The location

We were 2 couples traveling each with their baby, so we did encountered some issues at this property. First was the hot running water. It was very, very slow and it wasn’t warm enough, especially considering bathing a small child. We were happy about the terrace but, maybe the worst of the location, are the GSM antennas which are not healthy at all (especially when traveling with a baby) and besides that there are also very ugly when you consider spending time on a rooftop terrace. You have them so near you up there. This was truly disappointing. It is true that, at least for us, the apartment is well located and that is the only good thing here. Also the mattresses were very decent.

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s apparent that a lot of thought went into the designing of the unit. We didn’t cook so no opinion on the kitchen. The rooftop patio was nice to watch the sunset

Listing didn’t state the were stairs, there was a lift but only to the 4th floor, then a long curving staircase to the unit. There was loud construction outside our window in the morning. Lacking amenities like coffee pods and cream for coffee in the morning. No smart TV for Netflix, YouTube, etc so only Italian language and no instructions. No space in bathroom for toiletries, slow sink draining.

The apartment was disappointing, advertised as having parking but parking was a small public paid parking with limited spaces, The air conditioning was not working properly in the main seating room, building and entrance was dated, the main terrace advertised outdoor seating but had no sofa cushions, sofa bed was uncomfortable and kitchen was extremely small and not functional very misleading
