Alanis Suites KLIA by Cotton Cloud

Here’s a polished and natural version for your hotel/home stay review: Great stay with excellent facilities! The host provided everything we needed, including a washing machine, dryer, and Coway water dispenser, which made our stay very convenient and comfortable. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were detailed, clear, and easy to follow. Highly recommended, especially for families with young children. We had a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Comunicación con el aeropuerto, todo correcto

alles war da

schlechte Luft beim Eintreten, Soinnweben, Zugang kompliziert, sehr viele Schlösser

Location and good facilities for family

The security part is too problematic. Suggest to have notification letter from owner for this reason. They don’t accept confirmation letter from booking.com

All are in place.

Charges added up after booking

The pool is fabulous!

We struggled to get hot water in the shower!

Łatwość zamalowania ,bezpieczne osiedle ,basen ,night market z jedzeniem w pobliżu .

Cleanliness on top

None

Well equipped with all I need for a family stay. Clean and comfortable. Just like home

Hot shower only in master room. Should make available in all bathroom

Great! The pool is open from 6AM to 10 PM. Long time to enjoy the facilities.

The level of cleanliness, comfort & convenience of a substitute home. Owner's kindness and responsiveness is to be applauded.

L'appartamento è molto pulito e curato.

Eravamo in 9 e avevamo 7 posti letti comodi. L'host ci aveva messo a disposizione anche 2 futon, che sembravano 2 piumoni molto spessi... Insomma non molto comodi. Ci siamo arrangiati

overall it is a good stay. the house is very comfortable and clean. the host very responsive and helpful.

Location was spot on for airport access. The kitchen was equipped with everything I required, having netflix was a bonus as it filled the evening.

It wasnt possible to access the games room as the door was locked. The bed was a little hard.

Very comfortable

Couldn't find code for the wifi

The room was great, close to the airport (about 20 mins), the pool was open until 9pm which was great for us during our overnight stay, wifi was good and room was Clean. When we got there security asked us where we were staying so I rung the host on the phone number provided and the host answered with great English and provided us with the information required for security to let us in. the host whatsapp'd me lots of relevant information about the property and the facilities which was very useful. we really enjoyed our stay.

the airport taxi driver couldn't find the place and couldn't speak any English, I had to find it on his google maps. if this happens to you, its called Alanis residence on google maps

👍👍

The home very cozya and the staff very helpful. Really have a pleasent stay here.

Appartement Looks exactly like i the photo, host repons very fast and give all the informations whenever asked. I chosed this place due to close to the Airport. All the facilities (swimming pool) were disponible. Kitchen was very well equiped.

Entry/exit to complex is annoying. Restaurants are very close but to acces them, we needed to walk around all the building to get to entry/exit.

The property was clean with good facilities. There was A/C in all the rooms which was great as it was hot and humid outside. There was good wifi and the smart TV all had the options like Netflix and YouTube. The pool and gym facilities were really good. The location was great for restaurants and shopping all within walking distance

Nothing

Closer to the airport than going all the way into KL. It is relatively easy to get to and plenty of shops close by.

Fully fenced in property which is good for security but the entrance to the building is completely opposite the security entrance, which then puts you the furtherest point from the shops. So despite the shops being only 100m away you have to walk over a km to get to them.
