It's all a little close to the road but actually we hardly noticed it. The Diner is easy to locate from the road with plenty of parking.

It was easy to find and park, the arrival receptionist was amazing and chatty making sure we had what we needed, teas and coffee were available at reception free of charge throughout our stay. The property smelt lovely, the bed was very comfy and the TV allowed us to stream films from our phone Amazon app meaning we could have a well deserved early night and watch a film in bed. The lovely welcome receptionist also let us check in a little early as a room was ready.

A little strange having the sink/basin in the main area rather than the bathroom. But we got used to it.

It was clean and welcoming. I really liked the location too.

Maybe a few more hooks for wet towels and there was a whirring sound (not the bathroom fan) that didn’t turn off. Otherwise all good.

Connecting rooms were very useful when travelling as a family. We enjoyed the courtyard and cocktails. Friendly staff.

A high quality quirky motel, that is fabulously designed with lovely Cowshed products in the room. You can stream your device onto to TV to watch films etc. A great bar and courtyard area in reception, free tea and coffee etc. Excellent price for a place as good as this!

La propreté de l'hôtel, le personnel qui était vraiment hyper sympathique. J'ai un véhicule électrique et c'est pratique puisqu'il y a plusieurs bornes en face de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est bien situé, il y pas mal de chose à faire autour donc c'est pratique.

Friendly reception, eager response to enquiries. Lovely atmosphere in the lounge, delightful to see people relaxing playing board games enjoying a leisurely drink in com0fortable surroundings.

i was under the impression breakfast was included, which it wasn't. the booking.com page wasn't clear enough. the motel was a short walk away but they did do click and collect.

The beds are huge and comfortable, the rooms are lovely and clean. I love that you can help yourself to tea and coffee in the reception. The bar is a great touch and the staff and so friendly. I stay at Mollies every time I visit my friend in the Cotswolds. It’s perfect. I can charge my car in their car park which is a bonus.

Nothing, everything is great. Would be good if they offered a bed and breakfast rate but that’s it! Ticks all the boxes when I travel with my little boy.

The bathroom wasn’t the best, the shower leaked on the floor and where the air con is positioned it meant the bathroom remained wet and cold. Only a minimal thing but a few more amenities

Bathroom wasn’t very clean, very tired looking. The sink smelt funny when water ran down it. Hated the fact there was no kettle in the room. Found it annoying that all the lights came on at the same time, no option for just bedside lights. Mattress not comfortable, we both woke up with bad backs. Diner was nice but we felt our room rate was expensive for the quality of the room. The outside of the property was covered in cobwebs, just simple things they could keep on top of more regularly would make it more appealing.

There was so much to like; the massive bed, powerful rain shower, cowshed products, Dyson, ghds, being able to really easily stream films and tv from your own apps. There was the diner onsite, small m&s shop and petrol as that is classed as services. Complimentary tea and coffee in reception, 24 hours reception. Location is great. Friendly, approachable staff. The curtains were black out

We stayed in one of the family bunk rooms which was so comfortable! Super cosy, great air con and powerful shower

The road is busy- no noise but at rush hour it has long queues so plan accordingly

The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful, taking the time to explain everything and making us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. The little garden outside was such a lovely bonus and made the stay feel even more special. We’d definitely stay again!

One drawback, particularly when staying with children, was the TV system. It was quite complicated and you couldn’t really watch anything without connecting your phone, which didn’t always work. The staff were very helpful whenever we needed assistance, but each time we came back to the room it seemed to need setting up again, which became a bit of a frustration. A simpler TV system would make a big difference, especially for families with children.

The room was lovely and cool when we arrived on a hot day. The Scandinavian wood type vibe through out is great. Fabulous quality shower products. Big mirrors and great dryers and straighteners for my partner ❤️

There was a sudden smell from the bathroom drains . This happened when a waste liquid tanker came to suck out the waste toilet water in the carpark outside. The smell only lasted 5min approx so luckily didn't ruin our stay

Las instalaciones son nuevas y acogedoras. La habitación está equipada por completo, tienen secador dyson y plancha para el pelo ghd. Los geles y champús son naturales y de muy buena calidad. Cama y almohada muy cómoda. Tiene aparcamiento gratuito. Hay para hacer refill de agua. Tienes la facilidad de poder comer en su restaurante y es de buena calidad, aunque se agradecería un descuento en la comida por ser cliente del hotel.

No hay ascensor. Las luces de la habitación no son independientes, para querer apagar una, debes apagarlas todas. No hay canal de tv internacional español. Lejos de Oxford, a 30 minutos en coche.

From when I arrived, I just gave my name, they had all the information needed, no questions asked and the room was clean. The welcome message with my name on it on the screen was awesome. I took a picture for memories

Only gripe was to make a tea or coffee the hot water was via a ‘smart tap’ in the corridor. But - was offered a kettle for the room at check in, so all good.

Room TV was unwatchable. Screen was badly pixelated. Other rooms had the same problem. Was looking forward to world cup matches. Spoiled the evening. The TV signal to the Hotel needs sorting. (don't blame the warm weather)

It is very sustainable and modern. From the road you wouldn't think this unique property was there! Having a zip tap for the whole corridor rather than a kettle in each room was quirky, not come across that before, but it made sense! The shower was amazing, bed huge and ridiculously comfy, staff very welcoming and helpful. I loved the reception/shop/bar which was manned 24/7. It would be a good backpacker stop off, I can imagine being a solo traveller and being able to make friends easily. My daughter and I booked for 2 nights and plan on visiting others in the chain if we can.

Room was quite small, but had everything that was needed. Lighting was very dim in the rooms and corridors, so anyone poor of sight may struggle a bit! The diner is more like a restaurant with their offerings and prices, although it was all well cooked and again, really friendly staff.

Comfortable, modern room with a great shower. Helpful staff and a good location for west Oxford.

The grout in my shower showed signs of mould (see photo). There is no kettle in the room and you have to go into the corridor to a hot tap. I applaud the eco friendly approach until you fancy a cuppa in bed and have to get dressed to fill your cup, then undressed again to go back to bed to drink it. The room offers free tea and coffee, and there is a large selection of teas available including decaf at reception. But I only drink decaf coffee and you have to buy that separately! Breakfast was too expensive. Almost £20 for one person’s coffee, juice, and eggs. The TV remote on your phone almost never worked for me - “unknown error” - very helpful

The staff were consistently warm and friendly, when I told them it was my partners birthday, they gave us 2 free drink vouchers for their bar and when they saw us come in with a caterpillar cake,they immediately got us plates and a knife without even being asked to. The hotel was lovely and modern, the rooms were great and I loved the use of the app for the door key and TV remote. The blonde woman with glasses working Friday afternoon/evening in particular was so wonderful. Definitely coming back!

Staff in the hotel were efficient but not particularly friendly. I felt like they just wanted to get me into my room or out of the hotel as quickly as possible. The staff in the restaurant were superb, friendly and caring. My aircon didn’t work and there are no windows in the room. The temp got as high as 26 degrees. When I reported this to reception they said that a manager or team leader would come and sort it out but they didn’t.

Clean, spacious & modern

The bunk beds were a novelty and meant that we could all stay in the same room at a great price. The beds were the comfiest I've slept on for a long time!

The sliding door between the rooms and the bathroom/wash area were stuck so it couldn't be closed off which would have been nice to have with 4 adults getting changed but it wasn't a big problem.

My room was cold and couldn’t seem to warm it up. I couldn’t get a seat in the diner for dinner, even at the bar.

The room was very small, it was very expensive . The only place to eat is the Diner , which was very expensive and too American. I had a club sandwich which didn’t resemble any club sandwich I’ve had anywhere else in the world. Also 10 percent service charge was a bit much .

A fantastic, cozy, and clean motel in Farringdon! The service was exceptional especially the warm welcome from the receptionist. Love the 24/7 free coffee! It's also perfect for road trips if you drive an EV, as the parking lot is equipped with plenty of chargers. Highly recommended, will definitely return!

Good location. You need a car, although there is a bus which stops outside and takes 30mins into Oxford for just £3 each way. Rooms were very comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I loved the water taps in the hall. And that it was so hear the diner. Bed was very big and comfy.

It hadn’t been cleaned very well. Dirty spoons in the coffee cups in the room. Hair on the floor. Empty conditioner bottle in bathroom so couldn’t wash hair properly.

The motel was great, bed really comfortable. All the amenities were great.

The air conditioning was broken on a very hot weekend, but they have been in touch to apologise and offer discount on a future stay. Which I really appreciate and I definitely will go back.

Would be good to have kettle in your room so you dont need to go out in your PJs to get hot water. A luxury would be a mini fridge.

We had a quiet room, the bed was very comfortable, the towels and toiletries were luxurious! We were very impressed with the Dyson hairdryer and the shower was wonderful. Overall the room was very well thought out. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

The only problem was that electric vehicles were using normal parking spaces and our petrol car was forced to park in the EV space!

I didn`t like not having access to boiling water in the room and fore went my early morning cuppa because I needed to go out of my room to the instant hot tap. (not a pretty site in my boxers). There was no plug in my sink which made wet shaving interesting but not impossible. Although food was excellent I didn`t like the motel diner set up for food.

The way the wet room got so flooded that to use the toilet or brush teeth at sink after a shower & dried/dressed was nigh on impossible. Could the shower drainage be improved?
