Reviewed May 22, 2026Hele rustige en mooie lokatie. Het is er erg schoon. Appartement heeft 2 fijne slaapkamers met airco en ieder een eigen badkamer. De lokatie is dichtbij de luchthaven. Zwembad was ook heerlijk en rustig. Wij hebben een top verblijf gehad. Dankjewel.

Un four micro-ondes, un sèche cheveux et un fer à repasser aurait été un vraie plus pour le confort.

Nous avions choisi cet appartement, pour aller à l'aéroport à pied de très bonne heure. Malheureusement l'appartement n'est pas a 600 m de l'aéroport mais a 2,3 km.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026This property was really great - we booked it becasue it was close t the airport for a fast getaway the following morning, but if I were to go again I'd stay long. On a beautiful green golfcourse, with a swimming pool and great restaurant onsite (which is good value for what you get) I'd highly recommend it. Also great value for money. Look no further!

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Large bright modern appartment. Large lounge and two nice bedrooms. Big tv which we didn’t use. Two shower rooms were very welcome. Ideal location for a final night before our flight home. Didn’t use the on site facilities, shop, pool and restaurant but these were readily available. Easy access via a lock box. Helpful host via messenger.
Very little to comment on. A few bits of artwork might make the place more homely?

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Doordat onze vlucht werd geannuleerd zochten we een onderkomen voor een nacht vlakbij het vliegveld. We hadden geluk dat dit appartement beschikbaar was. We werden meteen door de eigenaar gecontacteerd. Dit was heel prettig. Het appartement is schoon en heeft lekkere bedden. Ook is er een mooie tuin met uitzicht op de golfbaan. Al met al een aanrader voor als je golft of niet in de drukke stad wil verblijven.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Spędziliśmy tu świetny pobyt! Kontakt z właścicielem był naprawdę wyjątkowy — bardzo szybki, pomocny i serdeczny. Dostaliśmy mnóstwo cennych rekomendacji dotyczących okolicy, dzięki czemu łatwo zaplanowaliśmy czas i odkryliśmy kilka świetnych miejsc. Stosunek ceny do jakości jest rewelacyjny. Lokum okazało się jeszcze lepsze niż na zdjęciach — bardzo czyste, zadbane i przytulne. Widać dbałość o szczegóły i troskę o komfort gości. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten obiekt i chętnie wrócimy w przyszłości!

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025Located in a gated community, there isn't much around unless you golf or like hanging at the pool. There is a nice club house with several restaurants about a ten minutes walk away. It worked well for us as we just needed a place for one night before flying out and it is located very near the airport. The apartment itself is quite sparse with no decorations or design elements but again, for one night before flying, it was just fine. It was very clean and has a nice patio with table and chairs. Bring whatever snacks, drinks, food and shampoo/soap you might want with you as there doesn't appear to be anywhere reasonably nearby to purchase such items.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah am Flughafen. Man ist innerhalb von 1 km am Flughafen. Es ist fußläufig erreichbar, aber man hört dadurch auch den Fluglärm. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung.
Nicht gefallen hat und dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Es wurde oben eine Party gefeiert.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025L'appartement en RDC est spacieux et bien équipé. Il donne sur un petit jardin isolé agréable, sans vis à vis. Il a été un peu difficile de le trouver mais l'hote nous a bien conseillé. L'accueil dans la résidence se fait via un poste de contrôle rapide. Il y a à proximité en voiture un carrefour Market qui peut etre utile. L'interaction avec l'hôte est fluide. La proximité de l'aéroport pour nous qui avions voyagé à travers le Maroc et fait un dernier séjour court à Marrakech correspondait à nos attentes.

The apartment has a security guard, which makes you feel safe. The security team guard is very helpful in providing all the information you need to know. The apartment is clean and calm. the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The appartement has an air-conditioning in rooms and living room. Nice terrasse outside with a green garden space. The owner of the apartment is a very nice person and reachable even she is living abroad. I contacted her to ask for something, and she answered so quickly and kindly . I really recommend everyone to visit Marrakech and enjoy staying at this apartment 😊

Her hospitality truly enhanced my experience in Marrakech. I would love to return in the future.

It felt very safe throughout the stay. The kitchen, fridge, and washing machine were very convenient to use, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also loved the amazing shower—it was such a treat! Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend it.”

Reviewed Nov 30, 2024The property is located locally to the airport (Marrakech), and is a 15 minute walk max, despite the close proximity, private hire taxi companies may charge €25,00 which really is overpriced. You can get a taxi at the airport (turn right out of the main exit doors and there is a TAXI stand where you get pricing and a ticket). I have to give credit to the host who was extremely responsive on WhatsApp and via booking.com The property is as described, spacious and very clean with an on-site bathroom which is great. The kitchen is modern, with bottled gas if you need to cook, and a excellent fridge. Wifi was good for most of the day, it seemed to slow down in the evenings, and after turning it off for 20 minutes and turning back on, it was great again, and I can say this. I have been to Marrakech 7 times and this was the fastest Wifi I have had while being here. If you are playing golf, the location is great. The onsite restaurant was great, slightly overpriced, but overall no complaints, and spacious. GLOVO - Download the app and have your food delivered, it was prompt and to the door. This is nice apartment, exceptional host and peaceful :)
Location - I did not play golf during my stay, and so I felt a bit remote from anywhere, so getting to the supermarket is not straight forward. I think that due to the location, the host could provide a map of the area (laminated so everyone can benefit). This map could show local stores, or supermarkets drawing on local knowledge. A useful numbers list would be amazing, like Taxi's etc These are not criticisms just suggestions.
