Everything was outstanding ...rooms are amazing neat and clean. Washroom amenities full clean dafe hygenic. Their roof top cafe food are exceptionally amazing with an amazing pricile range rather than other cafe or hotel pricing in mall road... Their cafe itinerieas absolutely stunning their staffs especially mr. Ganesh the manager guides us and also he is a friendly person we interacted a lot had a fun witg all other staffs also they all are very cooperative .. Overall was amazing i didnt expected this type of hospitality that they had given ... Amazing experience of my 4 day stay ... You can definitely try thia property because its in center of attraction everything is nearby from their property.

The hotel location is good , the bed is comfortable and there is good ventilation.

The property is very unhygienic, rooms and bathrooms are full with hairs all over around , there were fungus all over the room in curtains , blankets , pillows and everywhere . The experience was not good at all .

Good experience and the cafe is also very affordable. Staff members behaviour was also very good specially Ganesh ji was friendly person.

I stayed 2 nights, superior room was good for a grandma backpacker. Management did its best, helpful, also knows how to make business on foreign tourist. You can rely on them. Suitable for Western tourists, though a bit worn. Grab a seat in the cafe with a mango lassi and watch the mountain surroundings! Get a bike or a biker and take a tour in the surrounding area, do not miss Clouds End! It is worth for sure.

Is ok, however a strange smell - probably sanitizer - that will stay with you for a couple of days.

Worst rooms no window no exhaust in washroom . Totally dark without light.saffocated n smelly rooms. They take advance payment and there is no refund option . After paying full payment in advance we could not enter the room n left for another hotel without a penny refund.

Staff behavior and location was exceptional.

Please do consider to put curtains to the dorm beds also only female dormitory service as well, my stay was really uncomfortable in mixed dormitory. Also inform a little prior if there is change in dormitory.

What I liked the most was that the place wasn't crowded, which made the stay peaceful. The location was also good, and the rooftop offered really nice views of the mountains.

Now for my honest review. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. I booked my stay a day in advance and checked in around 6–7 PM, so the staff had more than enough time to prepare the room. But when I arrived, there were hairs all over the bed and even in the bathroom. It felt like the room hadn't been cleaned properly at all. I immediately informed the staff, but it still took them almost an hour to change the bedding. That was completely unexpected and disappointing. Cleanliness is the most basic thing any hotel or hostel should get right. If a property has enough time to prepare a room and still fails to clean it properly, it reflects poorly on their standards. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend staying here if cleanliness is important to you. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

The hotel's location was very good and the view from our room was cherry on the cake Ganesh bhaiya was very helpful in every way possible a heartful thanks to him for making the stay worth it Cafe food and vibe is also very nice

* It is a very nice hostel, and central to everything and sightseeing. * Cafe is good and they have a nice balcony to see the views. * I was able to do yoga during my stay, there is ample space.

* They gave me a basement dorm, which had no windows and next to no space to move a bit. I refused to take the basement dorm and at reception they seem to struggle to give me spacious and window'ed dorm as is shown in booking.com. Eventually they gave me. * Pls refuse the basement dorm, they try to shortchange the unsuspecting guests. * In my 3 day stay, they made me change my dorm . I believe what is happening is, they try to match the guests in every dorm as per their discretion. * Mussoorie is overall expensive and this hostel was expensive as well @Rs700/-.

The location was convenient, and the staff was courteous. Check-in was smooth, and the property had basic amenities available.

The room was not clean when we checked in and had an unpleasant smell. After going out, we requested housekeeping, but only one bed was made while the other bunk beds were left untouched, and the dustbin was not emptied. We raised the issue again the following day and also informed the staff about cockroaches in the room, but the housekeeping was still incomplete and the dustbin remained uncleared. The lack of attention to cleanliness and guest requests was very disappointing. Additionally, the food served at the cafe did not meet expectations.

The propety is good. The view is nice from the terrace. The staff is the the bestt!

It's a good location (on the busy, bustling Mall Road) with wonderful views from the cafe. Staff were friendly and the food was great. The room is quite spacious, comfortable and equipped with necessary facilities. Lovely place to relax and unwind, especially for solo travellers.

Everything was good. Just a suggestion in retrospect: It would be great to have a mini-refrigerator in the room.

The stay is centrally located on Mall Road, with everything conveniently available just outside the property and within walking distance.

The passage leading to the stay was surrounded by trash, which was quite unpleasant. The lift was also turned off after 11 PM, causing inconvenience. Additionally, there was no view from the room.

value for money stay,i was in 6 bed dormitory beds where clean,comfy, beds are big and 6.2 ft person can sleep comfortably ,wc was clean and spacious 24hr hot water ,cafe are is lively ,staff and cooks are professional ,food is tasty ,the view from the cafeteria balcony is crazy i saw some snow covered peaks and good view of whole Dehradun and Mussoorie ,location of hostel is good ,live music on weekends and my favorite was uttrakhand special thali i got to taste the traditional food and experience the culture,thali is very tasty .

That it is in a beautiful and bustling location, it has a working lift, really nice staff and wonderful food, plus the rooms and washrooms are big.

It has few issues in switches specifically in rooms like there was no way I could find the switch to exhaust fan and the television.

The location is not accessible by cabs for the last 400m which makes it a pain to reach there especially if you have heavy bags

I recently stayed at Shalom Backpackers and had a really comfortable experience. The location is perfect, right in the center of Mall Road, making it very convenient to explore the area. The food is delicious and affordable, and the cafeteria has an amazing view that makes it a great place to relax.

The geyser could have worked better.

Everything was great, Location, Café, Food and Dorms.

I didn't have the breakfast at the restaurant. But because of the convenience of the location, they were a lot of hotels and restaurants nearby. I stayed in the dorm, it was very clean and the washroom was also clean. The staffs were very friendly and was at your service anytime. it is situated at the heart of the mall road in Mussoorie. At the top of the hotel, you can see a brilliant sunrise up from there and is absolutely stunning on a cold morning. Overall experience is really good.

The experience with a dorm mate wasn't up to my expectations as I was a solo traveller.
