Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Месторасположение отеля - супер,вай фай - его почти нет)), Уборка норм с натяжечкой, посуду нужно просить, постель не поменяли не разу за 2 недели, хоть мы и просили.Сломаную лейку в душе поменяли немедленно.Супермаркет и кафешки (20-30 разных) в здании отеля!

Начнем с входа маленький ресепшен и проход на лифт . Лифт 2 - с переходом на 23 этаже , вечером можно было постоять и в очереди с толпой людей , лифты грязные не ухоженные , трафик людей огромный , далее переход через проходную систему и второй лифт . Запах сигарет т.е там везде курят , так как в аппартаментах живут люди или просто снимают офисы или под бьюти услуги . Большой номер , и вид с 31 этажа на ТЦ это единственный плюс

Очень старый номер, много грязи под мебелью, под раковиной, стулья с застарелыми пятнами. Во время дождя в номер затекала вода из под окон и образовались огромные лужи на полу. Также была поломка в ванной комнате и пол залило водой, но всё быстро починили. В целом, изнутри номер напоминает дешевый придорожный мотель, но никак не приличный отель для отдыха с семьей. Если сделать ремонт, то всё будет отлично

The property would benefit with more maintenance work. Some doors cannot be locked, some wear and tear are visible making it looks tired. Washing machine provided but no dryer available nor place to dry out clothes.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Unfortunately, our stay at WAIFIDEN Guangzhou Grand View Golden Palace Apartment was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the extensive mould throughout the accommodation, especially in the bathroom. There was visible mould on multiple surfaces, and the strong mouldy smell had spread into the bedroom and living areas. The air quality was very poor, and I genuinely started to feel sick while staying there. We had children with us, and they began coughing continuously after we checked into the room. Because of the health concerns, I contacted Booking.com and requested either a room change or a refund, as I did not believe the accommodation was safe to stay in. Cleanliness and maintenance were well below an acceptable standard. No guest should have to stay in a room with visible mould and a persistent damp smell. I would not recommend this property unless the mould problem is completely resolved.

В номере белье чистое, сам номер уставший, жена сказала что грязно. Мне все равно. Местоположение для меня был лучший критерий.!

Вход в отель очень страшный. При входе девушка на ресепшене играла в телефон, пока решистрировала нас ни разу не оторвалась от телефона. Толком ничего не объяснила. Это выглядело очень странно. Номер прокуренный, очень старый от этого вид неприятный. Душ очень грязный. Не могла уснуть от того, что сильно пахло сигаретами. Номер нуждается в ремонте. Не советую этот отель, можно найти получше.

THE ROOM IS MOULDY! We start coughing after just a few hours of staying inside the room. The bathroom was filthy, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the room looked nothing like the photos advertised. The photos are very deceiving — the actual condition is far from what was shown online. Overall, very disappointing and not a comfortable stay at all. Please avoid at all cost.

The property is advertised on Booking.com as a “4 diamond” and “Preferred Partner” listing. This representation materially influenced my booking decision. However, the actual condition of the apartment fell significantly below any reasonable standard, including: Black mould in the bathroom and shower Poor hygiene, including an unclean downstairs toilet Broken cupboards and visible disrepair. Roaches in Kitchen cabinet Non-functioning washing machine Faulty room access card Overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance This constitutes a clear case of misrepresentation. The property failed to deliver the standard advertised, and Booking.com failed to ensure that the listing accurately reflects the condition and quality being sold. They also refused to give me my full refund despite numerous requests

1st night they gave us a apartment with peeled wall paper, bathroom stain, sink got mold, water pressure really low, hot water tank small only give for 10 minutes hot water, small mattress very hard. We went to receptionist to complain, they can only move us to better apartment next night which was much better.
