Csendes környék, közelben boltok, könnyed bejutás a központba.
Lovely property centrally located
The rooms were a bit small
It was clean and private
Unable to walk to down town Dublin. It was too far. AC wouldn’t stay on all night. Window shades need to be updated. They were wooden with a medieval type of latch that let the sun in when you’re trying to sleep early in the morning.
Room size, location quiet and clean area and close to town center, lots of facilities within 2 minute walk. Friendly staff.
No real closed of area to store you bags on check out day
Good beds an newly refurbished rooms and bathrooms.
Some noise from the road outside.
Elegant
The shower ceiling had mould on the white painted surface
Very central- easy walk to all tourist activities. Beautiful building with well decorated bedrooms.
Such a classic looking place. Reminds me of the New England area. Close to the bus stop to be able to hop on the bus and go around the city, depending on the bus you get on. Close to places to walk and get something to eat. Free parking out front. Lots of bathroom space!
No breakfast but, it offers coffee/tea in the lobby. It states this in the description.
Lovely room with a pretty view out of a huge Georgian window. Beautifully decorated with an incredibly comfortable bed. Fantastic shower too!
This hotel is in a great location if you are going to Aviva Stadium. The walk is very short. Plus there are lots of bars and restaurants in the area.
No breakfast option at the hotel.
The decor was beautiful . Staff were so friendly and accomodating

The location was great! We were able to park the car and were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Lovely coffee and tea service in the lobby and in our room.
The pillows were uncomfortable. A sleeping mask was needed because there are is a lot of light in the room at night.
Great parking, location, staff, comfort, style!
.
Room was very comfortable, pillows and matress where so comfy. Parking on site was very good although limited spaces. I thought the coffee machine in the sitting room / Lobby area was very good and a great addition.
I felt the lifts were very old and dated and could probably do with an upgrade. The window bords / Blinds were old but did a great job blovking out the light.
I love the hotel, modern yet cosy. Perfect if you need a hotel with parking, not so far from city centre

Good was nice and clean
Telly in room didn’t work
Very nicely furnished little suite, clean and with free coffee in the lobby.
We had a little kitchen area where the selection of cutlery and dishes was a bit random, only one small spoon, only one tall glass…
Great location, we were at a gig in Lansdowne road. Clean, comfortable

Great location to explore Dublin!
Parcheggio privato
Ci hanno fornito due teli già sporchi.
Nice and clean , friendly staff
Nice room, great location
Très belle suite
Pas d'accès au jardin interieur
Clean, air con, great location. Lovely decor
No facilities for breakfast.
Es war alles top👍
Beautiful property, very nice art work around

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was exactly as pictured. The location was also fantastic and made it very convenient to explore the area without being too much in the city centre. We especially loved the apartment-style rooms. The beds and sheets were extremely comfy as well. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again!
The noise from other rooms within the building could be quite noticeable, especially when guests returned from a night out in the city. This could be a little disruptive if you were trying to get a good night’s sleep.
Very comfortable bed. Lovely shower facilities.
Hard to park the car.
Keurige kamers, comfortabel nieuw sanitair

O quarto tinha um bom espaço, cama confortável e o chuveiro é ótimo, apesar de não servirem café da manhã, tem uma máquina de café disponível na recepção. E a localização é muito boa.

Saubere und ordentliche Zimmer. Ruhige Lage.
Doppelzimmer etwas klein.
The location is excellent. Check in was fast and friendly. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The complimentary coffee was a lovely touch. I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing, it was great
Easy to locate and smooth check-in, parking on site.

Fantastic place to stay in Dublin - nice cosy and very clean room with all you need- air conditioning, coffee machine, fridge, super comfy bed , very clean and quiet. Hotel is only walking distance to main attractions or you can take a bus if needed. Definitely worth the price.
Everything! The room and the hotel were beautiful, as beautiful as in the pictures, with lovely and helpful staff. Lovely heritage house feeling and a great retreat from the city center hustle and bustle. The room was equipped with all you needed (tea/coffee, minifridge with water) and we could borrow cutlery for making the most of the minifridge in the room, and prepare sandwiches for our trips. The double beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows and duvets. Special mention to the air-conditioning that could be really adjusted and did what you asked! Location was nice and beautiful, walkable and peaceful, but still had good connections by bus to city center (39, 38), also near Aviva-Arena and DART station. We could have stayed near the hotel for the whole week and try all the things that the neighbourhood offered, good pubs/restaurants, Tesco and Boots near... For those with kids the Herbert park was nice with a lovely playground. Great playground was found in Howth and the most lovely bebble beach in Bray that could be easily reached by DART.
The only thing that would have made our stay more perfect was if there would have been breakfast on the site, but that was only that we were spoiled for breakfast choices around and it took time to decide which place to choose. To our experiment you can't go wrong whatever breakfast place you choose, it's just what you want. If there would have been loud neighbours, it might have been noisy because it's an old house. But we had no problems and slept like babies. If you like old houses you will love this one.
Nice location. Spacey room.
No breakfast. No real facilities besides free coffee. Noisy. Got a room with street noise, different from requested. No curtains.
Perfect location, quiet area, free car parking . Bed was super comfortable
It’s was so quaint and lovely, the bedding was exceptional.
Very central location within walking distance to the city center. Comfortable room, comfortable bed. Everything you need really.

This boutique hotel is in a charming old building and has been faithfully restored and updated. The rooms are small but well-appointed. Great amenities, such as complimentary coffee and very effective AC. The Ballsbridge area is wonderful. The hotel staff and management were very kind.
The room was small, but typical of older European hotels. It wasn't a problem. Ballsbridge is not in the heart of Dublin, but in a lovely quiet neighborhood.
Location and windows that open
No breakfast
Comfortable beds, close to Aviva Stadium, tea and coffee facilities plus mini fridge in the room.
Excellent location and spotless.
Price seems inflated due to nearby concert but is to be expected.
Clean, beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. Good connections to city centrum. Coffee/tea making facilities were nice.
Off street parking available in front of the building as street parking is difficult. Lift was a bonus.
La proximité du centre ville
Le manque d insonorisation La literie
So clean and comfortable.
No complaints.
Some comfy and location was excellent. Receptionist was extremely friendly.
No complaints
Fantastic location in a quieter area of Dublin but still walkable into the centre. Great pubs, cafes and stores within 200 yards on Baggott Street. The house is a traditional Georgian property with lovely features and modern facilities, very comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
