big bed and one sofa bed, which was more expensive than other rooms with only one big bed. As we arrived late at night, the sofa bed had no bed linen, no duvet, and this bed was also broken. We had to go back to the hotel reception, which is in an other building to ask to change the sofa and bring linen. We got only bed linen. The sofa bed was changed only in the late evening next day, after the second time asking for it. We did not get any compensation for sleeping on the broken sofa bed the first night, althought we asked for it several times the hotel staff and hotel manager. This is not acceptable! To resume: It is sad, that the guest should waste his time on his vacations to discuss for hours about the things that a 4 stars hotel should offer automatically.

The hotel was pretty much as described on booking.com. We had 2 rooms, both of which were clean, tidy and very functional. The pool was lovely (and empty!) around 30 metres in length. The gym was a little strange as it was in an open plan position off the rear foyer - no doors, no fans, no air con, yet it was still functional (bloody hot!). The location of the hotel was spot on, step out of the front door and straight into restaurants and bars. The wi-fi worked well, so no issues there. Staff reception were friendly and helpful on check in. In terms of price, very affordable and excellent value for money.

We would have loved to have a balcony, that was the one real downside. The gym could have been sectioned off rather than open-plan.

Ocean pearl is a good hotel for the price. Our stay was good, rooms were easy to sort out with reception and they were clean. Pool and breakfast is also great too. Hotel is not too busy as well so it is quite peaceful.

Fantastic place to stay. Centrally located. Staff are attentive, friendly and courteous. Amenities are fantastic and breakfast is above standard. I would recommend a family to stay here as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A clean room and nice cool temperature. The breakfast buffee is also included. It had a good selection of food, which changed each day and it tasted good. There is also a nice swimming pool. All in all a comfortable experience.

Location 15 minutes from the airport, 1 kilometer from Duong Dong, 500 meters from Long Beach, grocery shops, restaurants nearby, excellent. Room was large, huge bed, good bathroom with tub, no balcony but great views to the sea, aircond. Staff was helpful and friendly. Airport drop-off and pick-up worked well. Breakfast was good for quality and quantity measures. Big swimming pool. The price was really affordable, spent there 11 nights. Not much of western tourists hole time, 3 plus us. Good choice for accommondation while in Phu Quoc.

Overall the room was clean. Staffs are friendly. Check in very fast not wait for too long. Although check in time at 2 but they let us check in as early as 12pm. Please call check in with them to see if they have room available to check in early... Do not wait till check in time

I went the beach near Hotel and saw the sunrise in the morning. The Breakfast is being good, anh i really like Rice noodles Thai soup w seafood. My friend like the enthusiasm of the Staff with smile anh " Ocean Pearl xin chào". In the midnight, we go to the Rooftop bar at 10 floor- Skye bar and chill w cocktail, fruit. We really like Phu Quoc Ocean Pearl Hotel and we had a lot of memory together. See you in the future!!!!

The receptionist is friendly, welcome drink is already prepared at check-in procedure. Awesome deluxe room view. The location is perfect to discover all places in PhuQuoc island. Besides, the swimming pool is a great thing to enjoy here

Arrive Phuquoc on rainy season, we randomly went to Phuquoc Ocean Pearl and It was excess our expectation. The room and restaurant is clean, with full facilities. We got free breakfast with various menu every day and the food were good, we enjoy the swimming pool there. The hotel is close to Duong Dong market and very easy to find ATM or coffee shop around. Staff is friendly and helpful. I love white colour and wish to see them again.

Läget är bra, mitt i staden. Men hotellet är väldigt lyhört och man hör folk som stänger dörrar och möbler som flyttas runt. Det var väldigt svårt att sova när alla andra i huset började gå upp. Poolen är bra men det finns inte så många solsängar, kanske 20-30st bara.

I have just spent two week and the hotel and loved it. When we checked in, the staff was all extremely friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The room was beautiful and had an amazing view. Comfortable bed, very clean. Great breakfast (lots of choice).The pool area was very nice. Fantastic location. Beach towels provided. Clean towels daily. Lots of local restaurants and shops. Beach facing west (lovely sunsets). All the staff, receptionist, waiter, security guards and room maids were all so polite and friendly. Overall, I am so thrilled with our stay at Phu Quoc Ocean Pearl Hotel. It was our third visit to Phu Quoc and this was by far the nicest place we have stayed yet. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. Thank you for the amazing stay!.

While visiting phu quoc, we went to the skybar at top of this hotel.. It's a nice bar area, with a DJ pumping out some tunes.. These turns did seem very dated, is as much that some of the tunes are many yrs old, and not upto date.. But, get past that and the floor area is a good size, and the perimeter glass panels allow you to see what's around the skyline.. BUT..!!!!! Here's something that not only disappointed my wife and myself, but made us both feel.very uncomfortable and basically we felt we had to leave... 4 young people, who had obviously had alot to drink before entering this bar, we sucking in the large gas balloons that create people to go a bit unstable on their feet.. TWICE one customer was held up by a staff member or he would've collapsed onto the floor.. So who in right mind would allow such behaviour yet alone ENCOURAGE it.!!!. So we paid our bill and left.. A table of 6 people left just before us... So for some short sightedness by bar staff, in allowing this too happen, they lost us and others and our custom. We could've stayed there happily drinking cocktails for a hour or two.. But this alarmed us and we didnt want any part of it.. It is a nice bar, BUT!!!.. I hope the management read this and STOP! Selling these dam air balloons..

The hotel is very good! Breakfast is enjoyable. Location is excellent. Big swimming pool. Rooms are clean. You can rent scooter from there... Staff is friendly! Especially Thuy Trang! She is very careful :)

We stayed for 9 nights at this hotel. The breakfast was overall okay, in some days very delicious and some days were tired of the same food. The pool is very big and beautiful, hotel located near the shopping markets and cafes. Girls in the reception were very polite, especially Thuy Trang and Nguyen Thi Huynh Nhur. They helped us to solve the problems with flight and printing the documents. I saw some reviews telling about rude receptionists, but these girls are very nice and know their work.

このホテルは2度目の宿泊で設備やスタッフは問題なく快適です。 ただ今回はホテル前のお店が朝方まで営業しており大音量でうるさかったです。奥の方の建物だったからまだマシですが表の建物に泊まっていたらかなりのものだったと思います。なんとかなりませんかね。

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was close to the beach and some of my favourite restaurants. The breakfast was decent and had a good variety of foods to choose from. The pool area was wonderful and often not very busy. The rooms were spacious only complaint would be the hard beds but it wasn’t terrible. The staff was friendly but could have done a better job providing a bit more information on the hotel and it’s amenities (spa, breakfast, wifi, building orientation)

A friendly hotel perfectly located in the middle of Duong Dong on Phu Quoc island. A huge pool, a massage spa and restaurant along side the pool provide a lovey relaxing stay Staff are friendly although English speaking quality is mixed. Which is never a problem to a seasoned travel. This was my second stay here as is close to some close friends who live in the area and although the first was in the off season and the place was empty, the second was in the beginning of high season and the hotel was much busier but this had no impact on the efficient and friendly staff The breakfast buffet is very Vietnamese but does have a couple of western items including a egg station that made excellent an omelet The place does have a busy and loud bar (Skye Bar)on top of the front tower of the complex but it has never disturbed me. All in All a very comfortable 4* hotel that I intend to stay at when I visit this fantastic island again. My one criticism is that is can be a bit noisy during the day - I enjoy a bit of a sleep in and housekeeping etc I guess assume everyone is up be 9am.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel,die 4 Sterne sind alter Glanz. Die Betten waren bespannte Holzbretter.Ich hatte nachdem Aufenthalt Rückenschmerzen.In der Dusche waren alle Silikonfugen mit Schimmel befallen.Das Frühstück war jeden Tag lieblos gleich.Preis/Leistung stimmt hier definitiv nicht.Am Haupteingang standen jeden Tag 2 Flyerverteiler mit lauter Musikanlage die Werbung für die Skybar im Haupthaus gemacht hatten.Keine Ahnung wo die Hotelleitung eines 4 Sterne Hauses mit dem Konzept hin möchte.

My girlfriends and I were looking for a nice, clean and relaxing hotel to stay at and this hotel met all our needs! We didn’t have anything planned, so we asked the front desk for suggestions and they were so friendly and helpful! Because of their help, we rented scooters and explored the island and got to see some beautiful temples and beaches. We loved our room it was very clean. We read some reviews that the beds were on the harder side, but I didn’t mind! Firm beds are better for the back anyways! At night we went to the sky bar and it was beautiful! There was great music and we just had a blast! The view was amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel! It’s reasonably priced and it’s close to the hot spots! I would definitely come back 🙂

This was a very nice hotel, super clean and welcoming. The staff were helpful and professional. Rooms were huge with nice view. Best part was the very big pool and skye bar. It was so much fun spending time here with my husband. Everything was close by, and very convenient. We give this place a 5/5, and hope that we can come here again soon! Stay here if you want a relaxing and fun atmosphere for vacation!

I was going to take my time to review all the hotels I stayed at in Vietnam but I just had to write this one because my personal experience was so bad and would rather let it all out now while waiting to go to the airport. I’m also going to be very practical with this review to help inform others and will separate the hotel facilities review from my personal experience because perception is subjective. I travelled through the country and altogether stayed in 8 hotels and ocean pearl was my last stop so comparison is based on all other 4 star hotels I stayed at here in Vietnam. I booked a superior room (nothing superior about the room though) and was in block B which is a building at the back of the hotel (room 308) so wasn’t disturbed by the noise from the sky bar. Pros - Facade is great and quite flashy at night - Has a sky bar for relaxing in the evening although comes at a cost - breakfast was just alright, nothing fancy but not bad either. Cons - advertised as a 4 star and it’s clearly a 2-3 star even by Vietnam standard. - reception lobby is open to the outside and has no a/c so if you have a long wait before traveling to airport, then you better off chilling somewhere with a/c (nearby bars or restaurant) - room is very basic and has no appeal at all. - open restaurant and just right in front of the pool. Not cool having breakfast in the morning with people taking a swim and vis versa. - black molds all over the bathroom. I just had to keep my eyes glued to the top tiles when taking a shower - no bell boy so good luck if you have a few luggages to wheel around - the staff speaks very very very little English. I didn’t think this was a problem but you’ll understand better when I give my personal experience review below. Please double check everything with google translate if you still choose to stay at this hotel - the curtains are old and definitely needs changing. You can tell they once used to be white. - bedsheets were stained and old. These were permanent stains that wouldn’t go off even after washing hence should have been removed completely from the laundry. I had to put a towel over the bed because trying to explain to the staff was even more painful. Personal experience This was my last stop in Vietnam and was supposed to be the best part of the trip but the hotel experience ruined it. - no personal touch re help with organising tours or providing guidance on what to do or see in Phu Quoc. I put this down to the English barrier. I eventually used trip advisor and nearby travel agencies to organize trips. - the hotel don’t provide iron so requested for an ironing service. Was told someone will come up to my room to pick up and no show. I eventually used the hair dryer as a hack. Basic English communication is just non existent which wasn’t a problem with my travel across the country until my stay at this hotel. I’m not expecting staff to be fluent but just being able to guide the guests around facilities in the hotel should just be standard and they couldn’t even help with that. - a cleaning lady and man walked up on me while dressing up (I was practically naked), no knock or bell. No apologies either from the hotel. - on arrival, I was told mini bar was free and I actually reconfirmed ‘free’ as it was the first time I had that offered to me in Vietnam. I also believed it because there was no price list in the room and on checkout was billed for items used. You can imagine the surprise on my face. Again, I’ll advise to use google translate or any similar app for communication. - bed are so flat and old in my opinion and not comfortable at all - I booked a double bed and got two twin bed pushed together instead - mini bar was not cold at all so even felt cheated for being billed for the bottled water I took out of the fridge. - for a hot city, the only place to cool off at the hotel are the rooms. As the restaurant and lobby are open air spaces, there are no a/cs - the safe was not working so had to carry all my valuables around with me - there was a constant beep from the telephone and I have to unplug it because it was one of those type of noise that keeps you up at night (not loud but repetitive irritating noise). Attached are pictures of the restaurant facing the pool and a part of the shower with molds. The mold was all over every corner to the shower and more obvious because tiles are white. In summary, I wouldn’t be staying here again nor will I recommend it.

My husband and I stayed here in November for my birthday vacation. The hotel was very clean compared to most places that I have stayed here in Vietnam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Skye bar was so much fun! I highly recommend this hotel.

Visited here last month and had such a great experience with my boyfriend. Everything about this hotel was exactly what I was looking for! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Any time I had any questions or concerns, someone was always willing to help. Location was great! Close to everything! Rooms were nice ..the hotel was very clean! Loved the breakfast buffet! Can’t say anything negative about my experience. I would highly recommend this hotel! Such a great value!

1. 員工很友善，但英文太差，隨便講幾句就得要拿出翻譯機才能溝通。 2. 有一天出門回來發現打掃人員沒把門關好，房卡都還沒刷，結果門輕輕一推就開了，真的很誇張。 3. 房間很大很舒適，但隔音效果非常遭，就連隔壁房女生在哭我都聽得到。 4. 浴室很大，但水溫會忽冷忽熱，洗個澡一下被燙到一下冷到，感覺很差。 結論是，雖然整體不算不好，早餐也不錯，但如果有更好的選擇還是避開這間吧。
