주변 즐길거리가 많아서 좋았습니다.

객실이 노후화 되었어도 좀더 청결했음 합니다. 조식뷔페의 구성도 좀더 다양했음 좋겠습니다.

Breakfast was excellent, although the breakfast hall was almost over full. Location was good. The room was spacious, and the kitchenette was good.

I specifically requested a double bed and an extra single bed when making the booking, only to be informed that none were available when checking in and that only "floor beds", I.e: futons placed straight on the floor were available. Seriously unimpressed with this.

Very specious room. The refrigerator and coocking facilities.

The futon beds. The balcony balustrades need maintenance. The bathrooms need some updates, not always hot water.

優秀的飯店！

먹을거리가 많고 24시간 편의점도 커서 지내기 좋았습니다. 스키장을 바로 이용할 수 있고 주변 큰 스키장까지 차로 5분이면 되는 것도 좋은 점입니다. 수압이 쎄고 온수가 바로 나오는 점도 좋았네요.

기온이 아주 낮고 바람이 엄청난 날씨의 영향일 수 있지만 방풍과 난방이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

Large apartment, amazing views and clean

Had to move our luggage from the hotel reception to the apartment building which was hard in the snow

201동 묵었는데 주차공간이 적어 101동까지 넘어가 주차했습니다 ㅠㅠ

The location to the ski fields was excellent. Easy access to convenience stores and restaurants. Great local park for kids and nice pond to wander around. The rooms are quite large. The showers are really good and strong.

The 2 bedroom suites are very dated. The 2nd bedroom containing Ondols are definitely not suitable . Ondols are very uncomfortable for sleeping on. Even our kids struggled to sleep comfortably on. You also aren’t supplied bath towels, these are an extra cost we weren’t aware of when arriving late at night.

Nice and comfortable. Staff were helpful and kind.

We arrived at the hotel around 2:00 PM for check-in. The front desk staff who assisted us was a female staff member. I showed her our booking confirmation, but she was unable to locate our reservation. We explained that the person who made the booking could not come in last minute. During the communication, she started to appear impatient, and it still took a long time without finding our booking. What made the experience more confusing was that when we visited the hotel earlier in the morning, a male front desk staff was able to find our booking very quickly. However, since it was too early to check in, we returned in the afternoon, and the booking could not be found again. Overall, the check-in experience was not very pleasant. On the positive side, the room environment was quite nice and comfortable. For guests who are not used to sleeping on the floor, I would recommend choosing a room with a bed instead of a futon. The bed itself was comfortable.

Close to ski slopes

The room was a bit far, needed to push our big luggages ourself through uneven path in the cold -12C.

我們住104棟的514號房，很乾淨，空間很大，非常適合一群朋友住，缺點是離雪場比較遠，如果可以住101或102、103就好了

地暖熱的很慢，入住後記得要把房卡一直插著，地暖的溫度才會一直上升 沒有附大浴巾，一條要1000韓元，小毛巾是給蠻多條的

1. Room size in booking website 72 sqm but the room was just not more than 50 sqm 2. We reserved King Room with mobility tub but there was no bathtub (should not reserve with booking, go for Trazy would much more value) 3. No bell boy and our room was far. Has to walk with lugguages outside cold winter night to go to the room. 4. Ski Resort open just 2 slopes st the beginning.

La cama ya estaba muy vieja hundido. No hacen limpieza. Cobran por 5 personas pero al momento de llegar solo hay todo para 4 personas y cobran hasta una toalla pequeña extra. Está mal que cuando uno reserva en booking hay opciones para 4 adultos o 5 adultos. Uno paga para 5 adultos pero cuando llega no hay comprobante sobre eso y tener que pagar extra para una cobija y una toalla!

Is there a specific for the room and the room is good but without beds, we thought it's a the tummy bed but there is no anybody at all

房間整體非常整潔, 溫暖舒適, 開放式廚房, 大客廳適合家庭客, 空間也非常大。千萬別住302棟, 除非你有自駕車到門前。外地來的游客不適合住302棟。

入住酒店時的女服務員態度很一般, 最大問題是安排入住的大樓是在山坡上的302棟, 也沒有提前告知我們要徒步上山坡。由於從機場接送的司機已離開, 我們只好冒著嚴寒晚上零下10度的氣溫, 大人小孩推著6件行李在外面找路, 推行李上山坡, 可想而知多難受。房間是沒有清潔打掃服務的, 垃圾也沒有人倒, 衛生紙也不夠, 302棟大樓完全沒有見到過服務員。

Like the kitchen at least can prep simple meals, 24hrs convenience store sells basic ingredients for simple meals besides the usual cup noodles and snacks. Easy access to ski and a number of restaurants.

Pillow too soft can't sleep. Called the housekeeping to arrange firm pillows which was good.

넓고 위치가 너무 좋았습니다.

시설이 노후화 된 부분을 개선하면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

It was spacious and beautiful, easy to access, easy to get around. So many options for food and all in a minutes walk of eachother.

Comfortable and cozy rooms

No laundry room

거실과 침실이 있고 식탁 및 취사 시설이 있어 매우 유용한 것 같습니다. 객실 공간도 충분히 넓고 청결하여 편안한 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다...

슬리퍼가 있었으면 좋았을 것 같습니다...

리조트내 모든 것이 완벽하게 구비되어있음 (편의점,카페,식당 등등) 연식은 오래된 느낌이지만 청결하고 수압이 세서 너무 좋음 주차공간도 넉넉하고 객실이 전반적으로 넓게 빠짐 특히 주방이 넓어서 엄마가 만족해하심

개선점은... 없었던 것 같음

더움 여름에 일단 날씨가 시원해서 지치지 않아서 좋고 아이들데리고 놀기에 아주 좋음

The pillows

It’s old, poorly maintained, no tea or coffee in room. Had to request towels as there were none.

love the kitchenette and the apartment feels like a home away from home.. floors are heated.. house keeping were quite often knocking on door to clear rubbish and change towels.. our second time here.. first time we stayed at the hotel which was great and facing the slopes but cannot cook… this time we booked the suites so that we can cook and have all the apartment amenities.. the CU is convenient and pretty good selection for cooking .. many restaurants available as well if you want to dine out… proximity to the ski slopes is a plus…

only one beginner slope, can get crowded and boring.. we went in mid dec not much snow so the slopes were pretty icy and bumpy …. seems like there are no longer big bus shuttles from Jinbu station to Holiday Inn.. used to have bug bus shuttles on two timings.. we did get a shuttle from Jinbu to Holiday inn but it was a much smaller mini bus…

need more assistance for luggage carry as it is too far from check in building to building we stay, it can be charge.

Clean, freshly renovated, very comfortable queen size euro bed, room cleaning during your stay

2 th Korean bedroom without window. It would be nice to have a mini set of spices in the room: sugar, salt, pepper. There is no self-service laundry at the resort, we went to the neighboring Ramada hotel for coin laundry.

The check in was at the welcome center. Everything is nearby. I booked rooms with breakfast and the breakfast spread was amazing. a lot of options for vegetarians as well the ski school and slopes are just at the same area. balwansan mountain is one cab 5 minutes away the view from the room was amazing

the large towels are not included into the package there are not tea and coffee in the room like other hotels in other places but i think this is intrinsic to south korea because we were in seoul after alpensia also was not provided with tea bags and coffee satchets.

Staff were so friendly. They really took care of us. We requested extra blankets because we couldn't get used to the floor mattresses and they were very helpful. They also allowed late check out.

Just the floor mattress but that's our fault for choosing that option. Wish there was a double room option with a bed.

All on one location with ski hire and ticket office within the resort. Lots of restaurant options for dinners. We did a lot of basic dinners in our kitchen with groceries bought from the local store.

The room that we stayed, it is nice and very comfortable. I'm going for skiing and the ski place is just there at the resort.

Lacking of muslim friendly restaurant. Lacking of bus stop sign and no idea where does the bus heading to. The resort did not reply to my enquiry sent via booking.com.

Comfortable enough with 2bathrooms n 2 rooms for family.

Beds on floor

For us the Inn and Suites, with the living room and small kitchen, was much more comfortable than the Hotel. The decor is dated and parts of it should be fixed, but the unit was clean and quiet (no noise from above, below, or next door). The floor heat kept the room toasty and the extra bathroom was a bonus. The main draw of course is being able to ski in/out. Also enjoyed the variety of dining options.

No one can sleep on the floor (ondol)-- it's not comfortable. Recommend putting a bed in the second bedroom as well and charging more. Took a while to find the Welcome Center for Inn and Suites check-in. Addition of kitchen/paper towel would be nice.

Big family room

The hotel definitely needs some face lift. The room only provides body wash and shampoo. The futon bed was so thin that one hardly can sleep on it. The towel was so small, which I wonder why. There's no XMAS feeling at all and was so quiet.

Location is perfect.,just at the ski mountain base.many restaurants and grocery shop at the amenities.

We have to carry our luggage to the building, there is no bell service,and it was troublesome for us to carry out luggage at winter time.they don't clean the room on Daily basis and only clean the room 2 days once ,that means u have to stay minimum 3 nights to get your room cleaned..

We liked how simple everything was and that our kids could experience sleeping on the floor. There was a lot of space for our baby to crawl around. It was close to so many convenience stores and restaurants.

The lobby area of our floor was not very pleasant to look at. The floor was scuffed up and it was overly bare.

Provides a serviced apartment at a ski resort

Good space - kitchen and dining area. The rooms are nice and balcony looking over the mountain.

Location, size of the room, equipment, heating system...

There were no beds for kids, only one doble bed for adults. Kids had to sleep on the floor. Water of the shower was not to warm.

The rooms were very cosy. Even though it is outdated, our stay was very comfortable. A number of CU available. We enjoyed the sledding too. Not so busy which is great.

The location is very convenient to the skiing area and the snow play. There are shops and CU stores just below the apartment.

Need money to buy towel. The toilet door is spoilt and cannot lock. They just put a hook to close it with a big gap.

The hotel is within the Alpensia ski resort. Just a short walk to the Ski area. Many restaurants and convenient stores in the resort. rooms are very clean and well maintained. The 2 bedrooms unit is huge and the space is very comfortable. Staff speak very good English.

Hotel is old and the rooms’ decor is outdated

Location is convenient for Alpensia convention centre. Some nice restaurants nearby and decent beer place downstairs.

Probably a good hotel when the olympics were on. Bedroom door didn’t close. Very sparse amenities. No tea, coffee etc. Sporadic service for rooms but endless supply of tiny towels. Location is nice but there are clearly better hotels nearby.

The location was great for what we needed.

A bit dated in the rooms. Hand towels was what they give you for showers. We called down today there were no towels in our room and we got a stack of hand towels.
