I had an amazing stay at Zostel! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Ajay bhaiya, the manager, for making us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. Ravi bhaiya was also extremely kind and sweet. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The hospitality was exceptional, and the positive atmosphere made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place, and I can't wait to visit again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location is best and the view.

The space is quite comfortable, the view and the location of it is nice

the food there needs improvement.. actually we found insect in the sandwiches we ordered

The location was good, walking distance to the mall road.

We were basically forced to pay the charges before hand, even though pay at property was mentioned. We were threatened that the booking will be cancelled if we don’t pay. On top of this, parking was a huge hassle, had to park at a private parking and pay 2000 for just two days. If parking is an issue, and the roads are so steep that you can’t take all cars to the hotel then it should be told beforehand, not before the guest has already paid a non refundable amount and reaches next day.

it is known for the vibe it brings, but all I could see was un managed catering area, no vibes. Nothing Zostel like.

A better service is appreciated, not something that feels like making us a favour by letting is stay.

Cleanliness is not good. Room has cockroaches and bathroom has a weird smell even after they cleaned . There was so much of dirt between the beds . Overall I won’t prefer this for that much cost and I regret for selecting that

The location is the only good thing otherwise this place does not live up to the expectations of living in a Zostel property. Its really not the value for money as the cafeteria space, the room hygiene is not upto the mark. Also, there is obvious basic difference between the app photos and the actual space but here there is a huge difference in particular. Its an advise to the property owners to maintain the facility well so as to attract the right crowd.

Bed linen was smelling and cleaning was not upto the mark Cup was not clean during breakfast area we asked for paper cub Food was outstanding however towel and linen are in bad condition In regards to hotel search was very touch Glen hotel is the name However zostel is not was looking difficult As we were there was trip changing hotel in this raining weather we choose to stay back

Room was not clean enough, there were many insects inside the room. Washrooms had glasses which were very weird and scary.

The view from the balcony was wonderful.

Although the food preparation was tasty, but would prefer a little less amount of salt and spices in main course items.

Its the location again just because of the height. It was quite difficult to commute till the property but eventually it was also worth.

Rooms were clean and decent.

Common room and game room was not clean or maintained. Food was okay but not very delicious.

Fair warning despite booking.com listing this property does not accept credit cards. Customer service was not great either. We were three and they recommended a 4 bed dorm for us. I can’t speak to private rooms but the dorm beds were not comfortable and cleanliness was a bit spotty on the sheets and pillowcases. There is a pleasant balcony, cafe and common area and a game room (but most of the games were broken or inoperable). There is free water on every floor. Honestly do not think it’s worth the value however.

Bed were not confortable, humidity in the room, no warm shower even if I ask the reception, noise until midnight, bathroom smells like cigarets, cold during night (no heater). It is not like the pictures.

Loved how cozy the place was and definitely awestrucked by the view . The rooms with the balconies were immaculate to wake up to because of the view.

Kuldeep and Manas did a fabbb job with the hospitality. Superb! Loved the overall experience of the hostel and its vibe!!

Good location.

Unfortunately, the cafe played loud music, making it impossible to relax out on the terrace. The water temperature in the showers was difficult to control. The property appeared more rundown than it looked in the photos, and the sheets did not feel particularly clean.

The location was wonderful. Enjoyed the sunset views.

The roommates were unruly. They were smoking inside the dorms and making it messy. The availability of adequate hot water also questionable.

Property is well built but not maintained properly. When we arrived at the hotel, balcony was full of dust and even after asking for housekeeping, personnel didn’t respond as intended.

Only good thing about the zostel is it's location. Just next to Mall Road. but but but reaching there on rented vehicles is very very tough

it's not a zostel. it's more of a Hostel run by some military uncle. No event planning. zostel located in mussoorie and no camp fire. even after multiple requests. management just poking if people sit outside and talk. it is defeating the very purpose for which people come to zostel. I have stayed in various zostels across india and all were so welcoming and friendly. After staying in this, I will think about moving away from this Zostel thing now

Found mouse in my dorm room. Staff ignored my request twice and took it seriously the third time. ———- The staff is scamming travellers. They had beds available and when I asked them to give me those beds and charge me extra they denied but at the same time gave bed to other person.
