Very nicely located, the room was clean, spacious, and well-insulated from outside noise and adjacent rooms. The pleasant terrace for breakfast offered a charming, friendly atmosphere reminiscent of a hostel, but with all the comfort and privacy of a hotel. The staff were very kind and attentive.

Key system might be improved, but wasn't a problem.

Bathroom / shower should have a door for families who need more privacy

Amazing welcome from Tonia. Our room was very comfortable and clean and breakfast was delicious. It was a very nice touch to leave hit and cold drinks available at any time.

Really friendly staff, delicious continental breakfast with homemade options. Room was well-decorated and perfect for friends or a family of one, with a small bed in the loft. Bathroom was great and it A/C worked well. Cute balcony and the windows block out any street noise. Arrived after 9 PM and they gave excellent directions for check-in.

Struttura in pieno centro storico, comodissima ai servizi e per girare a piedi direttamente nelle vie del centro. Personale molto cordiale e competente, pronto a fornire informazioni e supporto. Colazione completa, dolce e salto con paste, frutta e spremute fresche. Stanza molto ben arredata, spaziosa e con volumi importanti e ariosi grazie al soffitto alto e vista sul duomo di Napoli.

Central, clean, small hotel, decorated with style and simplicity, with helpful, smiling staff who took the time to give us tips on the city the old way, using a map, pet-friendly and with lovely breakfast! Nothing more to ask. Thank you and keep it up !

Staffs was kind and friendly. Facility was clean and felt homey. I love the house and the decor! Staff made me fresh squeeze orange juice and espresso. I was shocked that fresh squeezed was even offered!

The Duomo House is located strategically within walking distance of many historic sites and Via dei Tribunali, a restaurant-lined street of some of the best pizzas and pasta restaurants you can find. The staff at the Duomo House are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and opened up to a balcony with a view overlooking the beautiful Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta.

Great location! Charming, spacious rooms. Wonderful view of cathedral. Delicious breakfast and very lovely staff. We were visiting in July so the air conditioning was amazing to get out of the heat.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They were very helpful.

Tub drain was stuck first night, so we had a problem draining the tub. Fixed the next morning, but the drainage was still very slow. Getting up to the lobby was a bit difficult as well. Especially with large suitcases.

Все было прекрасно. Начиная от рецепции , нас встретила очень приветливая девушка, все рассказала, все показала . Далее нас ждал чистый и хороший номер. Очень сильно удивила кухня, для посетителей все время бесплатный кофе и огромный выбор классного чая. Кстати, на кухне есть мини бар с само обслуживание . Берешь , например, вино и сам закидываешь деньги в копилку . Никто тебя не проверяет, все на доверии. Это очень располагает и я давно такого не видел. Что касается завтрака, то он был просто шикарный. Себе взял скрембл, жена попросила вареные яйца, быт вкусные круассаны и куча куча всего. А , чуть не забыл, еще была возможность покушать на террасе . В общем мы остались оооочень довольны . Расположение просто супер, все в пешей доступности. Рекомендуем !

Anything, very bad hostel not hotel.

It's a terrible place, surrounded by homeless people. It's in a very dangerous location. The staff are hardworking but indifferent. There's no reception service, you can't reach anyone. I will never go to this Airbnb again. It's not a hotel.

Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut (täglich frisch gepresster Orangensaft) und das beste ist die Terrasse zum Frühstücken. Die Mitarbeiter waren unheimlich bemüht und gut organisiert. Man kommt sich persönlich betreut vor. Frühes Check-In schon um 10 Uhr war möglich und es wird alles gemacht, um den Aufenthalt so toll wie möglich zu gestalten.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the center of the city. The room was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Tonina gave us many useful recommendations that made our trip even better. We absolutely recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay here again!

It felt like home from home and the staff were super friendly. It was well appointed and very clean. Great shower.

L'ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avons eu des conseils pour visiter Naples, des oreillers adaptés, le petit déjeuner avec quiches, cakes et confitures maison, tout était excellent. Des laits végétaux sont proposés. L'hôtel est une super adresse et très bien placé.

Les napolitains qui klaxonnent un peu trop souvent dans la rue, ce n'est pas lié à l'hôtel. Rien à redire.

Very friendly staff, helpful in many ways -- not just regarding the room, but getting around Naples, suggestions, etc. Breakfast was also quite nice, with a wide variety of food. And a lovely little balcony with table overlooking the Duomo.

Getting up to the room was confusing when we first arrived. After the first time, it became easier and more obvious, but it is easy to miss the entrance.

De bedden waren niet allemaal comfortabel. Sommigen hadden wat last van de veren in het matras. De kussens waren vrij hard.

Wonderful hotel! Extremely clean, safe, convenient. Our balcony looked right out onto the Duomo front plaza, which was bustling and interesting. But not too noisy at night, and the windows were good at sound proofing. Breakfast included was lovely, and nice to have access to kitchen basics at all hours.

Duomo house is the place to stay in Naples! Excellent location. Charming, clean, easy and comfortable rooms. Helpful, accommodating staff. Nextdoor views of the Duomo!

Tonia and the staff were fantastic,very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect right in the heart of old Napoli, the rooms are very comfortable, they serve a lovely breakfast and there's a little terrace where you can sit outside and eat. We had a really fantastic stay, will definitely visit again.

The trash all over the street and homeless people in sleeping bags next door on the front of building. It is a citywide problem, but it seemed worse in this area. There are 6 stairs to walk up into the building, no ramp to assist with carrying luggage.

It was in the middle of the everything. We were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go.

Very secure in the middle of Naples with a lot of stores and restaurants as soon as you step out of the building. The manager was great and showed us around and where the best restaurants were in walking distance.
