Breakfast was OK. Room below expectations based on the rate. Beach, we didn't visit.

The hotel service is very good from pick up at ferry terminal to send off. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering questions. The hotel breakfast has an average spread of variety but the food was really good. The location is very convenient as the beach and plaza is right beside the hotel. Room size was good and the toilet was spacious and clean too. They also provide taxi service to other resorts and places which is nice.

The hotel facilities are quite average. Compared to other hotels, they do not offer much recreational activities other than the popular tours like firefly or blue lake. Their price also seems to be rather expensive compared to online. The entire hotel in general feels very maybe because of the deisgn. Their spa is average but not expensive. Overall it's worth the stay for their price since it's cheap.

- The mattress was decent, not too hard or too soft. - Strong A/C - The breakfast was quite delicious, though more varieties would be better (types of fruits etc)

- The counter staff was not really attentive and not that friendly, though some staff did approach us and ask us how long we will be staying and what time our ferry is. - The facilities can be improved further, the tv, the toilet bowl etc. - The hotel is still using a walkie talkie and when the staff walked past it was quite noisy. - There's not many staff around, most gather at the lobby/ front counter. - Overall, it's okay but I wouldn't come back here if I were alone.

Room was cosy, location great! I have to say the staff were really sweet to arrange for transport to bring back my sons bag we left behind

Not a lot of options for breakfast buffet + lunch Shower was a bit of a situation- the water temperature changed every 30 seconds to a minute

The location is just next to Lagoi Bay, eatery places and shops. The facilities are clean, well-maintained. The rooms are huge and very well-kept.

The rooms are fine, quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. Good shower. Staff at the reception is friendly and trying to help.

TV channels are quite poor, hardly any international channel, most of them local channels. Breakfast is rather poor although they try to have a decent spread and the staff is friendly, but the quality of what is served is not that great and the range of choices limited. The kids club and the entertainment rooms could be improved, there is no staff managing or supervising them. The hotel doesn't offer any activities other than renting some old bicycles for 70k/hour. They should develop some partnership with the water sports companies operating in the lake and the beach, offer special prices, etc. Disappointing the lack of initiative to keep us busy or entertained.

Staff are friendly. I know they are trying their best.

It was hot in my room even when the aircon was set at 17 degrees. My room was 2 floors under the rooftop bar and I could hear music at night (but it didn't last too long thankfully). The gym was tiny, old and exercise bench was broken. Aircon remote inside the gym wasn't working too. Overall it was quite disappointing.

Badmöbel total aufgequollen, ist wohl schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage funktioniert nur bei Anwesenheit, was doch schon sehr zum Aufheizen der Zimmer führt

Staff were friendly & accommodating and would cater to our requests. They also arranged free transport to & from the ferry terminal.

The room was quite big, and the beds were quite comfy. Moreover, the staff could accommodate to our timings for the shuttle services. I also really liked the breakfast - very worth it to stay here. The distance of the hotel is also really good and close to plaza lagoi and the beach. It has been a lovely stay here. Was also really satisfied because we requested for a bucket of ice for our drinks, and the hotel staff gave it to us complimentary even though it was quite late at night.

I do think that the pool was a bit small, but that's okay because we weren't really there to swim. The gym was quite small too. Also, the entertainment room was not really operating when we were there.

The location and the restaurant on the 7th floor and a very good spread of items during the breakfast.

Everything was great! Loved our stay here.

Second stay for cycling, Afriadi organising the logistics along with Ade are good team and solution providers at the lobby. The breakfast open at 4 am was appreciated and the breakfast team was very friendly.

Within an hour of booking my stay, I was contacted by the hotel's staff asking if I needed free shuttle transport from the ferry terminal. Turns out they provide free shuttle to and from and terminal. All the staff were unfailingly polite and cheerful. The bed was comfortable and the room large. The onsite spa was good value too.

The rowdy tour group at breakfast on the second day of our stay. The hotel should have set aside a designated dining area for groups so they wouldn't disturb other guests too much. Breakfast itself could be better. Pillows were a little dusty, but housekeeping was quick to change the sheets after we called.

There is a nice restaurant nearby

Food options are very limited. The menu is good but the flavour is only average. Need more local indonesian dishes. Spring rolls were dripping in oil. Pastas were decent. Chicken satay was great.

The staff are nice and friendly… however hot water not working first night, then next consecutive 3 nights Air Conditioning stopped working. Overcharged initially when checked in. Booked for family of 4, to be told at check in no bed for 4th person - additional charge required however they had breakfast included…..

The staff at the ferry terminal pick up and concierge are very helpful. I don’t remember all the names but Ode helped us with the bags while we cycled to the hotel. Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many. View from the pool is amazing.

The staff were reliable, courteous and helpful. Located near the BNBT ferry terminal. Provided complimentary transport to and fro from hotel. Provided a good breakfast. Service and laundry is fast. Toilets come with bidet and exceptionally clean. Spa and massage was convenient

The kids playground can be better maintained. Breakfast could have more variety. Laundry and room service was a little expensive

Staff are friendly

Poor wifi. It kept dropping so it’s hard for me to work remotely. The gym is just a stationary bike and a weight station. Like 2 equipments?

Aircon in room was a bit problem..Have to call the reception for the aircon problem.Happen to 2 room which i had book.Breakfast not a lot of choice.Entertainment room need to be ugrade so guest feel more enjoyble.

Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room & facilities were clean & good. Close to the beach and Plaza Lagoi. I received the traditional Indonesian spa treatment from the wellness centre, and it was just the relaxation I was looking for. Afterwards, I went to the Bay which was right across the hotel and so peaceful. Thank you Grand Lagoi for such a wonderful stay!

Staff are friendly and nice. There's a beautiful beach nearby. Many varieties for breakfast.

We were not informed when the kitchen caught fire. We found it out only when we smelled strong smoke in our room and went to check at the reception.

Staff and some facilities were good

Most amenities round hotel are closed, only one restaurant, beach is very dirty (bay is great, but too excessive human rubbish) no shuttle to visit other areas, but expensive taxis. Worst was you can’t walk long the beach as nearby beaches are private and not access is permitted. It was like prison

The bed was super soft and comfortable. Bed was big and thickkkkkkkkkkkk pillow. 2 Thickness to choose from for us. Some may not be use to the over size head pillow we have Room was big and everything was very clean Balcony was of a small size but view is as good till the front. Can't see lagoi bay but all is well Hotel gesture for birthday too! Appreciated Level 7 infinity pool has no complains. Just a regular hotel pool no complains as well ! Hotel was very close to ferry terminal, around 10mins free pick up from terminal to hotel all way round

Amenities like the entertainment room can have a refurbishment maybe.. Broken glass by the pool table not fixed Cue rack dangling 1 side Playstation 4 PS4 only had 1 game to play Nintendo switch. Can't be switched on hahaha Technically only pool table is available for everyone staying at the hotel. But overall entertainment was a 5/10 Least it had a pool table yay

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. We are family with 2 teenagers, so I booked 2 rooms, hotel staff was kind enough to lock the connecting rooms for me upfront. Have a good stays.

breakfast have many choice ,various food ,average is great just few not so taste but it's ok ,location is great which near Lagio beach ,great swimming pool at 7F ,nice staff ,we had a nice voaction there. thanks a lot

The room is spacious and clean. We had free transportation from ferry terminal to the hotel. Staffs are friendly. Great sunset view on the rooftop by the pool. Outstanding massage service!

The shopping mall nearby was closed while I visited there. A bit dull around.

The huge room, its near the beach where you can do snorkelling trip, near to firefly and local food court. Comfortable bed and pillow and bicycles is given complimentary for usage of 1hr. My family had a great time cycling around the whole lake.

Most of the shop near the plaza lagoi which is just beside the hotel is close due to covid. Hoping it will pick up soon. The shower door in the room is misalign and it gives a loud irritating screeching noise when u close and open the door. Please upkeep your maintenance. The wifi is very poor over at the games room. We wanted to watch the movie there but wasn't able to. Approached the helpdesk people and they say they will sent someone down but no one came.

1.All the staff were friendly and helpful. Even before arriving, my questions were replied to promptly and in detail. 2.Free shuttle to & fro ferry terminal. 3.Pool with fantastic view & breeze at 7th flr. 4.Restaurant allowed booking & set up table at pool side with nice view, even though restaurant was already full.

1. Korean BBQ was not marinaded with Korean flavours. 2. Hotel quoted taxi rides to be expensive 3. Karaoke was way too expensive. We actually chose this resort because there is karaoke, so was disappointed

Room is clean and nice. The staffs are very friendly. Roof top pool is relaxing and the breakfast is acceptable. We also can enjoy some activities on beach.

Just advice to improve more activities on beach and more shops in Lagoi plaza. Hair dryer which provided in hotel room cannot use properly.
