En la planta de arriba el viento suena mucho y movía algo metálico del tejado que hacia muy difícil el descanso. El agua de la ducha es difícil de controlar en cuanto a temperatura.

El check-in fue muy fácil y la comunicación en todo momento fue muy fluida y amable siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Repetiríamos
Está un poco alejado del centro pero nada que no se pueda ir dando un paseo más largo.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Blick durch das grosse Fenster über Punta Arenas ist wunderbar. Die Unterkunft liegt unmittelbar neben einer nicht so guten Wohngegend, war aber kein Problem.
Das Bettsofa ist für eine erwachsene Person sehr unbequem!

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025Es muy moderno todo, mucho gusto en la decoración, tal cual se lo ve en las fotos de booking, La dueña muy amable. La ropa de cama muy buena, como así también la vajilla. No le faltaba nada que pudieras necesitar. Ha sido el departamento mejor que hemos estado en Punta Arenas que vamos seguido. Es conveniente tener auto para moverte, sino taxi.
