Die Lage des Hotels war ein Traum. Zudem war das Personal unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend, wodurch wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Ein sehr früher Check-out war problemlos möglich und wir haben sogar ein kleines Lunchpaket bekommen. Besonders Rina hat uns super viele Tipps für Hanoi gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum willkommen gefühlt haben.

El hotel está situado en pleno corazón del Old Quarter, a dos pasos del lago Hoàn Kiếm. A pesar de su ubicación tan céntrica, no se siente nada ruidoso, ya que el hotel está perfectamente insonorizado. En cuanto al personal, solo podemos decir que ha sido lo mejor de lo mejor: amables, cercanos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos ayudaron con todos nuestros traslados a Sapa y Ninh Binh, solucionándonos el transporte y la gestión de los autobuses. Cada día tuvieron una palabra amable con nosotros y, al enterarse de que estábamos de luna de miel, tuvieron el precioso detalle de decorar nuestra habitación. ¡Un detalle que nos hizo muchísima ilusión! El desayuno también merece una mención especial. Es completo y variado, con una buena selección de alimentos, y además puedes elegir varios platos de la carta que preparan al momento. Todo estaba delicioso y recién hecho. Sin duda, volveremos. Ha sido una estancia maravillosa y nos llevamos un recuerdo precioso de nuestra experiencia en Hanói.

Amazing reception desk staff, very helpful in navigating foreign country, as well as chatting about cultural differences and life in Vietnam as a whole.

Door to the hotel closes at 1am, so if you stay longer in the city you'd have to wake up a staff member to open it for you. Installing a simple lock/electronic card reader at the main door would solve this problem

The staff is wonderful, the rooms are modern and you have a view from your window of the active street life. An excellent buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and you can order other dishes.

Everything is within easy reach, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Whatever I asked about the city, they were always happy to help and gave me great recommendations. I would especially like to highlight Rosie, who was absolutely amazing. Even before my arrival, she helped organize my activities, and everything she arranged was excellent. I would definitely recommend this fantastic place to anyone visiting the area. A truly wonderful stay!

Hanoi’deki ilk gecemizde rezervasyon yaptığımız otelin son dakika iptal etmesiyle başka bir otelde kalmak zorunda kaldık ve odamız çok kötüydü. Daha sonra Hanoi E Central Hotel’i bulduk. Oda temiz ve ferahtı. Kahvaltı çeşitliydi. Konumu ise çok iyiydi. Turistik pek çok yere yürüyerek gittik. Konaklamamız için ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Tüm personel memnuniyetimiz için ellerinden geleni yaptı. Rosie ise konaklamamızı kusursuz hale getirdi. Geç haber vermemize rağmen Lan ha bay turu için bize yardımcı oldu. Transferlerimizde her şeyin yolunda olup olmadığını sürekli kontrol etti. Seyahatimizin iyi geçmesi için çok uğraştı.

Sevmediğimiz bir şey olmadı. Her şey mükemmeldi.

Un court mais agréable séjour grâce au personnel dévoué et très sympathique. Équipements propres et fonctionnels. Emplacement au cœur du centre d’Hanoi parfait pour profiter en journée comme en soirée !

Convient très bien pour un court séjour mais pour un long séjour un hôtel offrant une piscine serait plus appréciable.

Wir haben uns hier so wohlgefühlt, dass wir gleich zweimal wiedergekommen sind und insgesamt dreimal hier übernachtet haben - das sagt eigentlich schon alles. :)) Ganz besonders möchten wir Lisa erwähnen, die uns mit ihrer tollen Art, alles zu organisieren, wirklich beeindruckt und uns jederzeit weitergeholfen hat. Rina war ebenfalls immer unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam und hat mit ihrer Art sehr dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns bei jedem Aufenthalt wohlgefühlt haben. Auch an My und Rosie ein großes Dankeschön! Das gesamte Team ist einfach unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Alles ist sauber & das Frühstück schmeckt hervorragend. Was will man mehr? Danke an das gesamte Team!

The property is pristine. The staff also cannot do enough for you and a special mention to Rosie. She is a diamond. With regard to the room, it is quiet, extremely comfortable and classy. Very good value for money. Well done to all for making my short stay a memorable one :)

De kamer was super schoon en het personeel is ontzettend lief en bieden super goede service. Je hoeft nergens meer aan te denken. Echt lekker tot rust komen na een dag te hebben gespendeerd in een drukke stad zoals Hanoi. Wij zouden het zeker aanraden om hier te verblijven.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights when I first arrived in Vietnam, and then came back for my final night before flying home, as I had booked a round trip from Paris to Hanoi. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the liveliest areas of Hanoi. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. But what made my stay especially enjoyable was the hotel staff, and particularly the amazing reception team. Everyone was professional, proactive, attentive and genuinely friendly. As a solo traveller who knew nothing about Vietnam or Hanoi when I first arrived, this really helped me feel comfortable right away and was a wonderful way to start my trip. If I come back to Hanoi, I will definitely stay here again!

Long Story Short: highly recommended hotel! .. the Location is quite Perfect, you do have all the important things around the corner. Rooms are great, breakfast has been good aswell. My absolute favorite has been the people working there - Rina and Lisa made the stay more than heartwarming, from helping out, to answer questions, to arranging anything Else ive asked for - 12 out 10 points. .. when im in Hanoi again, definetly checking out the Hotel once again. Recommended!

Súper buena experiencia en el E Central. Muy cerca del Old Quarter pero sin el barullo de sus calles. La limpieza y la comodidad de las camas de lo mejor, hemos descansado genial, sin ruidos. Sin duda, repetiría sin pensarlo.

I liked the woman at reception Rina the most about the hotel she helped me make bookings and she arranged transport for me at a cheaper price and she made recomendations for food. Also i likked that the airco worked verry good because most of the days it was hot outside so when i entered my hotel i feld the tempreture shift directly. And my bed was made every day a fresh and clean sheet

El personal és super amable, molt disposats a ajudar en tot, simpàtics, i bones persones. Molt agraïts. Ens van oferir una habitació amb finestra pel mateix preu, ja que la tenien disponible, amb aquests detalls demostren el cuidar als clients.

La consigne à bagages en arrivant et avant de partir. Le petit déjeuner assez copieux, avec un choix varié ! L’amabilité du personnel. Le confort de la chambre avec de nombreux équipements.

Assez déçu de certaines prestations : - La navette réservée vers l’aéroport avait plus d’une demi-heure de retard ! Retardant notre arrivée pour l’enregistrement des bagages. - Impossibilité d’avoir un taxi pour rentrer en pleine averse. - L’établissement a tenté de me facturer deux fois le prix de la chambre ! Une fois lors du check-in … l’autre en partant ! Heureusement que je m’en suis rendu compte ! - Certaines chambres ne possèdent pas de fenêtres ! Il faut bien se renseigner lors de la réservation.

El hotel está muy céntrico y en una calle tranquila. Lisa ha sido muy amable con nosotros, pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto en todo momento. El hotel está muy limpio, la habitación muy amplia con vistas a la calle, cama muy cómoda, tiene ascensor y el desayuno bufet nos ha gustado mucho, había mucha variedad. Solo hemos estado una noche pero si volvemos a Hanoi regresaremos a este hotel seguro.

We spent 3 nights as a family and loved our stay! Location is perfect to explore the old quarter, French quarter, and several markets (and everything else is within an easy taxi/Grab ride). We were in the Penthouse suite on the last floor, which was very spacious and had a terrace with amazing views of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast (buffet + you can order something) was good - fresh and diverse. Above all, the personnel was soooo nice - Rosie and everyone on her team were very welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed, giving us local tips while staying discreet. Highly recommend staying at Hanoi E Central!

Rosie y todo el personal nos facilitaron mucho las cosas: Reservas, excursiones, traslados.. , siempre amables y muy profesionales, atentas ante cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. El hotel tiene habitaciones grandes y cómodas y esta muy bien situado.

E Central was a lovely place to stay the room was wonderful and the staff was even more excellent. We enjoyed being so close to Old Quarter and to be able to walk most places we wanted to go. Rosie was so great and helpful with booking rides or excursions. The hotel also offers great discounts and aren’t pushy in any way. They truly are there to help you better enjoy your stay and time in Hanoi. The breakfast was also good and provided typical Vietnam dishes as well as western dishes. There was a good variety and there were some made to order options too. I would highly recommend E Central for your stay in Hanoi.

Lindos dormitorios, pero por sobre todo la atención de la gente que trabaja ahí es espectacular, amables y sonrientes. Desde que llegamos nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Rosie y todo el equipo siempre dispuestos a atendernos con una sonrisa en la casa. Nos encantó que intentaban hablar en español con nosotros. You need to climb stairs from entrance to lobby to then use the lifts. Breakfast area is small and selection could be better. Overall pretty good

Hotel is super gelegen tov. Old quarter en hoan kiem meer. Er liggen genoeg koffietentjes, restaurantjes en barretjes in de buurt. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, attent en spreken erg goed Engels. Van te voren werd ik door Rosie benaderd om eventueel vervoer van en naar vliegveld te regelen. Dit is qua prijs nagenoeg gelijk aan de prijs voor een Grab. De kamer die we hadden was erg comfortabel.

Lift gaat maar tot 7e verdieping. Wij hadden het penthouse op 9 verdieping. Dus moesten nog wat trappen omhoog.

Le petit déjeuner compris est délicieux, le personnel est très accueillant et très attentif aux besoins de chacuns. Dans le Centre, très pratique pour toutes les visites et activités.

C est un hôtel....il y a du bruit, mais ca reste supportable. Salle de bain et équipements vieillissants.

El hotel tiene una ubicacion fantastica. Es antiguo pero en buen estado y con todo lo necesario. El desayuno bufet tiene de todo y recien hecho. El personal del hotel muy agradable y atento. Y Rosie, fantastica desde el dia de la reserva siempre nos ayudó con la organización de todo lo que necesitamos. Nos consiguió el crucero por la Bahia de Halong en un barco estupendo Mon Chery con un precio mejor que el de Booking y con todos los traslados incluidos. Entradas excepcionales para el teatro de marionetas y buenas recomendaciones de negocios locales. Sin duda volveria a alojarme en este hotel para conocer Hanoi.

We returned to Hanoi for one night after our Ha Long Bay cruise and stayed in a Premium Room on the fifth floor, which was very spacious and comfortable. Rosie and Rina arranged our transfer to Sapa and, above all, our return journey with a private driver who picked us up directly from a village outside Sapa. Exceptional service! Rosie also helped us resolve an unexpected problem. Communication with her is always fantastic: she is incredibly helpful, responsive, and reliable.

Exceptional stay! The Hanoi E Central Hotel is ideally located, welcoming, and comfortable. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very pleasant, and the breakfast is very good. The real added value, however, is Rosie: she can solve any problem and always recommends the best solutions. She arranges anything you ask for and genuinely cares about making sure everything goes smoothly. A truly outstanding experience. Highly recommended — definitely a 10/10!
