Guangzhou suddenly got colder. I was originally worried that staying in a hotel would be cold, but the twin room I booked turned out to be excellent. Both beds are very spacious, with thick and soft bedding that keeps you warmly covered. The air conditioning works well too; turning on the heating quickly drives away the chill. The hot water in the bathroom comes quickly and is stable, so after a shower, your whole body feels warm. The room is cleaned very thoroughly. The location is convenient as well, with a convenience store and breakfast shop downstairs, so on cold days you don't have to go far to get something hot. The WiFi is smooth, and you can even boil some water yourself to drink. The twin room is perfect for two close friends.

This property was nothing like the photos described, I had arrived for the canton fair and needed a good place to rest however I received an abomination of a hotel. It is hard to call it a hotel it can be more accurately described as a hostel private room. I would never recommend this place please as a foreigner DO NOT book this hotel.

Этот “отель” не просто плохой, а недобросовестный. Я бронировала, опираясь на высокий рейтинг (8+) и почти 400 отзывов, но теперь ясно, что это или накрутка, или целенаправленная фильтрация негатива. Реальность не имеет НИЧЕГО общего с заявленным. Нас начали заселять только в 14:00, хотя мы пришли заранее. После формального чек-ина нас повели в другое здание через дорогу, не похожим на гостиницу и на 15 этаже другой ресепшн, а сам номер оказался на 25 этаже. На территории нет ни зоны ожидания, ни рабочего пространства, поэтому я вынуждена была стоять с ноутбуком и ждать, из-за чего опоздала на важную рабочую встречу. Зайдя в номер, я сразу же подключилась, у меня физически не было времени осматривать комнату заранее. Когда встреча закончилась, я увидела то, что невозможно назвать “номером”: глубокая грязь, старый, разрушающийся ремонт, состояние, которому лет 20, полное несоответствие фотографиям. Это уже про обман гостей и ввод в заблуждение, что является нарушением как правил Booking, так и законодательства о защите прав потребителей. Дальше — хуже. На попытку решить вопрос я потратила больше часа, общение проходило в грубой форме. Персонал не владеет английским языком, ответить по сути не может, предлагает “посмотреть другой номер”, но он такой же старый и грязный. Номеров, соответствующих фото, попросту нет. Это системная подмена реальности. Деньги отказывались возвращать, заявив, что я “побыла несколько часов” в номере (хотя это было вынуждено - рабочая встреча). Чтобы получить возврат за 2 ночи, меня заставили заплатить стоимость суток — более 100 долларов за пару часов в ужасном номере. Это уже выглядит не просто как плохой сервис, а как схема незаконного удержания средств.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel could hardly wait for the morning to leave because we arrived late at night. The room was dirty, and the staff were rude. Noise from the school downstairs was a major issue, especially in the mornings. The hotel's location in a mixed accommodation and office building wasn't ideal. We were also misled about a refund for the unused nights. Which they never did. Several other guests had similar issues, including 3 different groups who arrived the night before and wanted to check out after just one night. Hopefully, the hotel will address these concerns.

Dakle uopće se ne radi o hotelu, nego nekakvim privatnim apartmanima u stambenoj zgradi. Na moj upit o opisu i slikama na bookingu, osoblje mi je odgovorilo da su to "samo slike na internetu" i da sobe ne odgovaraju opsidu na booking.com

Room was waaaaay different from the pictures. Shower smelled like death, place was falling apart being hold together with tape. Roaches in the room, no view, rude staff, door code changed everyday and you have to ask for it and hope you get a quick response, didnt get a card or working qr for rhe gates downstairs. Tout d'abord, je donne une note maximale au service. Il y a une assistante WeChat disponible 24 heures sur 24, et son attitude est excellente. D'abord le changement de chambre, ensuite il y avait une odeur dans la chambre, et le problème a été résolu très rapidement. Même plus tard, quand il n'y avait plus de spray anti-moustiques, elle a rapidement fait apporter une bouteille. En pleine nuit, lorsque j'avais un peu soif, elle m'a rapidement apporté de l'eau. Les conditions sanitaires sont moyennes, surtout que les prix des chambres dans ce quartier d'affaires sont vraiment élevés, mais je pense que pour les voyages d'affaires, c'est tout à fait suffisant.

На ресепшене также предоставляется бесплатная услуга стирки, так что не нужно беспокоиться о стирке одежды, что решает большую проблему для путешественников. Комната большая и просторная, одному человеку жить вполне комфортно; вокруг ночью достаточно тихо. В целом, проживание оставило очень приятные впечатления, а при выезде можно бесплатно оставить багаж на хранение.

Aujourd'hui, je dois absolument donner un avis pour soutenir la réceptionniste. L'hôtel est situé dans un grand bâtiment, et il est assez facile à trouver, juste au bord de la route, avec des transports très pratiques et un accès facile pour prendre un taxi en bas. L'hôtel n'est pas très loin du métro, on peut y aller à pied. J'avais réservé à l'avance et j'avais contacté la réception pour savoir si je pouvais m'enregistrer à neuf heures, mais il n'y avait pas de chambre disponible, ce que je comprends, car l'heure de départ est à midi. La réceptionniste m'a alors proposé de laisser mes bagages à la réception. Comme je ne connaissais pas bien le quartier, elle m'a recommandé le restaurant Dàtóng en bas pour le petit déjeuner traditionnel au thé, c'était vraiment délicieux et ça valait le détour ! Une fois la chambre prête, la réception m'a immédiatement contacté pour l'enregistrement. La chambre est bien équipée et pratique, la télévision peut diffuser l'écran, ce qui est très agréable. Le personnel de l'entretien est également très courtois et répond à toutes les demandes. À l'avenir, ce sera mon choix principal pour les voyages d'affaires !

From check-in to being shown to our room, the front desk staff were all very friendly. The location is great, and it's convenient to grab a taxi downstairs. Highly recommend 👍🏻
