Our stay at the White Lotus Heritage Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was impeccable from the moment we checked in, very friendly and and with a high attention to detail. An in particular always made sure we were taken care of, he was a star. Breakfast was also good and the room was very clean. No complaints over our stay - 10/10.

Beautiful little hotel - room and bathroom are beautifully designed. The bed was really comfortable. Bathroom super clean. I love the various local options we get to pick for breakfast. The staffs were attentive and helpful. I was helped a lot by An and Vy during my stay there, who are super kind and friendly. I picked this place because I had work nearby, so the location was perfect for that. If you’re in Vietnam for tourist attractions, you’d probably have to take motorbike or car ride to get to those destinations. But the White Lotus hotel is located in a very local place, not far from a big market too. So if you’re the type that likes to be surrounded by the lovely locals, this is perfect for that. And lastly, even though it’s an area that is very local, the hotel is tucked away on an alley so it is quiet and you don’t hear the noise of the street so much. I absolutely love it.

First of all, this is not a deal breaker and I really loved my stay at White Lotus Heritage. But just fyi the room I picked was the one with no window. However, there is a glass block that acts as a replacement that lets in some light from the outside (the staircase area). That is a great plus point. Yet at the same time, if you need total darkness to sleep, bring some eye masks because it will never be totally dark in the room. :)

Abbiamo trascorso quattro notti all'hotel e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La struttura è pulita e si trova in un vicolo lontano dal caos dove è possibile dormire in tranquillità. La camera è molto ampia ed è dotata di un bel bagno e aria condizionata. Forniti asciugamani morbidissimi e accappatoi. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza di Thanh An che è davvero una persona meravigliosa ed estremamente disponibile per tutto. Ci ha aiutato a cambiare i soldi, ci ha portato i vestiti in lavanderia e ci ha preparato delle ottime colazioni. Una persona unica e speciale che ricorderemo per sempre per la sua gentilezza. La struttura non si trova in pieno centro, bisogna camminare circa 20min ma con un taxi si arriva in meno di 7. Il quartiere in cui è inserita è molto caotico e popolare (non in senso offensivo): noi lo abbiamo apprezzato perché abbiamo potuto cogliere la quotidianità della gente fin dalle prime ore dell'alba. Qualità prezzo imbattibili.

Kameralny obiekt, idealny do zwiedzania Ho Chi Minh. Bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzatane, codziennie wymieniane reczniki. Sniadanie do wyboru dzien wczesniej na zamowienie i rano przygotowywane, super kawa. Najwiekszym atutem jest zaloga pracownicy, usmiechni, uprzejmi, mili, cos pieknego. Ho Phi, Thanh An dziekujemy byliscie super. W ostatni dzien corka zostawila sluchawki do telefonu w pokoju jak wrocilismy po bagaze to Ho Phi nam je szybko przyniosl z usmiechem inaczej by zostaly. Super zaloga, brawo. Thanh An ogarnal nam wycieczki w sajgonie, wszystko super.

Jeden z 2 pokoi byl bardzo maly wiec na dluzsze pobyty moze byc ciezej. Ale to pierdola.

Le réceptionniste An est vraiment très sympathique, tout au long du séjour il était aux petits soins avec nous. L’hôtel est très propre et dans une rue très calme sans bruit la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, super.

Pression de la douche pas très forte au 3ème étage

The location and facility was absolutely amazing. Quiet in the center and with such a great design and lighting. Loved it. Staff was also amazing and always there, contactable via whatsapp and supportive.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about as this was a 10/10 place and experience.

Personel był naprawdę bardzo pomocny, kompetentny i robił wszystko aby umilić nam pobyt. Szczególnie Pan An. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Świeżo wyremontowany hotel z odnowionymi łazienkami.

Niestety ale ciśnienie wody było bardzo słabe (należałoby zainstalować dodatkowe pompy). Czasami w łazience okropnie śmierdziało z rur.

We arrived late after a long flight and were greeted by the friendliest of welcomes. I had an amazing sleep in the large comfortable bed with soft Cotten linen and the perfect doona to match the necessary aircon

Than An toujours attentionné et souriant, attentif au bien-être des clients, ainsi que Phi. Agréable séjour

A lovely hotel with a great location. The courtyard is clean and quiet, with no disturbances. The breakfasts are delicious, and you can choose them in the evening, and they will be prepared for you just before breakfast. The staff is friendly, helpful, and tactful, and they are available 24/7. Special thanks to An, who is a fantastic receptionist! Chúng tôi thích mọi thứ! Chúc bạn may mắn và thành công! Hẹn gặp lại!

There are a few drawbacks: the Wi-Fi doesn't always work, especially in the rooms; there are occasional issues with hot water in the showers; and the balcony door doesn't close completely, with gaps on both sides. But this is more of a motivation for development, not a problem!

The receptionists: An and Phi were super friendly and helpful

Sehr freundlich, sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Betten waren extrem bequem. Das schöne Hotel liegt in einem belebten Stadtviertel, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.

Breakfast was amazing and the reception guy was fantastic with us. He was very helpful and made breakfast beautifully.

First and foremost, a big shoutout to the reception staff — they were exceptionally dedicated, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Special thanks to Thanm An, who went above and beyond with outstanding service. The hotel itself is small and cozy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, with a nice selection to start the day right. Our room wasn’t very spacious, but it was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Since the hotel is located away from the busy city center, it was pleasantly quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay. Overall, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

One small suggestion — the shower could use a bit of an update or clearer instructions, as it was a little tricky to operate at first. Not a major issue, but worth mentioning.

A real little hidden gem in a busy city!. I liked the way that although not directly in the centre everything was very convenient to reach,but importantly a very quiet and relaxing space! The attention to all needs were met very well,and as a solo traveller I felt so very safe.The staff,in particular An were so very caring and the service was always swift and efficient with a cheery smile eveytime I appeared back from a day out. The rooms were very clean and a relaxing environment after a busy hot day of traveling. A TV,kettle and fridge were provided too. The bed was comfortable and towels were replaced everyday if used. In conclusion as a solo female traveller I would advise this cosy,clean small hotel as a must,with friendly staff. The decor and feel were very relaxing 😊. I would most definitely go back.

So great! Lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful old building. In a back street so its really quiet (important in a loud city). There is no elevator but the staff were so helpful in carrying bags. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. An was amazing and so attentive. The breakfast was huge and delicious and the coffee was excellent, beyond expectations! The area is cool, lots of local food as well as a thriving Japanese community. Thank you for a great stay, I will be back 🫶

Very nice hotel with friendly stuff, especially An was going above and beyond to meet all our requests and make us feel at home.

The hotel is in a really good location between Thao Dien and all the sites in D1. The surrounding streets are full of Vietnamese, food, culture and coffee shops. I lived in Ho Chi Minh City for a few years and this is definitely one of my favourite areas. The hotel room is small but comfortable. The bathroom is very nice. An - the receptionist/ host / manager was amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable. He cooked fresh Vietnamese breakfast every day.

The location is too far from any attractions, there is nothing to entertain yourself within the hotel. Breakfast was average not much of a choice, after the 3rd day you were sick of eating the same thing.

The location is very nice, tucked away in a quiet corner and very good for sleeping. The property is charming and elegant in design. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful in every way possible.

It took a long time for the hot water to come in the shower but it wasn’t a big deal.

Friendly staff but not syncked. We told we were vegan and one morning we got egg and bacon. But An was very kind and forwarding ;-) he fixed as a croissant 🥐 early in the morning before leaving to the airport.

The Staff was so nice and kind. We had a very good time with An. He was so helpful. The room was little. Had no wifi there. But the balcony was pretty and we felt very comfy at white lotus. We would definitely come back

Amazing host, An who is extremely helpful. Location wise is great too, quiet and inside away from traffic.

An was very patient and gave me a lot of help—I’m truly grateful to him! The hotel runs its own bar, which is just 700 meters away from the hotel, and it’s quite nice.

Beautiful interior with traditional Vietnamese design and nice ornaments on the walls. Venue is brand new, beatiful and shining. Many restaurants, shops and activity nearby.

I definitely was not pleased with my stay at this property and here's why 1. I arrived from a long flight and could not find the venue, as the address was not indicated correctly on Google Maps and it took some time untill I could find 2. There's no elevator, so be ready to go up and down 3-4 floors every time to reach your room 3. Room was super tiny and felt claustrophobic. If you have a middle shaped body - you will feel uncomfortable in your room 4. Breakfast opens a very small selection of dishes with super tiny portions. Better not offer at all! I was expecting a buffet for this price! 5. Found a lot of ants in my bed although the balcony door was closed all the time You can find a lot of WAY better venues for almost 40$ per night in Saigon in the same area or D1

The Property is new, well designed with Indochine style, nice staffs and services. Location is convenient in hearts of city

The property is newly refurbished, so the decor is fresh and modern. Its location is also perfect being just a 10 minute Grab ride to most Saigon attractions. It also has a vibrant local restaurant and bar scene just a short walk away.

Not really a dislike. But seeing the hotel had just opened for guests, the cafe/bar in the foyer was still being setup. So will get to enjoy that next time.
