I DO NOT like anything of this hotel. How can it be a hotel? Price too expensive, it is a bad apartment, not hotel. When we book, we thought it is a hotel, infact it is an old building which they rented some rooms and make it like a hotel. How can it be? I was extremely disappointed with booking.com as well. It seems that booking only take commission and did not check the quality of the hotel. I will never use booking.com anymore! Unacceptable!!!!!

Very cheap for its location and clean rooms.

The photos are a misrepresentation of how the rooms and corridors and reception area look. If you have been to Hong Kong’s Chungking Mansion, similarly this building hosts several accommodation businesses that offer rooms for stay, amongst other residential and office units next to them. There’s nothing to complain given the price for the location, and great house keeping services. But if you were expecting it to look like the photos and are adverse to staying in an eclectic/diverse mixed use building, then you may want to reconsider. To be honest, if the photos were not a misrepresentation, and I didn’t have to change floors to get to the rooms, I will likely give it a higher score.

Zgłoszone problemy (brak ciepłej wody i głośna klimatyzacja) zostały całkowicie zignorowane. Śniadanie żałosne – zimne, ubogie i nieświeże. Słychać hałas z ulicy i sąsiednich pokoi, a nocą naprawdę trudno zasnąć. Zdecydowanie nie polecam – najgorsze doświadczenie hotelowe, jakie miałem w ostatnich latach. Booking powinien rozważyć weryfikację tego obiektu, bo wprowadza ludzi w błąd.

We like nothing. Checked out 10 min later after checking in. Misleaded photos and dirt. Still waiting for my money back

Everything. Small rooms, smelly room, dirty room, hard to find the city view. It's on the side road on 7th floor like gheto.

The staff are very hostile, they threatened to call police on my friend just because they forgot our room number. When I confront them they said I should go and do my worse. A typical Chinese hostility.

It’s the small, thoughtful details that made my stay at this hotel so great. When I arrived, the front desk gave me a bottle of cold water, which was much appreciated after a long flight. My room had a few nice touches—like a lamp with a USB port for charging my phone, and a basket with extra blankets and pillows. The bathroom had travel-sized toiletries that were of good quality, and there were plenty of towels. The staff was always attentive; when I mentioned that I liked to wake up early, they offered to give me a wake-up call, and even left a note with the next day’s weather forecast on my desk. The hotel also has a small lobby lounge with free coffee and tea in the morning, which was a nice way to start the day. The room was quiet and clean, and I had a very relaxing stay. I’ll definitely book here again.

The hotel is not the same as they advertised. The staff is very rude. They refused to give me my change citing that the person i dealt with was not around. I didn’t like my stay. The hotel key doesn’t happen. Its just horrible.

From the moment I walked through the door, this hotel had a warm, welcoming vibe that made me feel at ease. The lobby is tastefully decorated with soft lighting and comfortable seating, so waiting for my room to be ready was never a chore. My room was cozy and well-maintained, with cute decor that added a personal touch. The bed linens were so soft that I looked forward to going to bed each night, and the pillows were just right—not too fluffy, not too flat. The staff was always willing to help; when I needed to send a package, the front desk helped me find a nearby courier service and even helped me fill out the forms. The hotel is also within walking distance of several parks, which was great for morning walks. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

This hotel offers amazing value for money—you get a clean, comfortable room with great service at a reasonable price. The room was well-sized, with a comfortable bed, a desk, and a small seating area. The Wi-Fi was free and fast, which was perfect for streaming shows in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful; when I asked about a late checkout, they accommodated my request without any extra charge. The hotel also has a 24-hour front desk, which was reassuring since I arrived late on my first night. The location is convenient too—it’s a short taxi ride from the airport and close to public transportation. The room was quiet, so I got plenty of rest, and the housekeeping team kept everything clean and tidy. I’ve stayed at more expensive hotels that didn’t offer half the quality of this one, so I highly recommend it.

Checking in at this hotel was one of the fastest and most efficient processes I’ve ever experienced. The front desk staff had my reservation ready, asked a few quick questions, and handed me my key in less than 5 minutes. My room was on the 7th floor, and the elevator was fast, so I didn’t have to wait long. Once I got to my room, I was impressed by how comfortable it was. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the sheets were crisp and clean. The bathroom was modern, with a rain showerhead that made my morning showers feel luxurious. The room also had free Wi-Fi with strong signal—important for me since I needed to stay connected with work. The housekeeping team did a great job too; they replenished my towels and toiletries daily, and even left a small chocolate on my pillow one night, which was a nice touch. I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay, this hotel is perfect. I stayed here for a week to unwind, and it was exactly what I needed. The rooms are soundproofed well, so I never heard any noise from other guests or the street. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was kept cool with the air conditioner, which was easy to adjust. The bathroom was clean and had a nice shower with good water pressure. The staff was friendly but never intrusive—they were always available if I needed help, but never made me feel like I was being bothered. The hotel is in a peaceful neighborhood, with a few small cafes nearby where I could grab a snack. The Wi-Fi was reliable, so I could stream movies in the evening, and the room had a flat-screen TV with a good selection of channels. I left feeling refreshed, and I can’t wait to come back.

Nothing !!! In fact we had to cancel our booking and did not bother to pay the cancellation fee of CYN 1486. The least we can say that it was quite a disappointment !

This is by far the most disappointing hotel I have ever booked through your platform. The photos displayed on your website are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The address was unclear, and we had difficulty finding the place — we eventually located it only by comparing the surroundings to the pictures sent by the hotel. Upon arrival, it appeared to be an old office building converted into a hotel. The room was extremely small less than 12 Sq. M, with a very low ceiling, a window that could not close properly, and a strong damp, musty odor. In addition, very few staff members could communicate in English, which made it difficult to address our concerns. I believe this property has been overrated with its current score of 8.0. I strongly recommend that you urgently review this listing to prevent travelers from being misled by inaccurate information. When we arrived, we saw several guests complaining and leaving the hotel, which clearly indicates that the property’s real condition does not match its online presentation. This situation reflects poorly on your platform’s credibility and should be addressed promptly

- Difficult to find the hotel - long time for check in - Smiles of smoke

It a scam I did not like anything about this property.

This was one of the most misleading stays I’ve ever experienced on Booking.com. The photos are completely fake and do not represent reality at all. What you see online looks clean and modern — but when you arrive, it’s the complete opposite. The rooms are filthy, dusty, and neglected, with toilets that don’t even work and a smell that makes you want to walk right back out. The staff have a scamming attitude — no professionalism, no willingness to help, and every answer felt like an excuse. When we went downstairs to cancel our booking, the reception area was full of guests doing the exact same thing, all demanding refunds because of how bad the place was. Even new arrivals were shocked beyond words when they saw what it actually looked like. This property should not be listed on Booking.com. It’s false advertising, plain and simple, and completely unacceptable. Booking.com should remove this hotel immediately to protect other travelers from being deceived like we were.

Vị trí tạm ổn

Thang máy bẩn, cũ Vị trí khó tìm nếu ko biết đường. Phòng tắm cửa hỏng

This property should be investigated. The location is superb but the facilities within the hotel are horrible. The pictures posted on booking.com are deceitful and extremely inaccurate. The facility is probably an old residential building being hastily refurbished. I was extremely traumatised during my stay. No security. Easy access to any floor and rooms. Unkept environment. Very tiny rooms. This facility shouldn't be rated above 5, to say the least. I observed that all the guests who arrived when I was at the reception, were all disappointed with the property.

As stated above. Most facilities in this hotel are fraudulently represented on booking.com. This property should be investigated as soon as possible.

Location was very convenient and the room was clean.

The hotel is not actually an hotel. The photos used are used only to estimulate the client to book, as their lobby is not that one and there is no facilities. You access the "hotel" entrance by a parking lot (back of the building) and go to a floor where have several offices, in there they took ages to check us in and when escorting us to the room you need t get out, take other lift up and by the end of a hallway you have the room. We didn't wanted any service and they don't have the option to put on the door yes or no, the rooms smells like cigarettes all the time and wifi doesn't work. No one at the front desk could speak English to us. The rooms look brand new and modern on the pictures but really is different.

The location was good and direct access to metro.

The property is nowhere near the pictures on the site. They are deceiving. When I arrived, they told me the same room is not available and asked me to pay more for a FORCED upgrade. Even though I had confirmed booking. The area is very noisy and hard to sleep. There is also construction in the building. The staff who attended me was very rude. You have to take two elevators to reach your room. The building is very old and not clean.

Scam, scam, scam. The pictures don't match the truth. This is not a hotel, this is an apartment hotel. There was screaming in the hallways.

Terrible its a scam the hotel is not what you see on booking

Booking needs to remove this hotel from the list as its a scam. The hotel looks terrible and nothing like the photos. We went there we refused to stay there total disaster. We told them the hotel looks different its not even 1% to whats advertised. They knew about it and the admit it. So guys don’t waist your money.

Rien

Phenomenal location and views from the room.

Super deceiving photos online. THEY HAVE NO RESTAURANT NO BREAKFAST NO ROOM SERVICE, do not trust the photos of the amazing line up of food pictures. The lobby does not look like anything in the photos. It’s actually like a tall building with multiple hotels and the rooms are quite dirty. The paint came off the walls when I was showering. The price is absolutely absurd for a two bedroom room for what it is. Only reason you should stay here is if u are going to canton fair and are booking a single room cuz then it is somewhat okay. Also the staff when we entered were hella rude and fighting with another customer when we came to check in. Had to wait 30-40 minutes for no reason.

This property is the worst I’ve ever seen I wouldn’t let my dog stay here

Everything dirty rude can’t find reception found used condoms in room absolutely disgusting

Staff was friendly and willing to help

I booked in a queen room. What i was given at first, was a very small room with no room to move around just enough space to fit the bed and an attached toilet. There was also a very strong smell in the room. When I complained, they moved me to a better room but it was still nothing like the pictures. I also found other guests in lobby area that were unhappy with their rooms. Only thing that slightly compensated was the staff that were looking to help where they can.

I liked nothing about the property

It was a complete scam! The pictures advertised are fake and nothing close to the reality of the place. It’s a completely different accommodation. It not even a hotel and looks NOTHING like what’s been advertised. Do not get scammed! When you get there, they ask you for the card you used to book the place so they verify to whichever booking app you used that you are there and the app releases the money to them. NB, this is all done before they even show you your room. After the funds are released by the booking app/website, they take you through a very dirty alley to a completely different building. The walkways are very dirty, the rooms and elevators are even worse and carry a pungent smell of smoke.Don’t fall for the fake reviews. It’s fake and probably done by the scammers themselves.

Nothing

Beware! Save your money! - I arrived at the hotel; and lost 30 min to find the reception because it was not located where instructed via messages. - after paying for the hotel I asked where is the swimming pool and the gym. The lady at the reception told me the pool is now upgraded and the gym as well and they just have 2x3m room with 2 threadmills. Pity, becuase I’ve chosen this hotel just for the pool and gym. But ok - I asked the lady where is the beautiful reception I see in booking photos, and she said it’s not this location but their headquarters. At this stage I knew this is a typical scam with photos from another place and amenities always in “upgrade” mode. - I asked to cancel my reservation as I felt cheated. The lady brought me a ticket saying she returned the money but when I compared this to my credit card charge, around 10% was missing. I’ve asked to refund the full amount as it was the (fake)hotel fault and I will not cover any part of their cheats. She refused. - eventually it turned out that that I paid even more for this hotel during payment process because the lady requested payment in my native currency instead of CNY on the terminal, eventually adding a markup on this transaction without my knowledge. - I’ve never seen my refund in my account. I’ve lost 3 hours there, and few taxi rides to find another hotel. Please save your time and money. don’t do it.

Traveling with two young kids is never easy, but this hotel made our 5-day trip so much smoother. We booked a family room that was spacious enough for all four of us—there was even a small play corner with a few toys and books to keep the kids busy. The beds were sturdy and comfortable, and the room had plenty of outlets to charge our phones, tablets, and the kids’ night lights. The bathroom had a step stool for the kids to reach the sink, which was a small but thoughtful touch. The hotel’s location was a big win too—it’s right next to a playground and a grocery store, so we could grab snacks or fresh fruit whenever we needed. The front desk staff was always patient with the kids’ endless questions, and they even gave them little stickers when we checked in. When our stroller got a flat tire, the hotel’s maintenance team fixed it for us in 20 minutes. The daily housekeeping was thorough, and they never minded if the kids left a few toys on the floor. This hotel truly understands families, and we can’t wait to come back.

My recent 4-night stay at this hotel was exactly what I needed after a busy work season. The location is peaceful—away from the noisy city center but still just a 10-minute bus ride to major attractions. My room felt like a little oasis: the bed had soft, fluffy linens that made me want to stay in bed all morning, and the curtains blocked out sunlight perfectly for lazy weekends. The bathroom was spacious, with a walk-in shower that had strong water pressure, and the hotel even provided travel-sized skincare products that were gentle on my sensitive skin. What really stood out was the staff’s attention to detail. When I mentioned I had trouble sleeping with bright lights, they brought me a eye mask and a white noise machine within 5 minutes. The free Wi-Fi was stable enough for me to video call my family every night, and the small workspace in the room let me finish a few urgent work tasks without hassle. The hotel also had a laundry service that was fast and affordable—my clothes were clean and folded neatly the next day. I left feeling totally refreshed, and I’ll definitely book this hotel again when I’m back in town.

I chose this hotel for a last-minute business trip, and it exceeded all my low expectations for a budget-friendly option. The location is unbeatable—just a 3-minute walk from the train station, so I didn’t have to drag my luggage far after a long ride. My room was compact but well-organized: there was a built-in closet with shelves for my clothes, and a mini-fridge that kept my water and snacks cold. The bed was firmer than I usually like, but it still gave me a good night’s sleep after long meetings. The staff was efficient and friendly—check-in took less than 2 minutes, and they printed my meeting schedule for me when I realized I forgot to bring a copy. The hotel had a 24-hour front desk, which was helpful when I got back late from a dinner meeting. There’s also a small lounge area with vending machines for late-night snacks, which saved me from going out to find food. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly for video conferences, and the room’s soundproofing meant I didn’t hear any noise from the hallway. For the price, this hotel is a steal, and I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Photos on booking is not the actual. The actual is very pad and we can’t imagine

Emplacement

It’s a big Scam

Scandaleux. Horrible. Inhospitalier. Dégoutant. L'arnaque totale.

SCAM ALERT ! Pourquoi ce taudis est sur booking ??? Scandaleux.

Location

It is a resident flat that re-built for hotel rooms.

The front desk tried their best but checking in took time and they were like students. They’re not trained to be in a hotel

Unfortunately it’s not the same as advertised. This is not a hotel. The rooms were almost the same as posted but the building isn’t. You have to take 2 elevators, one to the lobby and the other one to get to your room and it’s dirty. We arrived late in the evening and we were left with no choice but to stay there. The hotel even had a different name in the building. So much lies. They were nice enough to have the booking changed. I was rushing to check out that morning as I didn’t feel safe there. The lobby posted isn’t the actual lobby. No restaurant, no housekeeping. This is just like a dormitory.

there are many things that we did not like. right from the entry to the hotel. need to take two two lifts to reach our room. rooms are so tiny i have been 40+ countries and never had such bad stay. i have stayed in many hotels in china but this hotel is very disspointing. pictures shown on booking.com does not looks same. room. filled with ciggerrate smoke and had breathing issues at night. tissues does not flush in toilet because of water pressure is so low. hard to keep even 2 luggages in the room.

The check-in experience is super surprising, and the geographical location is golden C! When you go out, you can find Taikoo Hui, Wanling Hui and Zhengjia Square. You can do it all within 5 minutes on foot, and you don't have to worry about the traffic at all. It's super convenient to go to the mall during the day, check in at the Internet celebrity store, and walk back to the hotel at night. When you are tired, you can go back to your room to rest your feet at any time. It's very friendly to people who like shopping. The room is clean and tidy, and the service is very considerate. I will choose this place next time!

The hotel I stayed in this time really brought the word "convenience" to the extreme! When you go out, you can find Taikoo Hui, Wanling Hui and Zhengjia Square. You can switch to shopping, dry food and shopping modes within 5 minutes of walking, so you don't have to waste time on the road at all. The room is clean and tidy, and you can catch a glimpse of the bustling scene of the business district outside the window. It's super safe to walk back to the hotel when you are tired of shopping at night. Whether you come to Guangzhou for a trip or a business trip, choosing this place is really time-saving and worry-free. I will give priority to it next time I come!

The location of the hotel is very good. Go downstairs and cross the road to Taikoohui. The room can directly see Wanlinghui Shopping Mall. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to visit the three major business circles. Whether you want to visit luxury stores, buy fashion brands, or eat Internet celebrity food, or watch movies, you can go downstairs. The room is also very clean and tidy. The front desk service He was also very considerate. He took the initiative to recommend must-eat restaurants in the business district and provided detailed route guidelines. Come again next time you come to Guangzhou!!

The geographical location is really amazing! It takes 5 minutes to go downstairs, and you can go directly to the subway station, bus station and shopping mall! Floating window to see the city view outside the window YYDS! When you open your eyes, you will see the unobstructed Wanlinghui! This view, this landscape, lying in bed, you can contract the landmarks of Guangzhou CBD business circle, which is a blockbuster! Who can't be confused after watching it! - The convenience store and restaurant downstairs are all the key points!! The parking space is enough! This is so friendly to the self-driving party! But you need to pay for it yourself, but the parking fee in the city centre is more cost-effective! It's only about 10 minutes' drive from Guangzhou East Railway Station. It's not too convenient to travel on weekends!

I chose this hotel completely for the location, and the experience exceeded my expectations! It takes 3 minutes to walk to Taikoohui and Wanlinghui. It's super convenient to go out to buy a cup of coffee and have a simple meal during the lunch break. After working overtime at night, you can also relax on the street for a while. The most important thing is that downstairs is the subway station of Line 3. You don't have to drag your luggage to find the station, and you don't have to panic when you go to the customer's company during the morning rush hour. You can sleep for half an hour more when you save. The soundproofing of the room is very good, and the bedding is soft. It feels super comfortable to be woken up by the sun in the morning. I will give priority to this place next time I come to Guangzhou!

The hotel we stayed at this time truly takes the word 'convenience' to the extreme! Just a few minutes' walk from the hotel are Taikoo Hui, Wanlinghui, and Zhengjia Plaza. Whether you want to browse high-end brands, hunt for unique items, or check out trendy restaurants, you don’t need to worry about transportation at all; you can easily reach them with a leisurely walk after meals. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is so soft that it ensures a good night's sleep, and the front desk service is very thoughtful, answering every question patiently. If I come here for shopping or business next time, this place will definitely be my first choice, as both the cost-performance ratio and location are impeccable!

So glad to stay in Guangzhou! The location of this hotel is simply perfect – right downstairs is the entrance to Metro Line 3, just a few steps to the station. Whether going to the airport, Zhujiang New Town, or other attractions, it's super convenient, completely avoiding the hassle of finding the station. Even more pleasantly surprising, Tai Gu Hui and Wan Ling Hui are just nearby, so shopping for big brands and enjoying delicious food requires no detours, only a few minutes' walk. After a day's hustle, the way back to the hotel is short and smooth, with no need to struggle through the evening rush hour. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, and after a long day, lying down instantly restores energy. The front desk service is very thoughtful, answering every question efficiently. Whether for travel or business, choosing this place is never a mistake. I will definitely stay here again next time!

The location of this hotel really hits the spot for me! Stepping out, you have Taikoo Hui, Wanlinghui, and Zhengjia Plaza, just a few minutes' walk away. No need to squeeze into the subway or take a taxi. During the day, you can shop at malls and check out trending stores, and in the evening, after getting tired, just walk back to the hotel to rest, avoiding the hassle of commuting. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable, with soft bedding and good soundproofing, allowing for a restful sleep. The front desk service is great too, with quick check-in and check-out. Next time I come here shopping, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Location

The room is nothing close to the photos. It’s dirty. Smaller than the size listed on their website for the room that I paid for. Has strong cigarette smell due to poor ventilation.

The location is good.

The pictures sell you a dream. The room I was given was NOTHING like I had booked at all. We booked a premium queen room, and was given a dirty little room on the 25th floor. I asked for a refund immediately, and was told I’d be charged for the first night, and the remaining nights will be refunded, but hasn’t been as yet.

Unfortunately, nothing. The whole experience was extremely disappointing.

This was clearly a scam. The photos shown on Booking have nothing to do with the reality – we suspect the images might even be AI-generated. When we asked for an explanation, they told us we could get a better room the next day, even though we had already paid for a different room. When we asked for a refund so we could leave, they said we would have to pay 20% of the first night's cost to get our money back. It was a frustrating and exhausting experience. Obviously, there was no better room available. Avoid this place at all costs.
