Tony was very nice and help us with our luggage to go to HK Busline office which is only 3 mins away from the hotel. The Receptinists eap. Kai was very kind and helpful. All in all were very happy with this hotel and highly recommended

The airconditioning was rather noisy. On the other hand, we rather have a noisy one than none at all!

Kjempegod service og personalet ytte det lille ekstra som gjorde opphaldet til ei flott oppleving! Frukosten var perfekt - buffé, og kokken varierer tilbodet. Vi kom seint til Hanoi og hotellet ordna med pickup.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Ubicación excelente, en pleno centro. Se puede ir andando a muchos de los lugares importantes de Hanoi. Mucha vida y ambiente en los alrededores por la noche. Habitaciones tranquilas y silenciosas a pesar de estar en una zona animada. Desayuno muy completo, con buffet y platos a la carta incluidos en el precio.
La zona puede ser bastante animada y concurrida, especialmente por la noche, por lo que si buscas un hotel en una zona tranquila y alejada del movimiento, quizá no sea la mejor opción. Aun así, en mi caso esto no fue un problema porque la habitación era muy silenciosa. En general, me pareció una muy buena elección para conocer Hanoi, especialmente si quieres estar en el centro, tenerlo todo cerca y poder moverte caminando sin depender de taxis.

We enjoyed the bathrobes :) The hotel is located right in the historical center but on a quieter road - which is great as the party street is way too laud. We checked in after midnight without any issues and also got a late check out complimentary.
The room requires deep cleaning and basic renovation, it's very old and run down. What's advertised as a window room does not really have a window (I mean the window is there nominally only...). The walls are thin so you can hear other guest talking and coming in. The toilet got clogged on the 2nd day from a tiniest piece of paper which we flashed by accident. Wifi was very slow, practically non-existent...
