Much better than a tiny hotelroom but with the same amenities. Room felt very light due to all the big windows. Shop at the end of the street. Kitchen and laundry room were also a plus. I will definitely choose MVillage again whenever i'm visiting Vietnam again.

I do prefer to have my own little fridge to keep some drinks cold instead of having to go down stairs. Other than that it was great.

The shower gets the floor all wet, no partition but a curtain.

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The location is down a quieter narrow street so it mean the hotel is usually quiet which is great as it can be hard to sleep well in the city. The location is ok some shops nearby an a short taxi ride to the main sights of the city. The room has a small kitchen which was useful for preparing basic meals. You can also use the washers and dryers for free but they are often in use.

Not very much! Sometimes communication with the hotel via WhatsApp was a little bit slow but we thought this was a great place to stay.

Bardzo przestronny, nowocześnie wyposażony apartament, z wygodnym łóżkiem. Bardzo przyjemne zaskoczenie, jak wygodnie nam tam było :) Całodobowa recepcja, brama otwierana tylko na kartę, więc wysokie poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Parę dobrych kawiarni i restauracji w okolicy. Świetne miejsce!

room is big and clean staff are friendly and helpful reply messages very fast

the location is by school and church so can hear the bell like 04:30 in the morning and after 06:30 you can hear kids sound all the time

Building a water heater into the room’s wall structure so it resonates all night is crazy. VroooommDUM. Haunted by that subtle and at night ceaseless sound. Clicking in and off, making it impossible for me to sleep well at night and sometimes during the day. Lack of soundproofing also contributed. Nice service the Laundry but it shrunk my clothes - don’t seem to have temperature settings for the water here (note: I took pictures and translated everything choosing the “delicate” cycle. and there’s no good place to dry the clothes other than use the machine. ) By day 5 they offered me another direction in their hotels - why did it take so long?!? But at that point I wast tied and sick and didn’t want to transfer. But whoever I spoke then was very nice. that was the first time I felt listened to, supported, but too late.

Liked the room (size and facilities) and design concept a lot. Down a small, quiet street away from the traffic. Liked the surrounding area and easy access to rest of the city.

Was on the first floor though I'm sure I booked a high floor. No hot water available.

M Village Living Ky Dong offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. * Professional & attentive staff * Stylish and functional interiors * Perfectly located, close to local eateries, local and specialty coffee spots, convenience/grocery stores and ATM (TP Bank). All within 500m of the property. * Stable WiFi (husband was able to work, game and stream on his laptop with no issues) * Washing Machine and Dryer available for use (free) * Free chilled filtered water for guests to use We've already booked in for our return next month. M Village is a block of flats with serviced apartments. Our apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities, very clean and quiet. There is a water purifier in the hallway and you can refill your water bottle for free.

It is quite pricey and doesn't include breakfast.

The apartments were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

I've booked apartments based on the photo on booking, but after check-in, I realized that it looks completely different. After approximately 20 minutes of communications with receptionist, they let me move to another room, which also was completely different. I had no time and strength to find another hotel, so I lived in the room i actually didn't like much and didn't book. That was the main disappointment. Also, it was hard to communicate with stuff. They didn't offer anything except get my money back and go to another hotel, I asked everything except to be offered with ways to solve an issue. I asked if they have better but more expensive options and so on. Another weird thing is that it was raining, I asked for an umbrella if they have, they said that they don't have anything. Later on, going down by stairs, I've found several umbrellas behind the door, 4 meters away from the place I was standing when I've asked for an umbrella, not a big deal, but weird. Here are the pictures of what I booked and pictures of what I got. The only view from the balcony is a wall.

We stayed at M Village Living Kỳ Đồng and absolutely loved it. The best part was how spotlessly clean and fresh everything was — especially the bathrooms, which were free from any mold or stains. Everything felt new and well-maintained. All appliances in the room worked perfectly, and nothing was broken. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. We really appreciated the Scandinavian-style interior — minimalistic, stylish, a bit like IKEA. The reception area was cozy and welcoming, with a nice common space to relax. There was even a fun zone with a foosball table and darts. On the lowest floor, there’s a spacious shared kitchen and laundry area with washers and dryers — very convenient for longer stays. A few days before our departure, the air conditioner in our room broke down. It was during the national holidays, so the repair would have taken several days. The staff offered us a different room instead, which was great and really appreciated.

The only downside is that there’s a school nearby, so on weekdays you might hear children playing quite early, around 7 AM. This could be a downside for light sleepers — or a bonus if you like to wake up early.

The room, staff and location was great! There’s free laundry, quick response from staff if you message on whatsapp, lots of restaurants nearby - of note, the hotel is a 3 min walk from a 2x michelin pho spot that is AMAZING for just 70k VND

Would prefer a divider in the washroom shower area as otherwise it all gets wet

This nice little hotel, hidden away in the streets of District 3. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Grab a bowl of phở at Phở Miến Gà Kỳ Đồng - a must-try spot nearby. And, CÀ PHÊ X COFFEE and Over ExtracteD serve excellent coffee.

While the floor was a bit dusty upon arrival, the team promptly addressed it when I brought it to their attention.

Rooms were very big and spacious especially given the price point, as well as clean and well-maintained. Appreciated the facilities especially the free washing machines, and the staff were very helpful and kind

Location was a bit out of the way, but it’s easier to get around there were some interesting finds in the area

I chose pay in advance online before coming, but when I arrived they demanded me to pay again despite in the Booking confirmation it says that money was gonna be withdrawn from my card. They said I could go find another hotel if I didnt pay upfront also.

The rooms are just huge and the staff is very polite. they helped me print out documents, and also when leaving Tan helped me catch a taxi and carry my suitcase. Thank you for my comfortable time in your hotel.

The staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and everything was super clean! We had a nice big sofa and really everything we needed. The place is well maintained, it has the feeling of a Hostel, but more classy, clean and sweet.

The location is not amazing for a vacation, I’d say District 3 in general is less nice to walk around in the evening, yet it’s very easy and cheap to take a Grab taxi so we were easily going to other areas. We specifically had a really noisy neighbors but I guess that’s a luck thing :) And it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator maybe… All and all- great value for money and the place is being taken care of very well!
