Even though it was a 2-night stay, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed throughout my travels. The room is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly as well. As I was celebrating my anniversary with my spouse, the general manager of the hotel wrote a welcome postcard to us, and the hotel also prepared pastries and cake, and also decorated the bed upon our arrival. The food in the hotel is delicious too, and there are plenty of activities to do in the hotel. The hotel also arranges a complimentary transfer from the terminal to the hotel, and the ride was very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend staying in this hotel!

I have to give 9/10 for my review as after using the bath tub in the room, I thought the draining of the water would be alright but the water leaked to the floor instead.

First of all the hotel coordinated our pick up and drop off from the ferry. The staff is extremely friendly, service excellent and the facilities are absolutely stunning. The food was great, and they had the best drinks throughout my trip(KL, Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau). I am definitely coming back and highly recommended this hotel.

The customer service was exceptional. The staff were very accommodating to our requests and it was very convenient to liaise with them for our logistics arrangements. They were also thoughtful enough to have our boarding passes settled in advance, which made our experience even more seamless and stress free

The hotel was amazing and the staff were great. It felt like a great all-inclusive resort, and activities and items for the kids were well thought out. The feeding of fishes by the pond at the restaurant was a great thing to have, and the icing on the cake. Staff throughout the hotel did their part, and room service or anything else was always on time. Rooms were huge. The pools were great and big. Everything pretty much exceeded our expectations and the kids had a great time.

I think if there's only small things to pick at, is that 1) The pillows were relatively uncomfortable 2) Food options at the buffet were good but slightly limited But overall this hotel is miles better than many others in Batam and Bintan that we've been to over the years.

Lovely room and resort; great facilities, nicely maintained pool area and beach. So relaxing. Staff all very friendly and attentive. Great breakfast.

Short on variety of options for evening eating (just the one main restaurant plus a small number of spaces at separate Styx grill that was booked up), but this was only a problem because we were outside season and external options at Lagoi Bay were mostly closed.

The area directly out of block 6 looked a little shabby and some of the paving was not well maintained .

Des SandFlies à la plage donc après 10 piqûres en une après midi je ne suis pas retournée j’ai fait que de la piscine. Pas possible de boire un verre après 19h en dehors du restaurant qui ferment à 22h, possibilité uniquement dans la chambre via le room service. Dommage qu’ils ne proposent pas d’offre all inclusive

Breakfast was great, the staff were amazing, and the view from our room was fantastic. Loved our room very much, so spaciously designed with natural textures and colours. We really enjoyed the calmness of the place, the architecture and the ease of everything. We did lots of swimming and water activities which we also loved.

There was nothing we didn't like to be honest.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was great, and the resort was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Most importantly, my kids really loved it! We had a great family time and would definitely come back again.

The Kids Club made our stay perfect. Our daughter enjoyed her 4 days there. The staffs were all so accommodating and professional. They responded to our every request promptly and efficiently. For some reason my laptop is unable to connect to their wifi but the reception supervisor immediately sent an IT personnel to fix my issue. The food was nice, the price was fair, the space is comfy, the aircon was extremely cold... everything was exceptional! My daughter specifically requested to go back there for her birthday next month :))

the chiller was not cold enough.... but the reception staffs offered to chill our wine at the hotel dining. Problem solved! :))

I was particularly struck by how comfortable all the staff were interacting with the children in our group (4 to 6 years old), from the drivers who brought us from the ferry terminal to the staff at the Mangrove club. Our thanks to Wiwin, Yeni (Mangrove club on 16 Aug) and Hidra (reception on 17 Aug) for taking care of us. I also was struck by the small acts of attentive hospitality - on the last day we went to eat lunch before checking out, right after the children had done their cookie making, which necessitated some time in the oven. The hotel staff brought the finished cookies from the Mangrove Club to reception where our luggage was waiting, so that we would not have to make the fairly long walk in and risk missing our shuttle. We appreciated the service so much and will definitely consider coming back again

Lage am Strand, schöner weitläufiger Strand, schöne Poollandschaft und schöne Poolbar. Restaurant mit Meerblick. Insgesamt gute Verteilung der Gäste auf dem Gelände ohne einen überfüllten Eindruck zu machen. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Essen in den Restaurants.

Trotz unseres ausdrücklichen Wunsches nach einem ruhigen Zimmer mussten wir insgesamt zweimal umziehen. Das erste Zimmer lag direkt am Personalaufzug und war tagsüber laut. Das zweite Zimmer hatte eine sehr laute, offenbar defekte Lüftung/Klimaanlage; mehrere Mitarbeiter versuchten bis etwa 1 Uhr nachts, das Problem zu beheben. Am frühen Morgen roch das gesamte Zimmer stark nach Essen, vermutlich über die zentrale Lüftung. Nach erneutem Zimmerwechsel waren die Nachbarn sehr laut. Jedoch würde man vermutlich auch zimmerlaute Gespräche in den Zimmern hören, da die Schallisolierung schlecht ist.

The property is spacious and so are the rooms. The food at the restaurant was great. There were plenty of choices and we liked everything we tried. The beach was clean and great for a morning stroll. The pools and the kids club really made our days. We enjoyed the family room quite a bit. Ten staff as amazing with the kids. They were super kind and always had a friendly word to share.

There's nothing outside the resort - the one little "mall" to which there's a free shuttle is really deserted. I wouldn't bother except to go to Mustafa to buy some essentials or snacks. The restaurant food isn't amazing but the next door hotel indigo's restaurant is very good. We went there for dinner every night instead.

Das Hotel ist paradiesisch, ein echter Geheimtipp. Nicht nur dass es architektonisch wunderschön angelegt ist und das Personal sich sehr viel Mühe gibt. Es gibt auch ein paar Annehmlichkeiten, die gar nicht so selbstverständlich sind. Es gibt immer freie Plätze am Pool und auch am Strand. Das Essen ist einfach köstlich, die Auswahl ist reichlich. Es gibt tolle Gärten und Spazierwege, die aufwendig gepflegt werden. Man kann sich Fahrräder leihen und übers Resort fahren. Es gibt auch einen kostenlosen Fahrservice von der Fähre und Zurück. Man kann per WhatsApp kommunizieren und bekommt innerhalb weniger Minuten eine Antwort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy cómodas, limpias y amplias, pero lo mejor sin duda fuè el personal. Siempre recibimos una atención extraordinaria por parte de todos, especialmente con Firman (un chico increíblemente atento y servicial), Resyifa, Akmal y Hado. No queremos olvidar la atención de Edmar, Pearl y Mitch en el equipo de recepción. Recomendamos venir a este hotel a pasar unos días de relajación, buena gastronomía y actividades de todo tipo.

Amazing stay with kids. The only tiny downside was no direct access to the beach, but since there is access to the indigo hotel next door, this didn’t pose an issue but rather a minor inconvenience. Also wished there were more hours (than 2) for kids club usage. Great food as well, loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan. The service was exceptional—every staff member was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bintan!

Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. Ils sont toujours attentifs et répondent systématiquement avec le sourire. Il en résulte une atmosphère fort agréable. L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme, avec accès direct à une plage privée.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und jeder gibt sein bestes das es einem sehr gut geht. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum verweilen oder spazieren gehen. Es gibt auch ein großes Angebot für sportliche Aktivitäten. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und die Anlage wurde gut gepflegt und war sehr sauber. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten (Foodtruck, Restaurant, Liegen-Service) und auch das Restaurant im Holiday Inn kann genutzt werden. Grundsätze geht das Personal auf alle Wünsche ein und versucht z. B. Gerichte abzuwandeln (z. B. vegetarisch, weniger scharf usw.). Unter der Woche ist wenig los und man kann sich sehr gut entspannen. Am Wochenende gibt es viele Tagesgäste, weshalb es schon sehr voll wird.

Die Liegen wurden bei Starkregen nicht abgedeckt und leider auch nicht regelmäßig gepflegt. Deshalb konnten einige Liegen (insbesondere am Strand) nicht benutzt werden, da Sie dreckig waren oder durchgenässt. Es sollen mehr vegetarische und vegane Alternativen angeboten werden, auch die Kennzeichnung war manchmal nicht korrekt oder fehlten. Am Strand und einem Pool wird Essen nur mit Plastikbesteck und Einmalverpackung angeboten. Wenn man sich den angespülten Müll neben dem Hotel anschaut, ist es wirklich unverständlich. Hier hätte ich mir eine nachhaltige Alternative gewünscht.

This was our first time visiting Bintan, and we had a great experience! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even remembered us after check-in and would greet us with "Hello, Ibu/Bapa" whenever they saw us, which made us feel very special. The people in Bintan were also kind and hospitable. The buffet was average with a limited variety of dishes. However, the à la carte menu was much better in our opinion. The food was tasty, and we enjoyed it more than the buffet. The spa massage is definitely a must-try! It was very relaxing and one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would be happy to visit Bintan again.

Flies at breakfast! Also flies started appearing in the bathroom. Dripping a/c. Buffet dinner was awful- inedible the both times we tried it. Ingredients clearly stale and dishes cooked poorly. À la carte menu offers better value and quality. For such a high end hotel, the food situation is unacceptable. Uneven pricing for kids for the buffet.

Everything was amazing. Elsha at the front desk and Ilham at the restaurant were very helpful and kind.

New furnishings, bikes were provided to get around the property. Nicely decorated and modern rooms. Staff are so polite and always with a smile, ready to make your day. I love the breakfast at sugarbeats. There’s so many things to love about Indigo.

Resort is only 10 minutes drive from the ferry terminal. Beautiful room, spacious enough with all the amenities. Spacious balcony overlooking the serene & calm beach. Breakfast has good options. Food at SugarBeats has extensive menu and is tasty. Any time bicycle at guests service is available under each building. The pool area has a lot of different types of sun-beds, every guest would surely find 1 sun-bed. The food and cocktails at the pool are to be relished. All the staffs are genuinely warm & very friendly, be it at the pool, restaurant, lobby, water activities, never seen this type of hospitality anywhere till now. Lot of paid water activities available at the Wavy Waft within the resort. Special mention to staffs Elsha, Eki, Junaidi, Alcent, Helen and the guys at the Voyager for their service. Highly recommend this resort. Will definitely come back.

I liked the comfiness of the bed, the variety of pools/water play, the closeness to the beach. Most importantly, the staff and their service was great. I liked that I could WhatsApp whenever I needed something. They helped with housekeeping when my son went the bed. And I had also left my iPad there after I had checked out and was on the ferry back to my country but they helped courier to a friend who was in Bintan at a fee. What a relief!

I think the kids ages 0-3 play room was quite underwhelming especially in terms of the toys available. There were missing toy parts and puzzle pieces.
