Location, staff behavior and cleanliness. Initially they allocated room on ground floor by requested to change to any other floor and the staff at front desk helped us getting another floor. She was so helpful.

Room is bit small. But for this location it cannot be a complaint

One of the best hotels not only for its excellent location but also the food , staff , helpdesk. I have been staying in this hotel for the past 4 years. Strongly recommended.

The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and well maintained. There were facilities of drying cloths, everyday laundry and next day return. Ground floor rooms with courtyards were user friendly for elderly. Breakfast was delicious with varieties of option. The hotel was nearby to the Biswanathji temple and the Ganges ghat. Additionally, I enjoyed shopping benarasi silk in the shop attached to the hotel.

Nice location. As far as one can go by car. In future cable car from airport can drop at less than 100 m from hotel. Staffs are very dedicated. The owner Harshit was very reliable and arranged everything including managing VIP seats in Ganga Aarti and also darshan. Nice restaurant with delicious food.

Overall very good experience with understanding staff willing to go out of the way to fulfil costumers need. Location is amazingly centrally located and all temples and ghats accessible within 10 mins walking distance. Breakfast and Food was really good and tasty!!

Facilities could have been managed better with more transparency on check in and check out timing. We had requested for early checking as arrived in Varanasi early in the morning. However, room was only available at regular checkin time and we had to wait for 4-5 hrs for room to be ready after the whole night journey. However staff was able to provide temporary room for sometime to freshen up. Air-con in restaurant at 2nd floor didn’t work properly. However it was fixed on our last day of the trip. Restaurant's staff could be little more proactive in managing the tables!!

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful boutique hotel! The rooms were stylish, spacious, and super comfortable with attention to every little detail. Good location for the ghats (10 minute walk) but almost impossible to find. Tuktuks can't enter the immediate area and nobody seemed to have heard of the hotel to direct me. Reception staff were generally pleasant and helpful, some restaurant staff need to learn how to smile. Good sized room. Restaurant quite overpriced but some reaonable choices.

Very poor breakfast, a couple of bananas, toast and you had to pay extra for coffee!! There were local bread and curry options too for Indian guests. This hotel is very much set up for Indian guests, not European visitors.

The location was good and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The staff, especially the lady at the reception was EXTREMELY rude. Sadly I don’t remember her name. Everytime we asked for something from the reception (like extra bed, which we had paid for), it took a long time for them to respond even after multiple follow-ups). Also, one of the reasons that I had booked the hotel was because of the parking. But nowhere while booking or on the phone when paying for the deposit were we told that due to the works going on, the hotel’s parking was not accessible and we had to pay extra for the parking.

Sehr schönes großes Familienzimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Ganges ist fussläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar, der Bazar befindet sich direkt um in die Ecke.

Centrally located but access was a problem due to construction going on on the road. All the support extended by the staff in terms of assistance,for Aarthi, boat ride etc.

Lift access for the room stopped one floor short. Breakfast not included and highly overpriced when opted for. Initially we were put in a smaller room that dint match the description as per booking. Com, only when we protested we were shifted to a bigger room.

It’s clean and close by to main road.

First out off was I had booked with all my credit card details so property can charge in case of no show or last moment cancellation yet they insisted on making advance payment to confirm the booking. When I asked for link to pay they said it can be only done through bank transfer. What if I don’t want to spend my cash and use my credit card, I have no choice. This they should mention before booking that they charge advance payment even if your credit card details are given to booking.com The staff is not at all cooperative. No customer service approach. They couldn’t send someone to pick up our luggage from the point we need to walk to hotel nor while check out they sent anyone. They call it palace and give only 500 mL water bottle per day free. Otherwise they will charge for water as well. While checkout staff was not aware of advance payment and was charging us full again. We gad to argue even on that. So not a good experience.

Although near to temples but environment is noisy. Also incessant demand to pay beforehand when credit card details have been given to booking.com. I just ignored it. Also not happy with check out time and limited supply of free drinking water.

The location was great, the food quality was fantastic, rooms were Ok,

1) for wheelchair people, they should create ramps to enter the hotel and also into the room without any steps 2) breakfast options is very less 3) most importantly, the staff should react little fast, the service needs a big upgrade

Un havre de paix au milieu du bruit et de la fureur indienne ! Un patio pour se détendre le soir et un restaurant non veg (rare à Varanasi). Et de plus idéalement placé à 15 mn des ghats.

La climatisation ne climatise pas grand chose (heureusement il y a un ventilateur). Pas d'eau chaude le soir

It is very close to the temple

- Bad mannered staff - No RO water. The hotel staff insisted on buying overpriced water. They only give half a litter bottle by default - I’ll mannered staff. They are only focussed on foreign tourists even when the price is the same. - extremely cramped and old I’ll maintained rooms. We had taken the premium twin rooms. - food quality very average.

レセプション、ポーター、ハウスキーパー、レストラン、すべてのスタッフが親切だった。 私が泊まった部屋は、すぐにホットシャワーがでた。 水圧もあった。 ドライヤーもあった。 ダシャーシュワメード・ガートまで、徒歩10分ちょっとと、かなり好立地、どこに行くのにも便利。 朝食ビュッフェも美味しかった、おかわりした。

入り口はメイン通りに面しているのに、少し奥まった所に建物があるので、クラクションの音があまりしない。 なのに、どこからか音楽が聞こえる。ゆったりした音楽だが無い方がいい。 三階のエレベーター近く、階段近くの部屋です。

Perfecte locatie, aan wandelgebied naar de ghats, zeer vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamer, fijne douche, restaurant aanwezig, makkelijk te vinden, konden vrij snel in de kamer na aankomst vanaf de nachttrein.

I punti di forza sono sicuramente il personale veramente gentilissimo, l'ottimo ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato sempre, e che consigliamo, e la posizione veramente centrale, anche se immersi nel pieno del caos di Varanasi, ma l'hotel rimane rientrato rispetto alla strada. Una bella struttura.

Avremmo dato un punteggio maggiore ma la pulizia della nostra stanza non era buona, con lenzuola e federe non nuovissime e diversi dettagli trascurati come un cuscino di riserva sporco oppure il ventilatore in bagno pieno di polvere, a differenza della pulizia generale dell'hotel veramente buona. Ma ciò che ci ha infastidito è stato il dover dormire in una camera molto rumorosa perché situata accanto alla reception, posta non all'interno ma fuori dalla porta d'ingresso a sinistra, alla fine del vialetto che dalla strada conduce all'ingresso dell'hotel. Ciò significa gente che passa ad ogni momento, che si rilassa nei divanetti posti proprio fuori, un posteggio moto...le camere sono la 101, la nostra, e la 102. Se dovessero assegnarvela rifiutatele. A noi il cambio non è stato concesso pare perché l'hotel fosse pieno.

位置直接搜尋1916 Cafee最快。位置在靜巷內，櫃檯員工非常專業且提供所有妳需要的服務，可以代叫機場接駁，且員工會帶領給你去上車點，完全不用擔心！餐廳算是很乾淨，且很好吃，我在Varanasi的最後兩天生病了，兩天都在旅館內休息，推薦這家住宿！

お湯は出ました。ただシャワー中水を流しっぱなしにしてたので自分が悪いかもしれませんが、最後お湯が出なくなったので、節水には努めたほうがいいかもです。

Location is near the kashi Vishwanath Temple and hence had opted for the Hotel. Food served in the restaurant was good.

There is a lot of Government Infra work happening outside the Hotel and reaching the hotel in a car/cab is not possible. I had requested for rooms on the ground floor which was accepted according to message received from Booking.com but was put up in rooms on the 4th Floor. I had booked for 2 Premium Deluxe rooms but the room i was alloted was not deluxe or premium by any stretch of imagination.
