Villa was perfect during the stay, room comfortable and hotel close to a lot of restaurants The team was the best

We thoroughly enjoyed our room with the indoor lounge area and the private heart-shaped pool. We had a large double bed and a bathtub which our toddler enjoyed. The room was also close to the main public pool, so we could go easily from one to the other. The semi-buffet breakfast was also great, we could choose a main every day, and had access to cereals, fruits, toast and pancakes. Food ordered ala carte during our stay was also given a 10% discount. We all were warmly welcomed and served with smiles at every point of our stay. I received a surprise birthday cake at breakfast, and my son was given food pellets to feed the koi in the pond. I would highly recommend this villa for a chill, relaxing and calm holiday.

The glass doors leading to the bath and toilet area could be a bit awkward. The glass doors could also be the reason the air-conditioning was not very cold.

Zoals altijd heb ik weer een heerlijk verblijf gehad! De locatie ten opzichte van alle leuke plekken rondom canggu en seminyak is perfect. Het is er rustig, weinig last van verkeer of lawaai. Maar ook direct in het centrum van alles.

Lovely clean, spacious villa. The staff could not do enough for us, they were all so friendly and helpful. The pool was sparkling clean and so was the whole villa. The resort keep in touch with you to check when they can clean daily. Our shower broke during the stay and they fixed it quickly. We also had pick up included which was so lovely and hassle free so we also got the return journey which was so easy. Comfortable air conditioned cars. The manager was lovely and greeted us daily with suggestions on what to do. We also got late check out at a great price as we had a late flight. Was perfect location for what we wanted (peace and quiet) and there are heaps of lovely restaurants/coffee places etc within walking distance. We did the romantic dinner in the villa (see pics). The set up was beautiful but you could get better food elsewhere for the price, in saying that it was not bad just not amazing.

The breakfast had limited choices (E.g. they did not have orange juice) and often things were running out when you were there as it was a small buffet. The spa is very small and could do with an upgrade but the staff were lovely and massage was really nice. Prices were reasonable but you could do better for same price elsewhere.

The staff - they helped me getting SIM card and the bike - after tattoo I got the sheets with ink mark and they helped me Free transport to the airport.

Очень уютная, просторная вилла. Чисто. Это комплекс из нескольких вилл, но есть своя территория с бассейном отгороженная забором. Короче как у себя дома, только пальмы вместо ёлок. Рядом хорошие ресторанчики, магазин, обменник До пляжа на байке минут 7 Персонал приветливый.

Ļoti garšīgas brokastis. Garšīgākās kādas bija visā uzturēšanās Bali. Villas teritorija nav liela, bet ir lielisks privātums. Ērts un jauks privātais baseins. Ziedi. Kluss. Jāņem vērā, ka, ja gribās villu divos stāvos, tad rezervācijā tas speciāli jānorāda, citādi var piešķirt 2 atsevišķus namiņus. Ar mazākiem bērniem tas var nebūt ērti. Vakaros uz sienām daudz mājas gekonu, kas netraucē. Ir pieejami baseina dvieļi, kurus jebkurā brīdī var samainīt pret sausiem. Brīnišķīga duša ar skatu uz debesīm.

Trūkst virtuves piederumi gatavošanai. Nav katls, nav bļodas. Virtuvē trūkst kontaktligzdas, kur iespraust tējkannu.

Really clean and good location! Staff were super friendly. Kutut was super helpful and organized a day-trip to Nusa Penida for me, which was awesome! I really recommend this place if you’re looking for a place with a reasonable price! Breakfast was also really good!

Morgenmaden var værre end forventet på et 5 stjernet hotel. Vi spiste de fleste dage på vores ophold på restaurant nüde der ligger lige ved siden af. Den kan stærkt anbefales.

J’ai adoré le calme, l’emplacement et la sérénité. Si vous recherchez une piscine privée, le voisinage n’a aucune chance de vous voir. Vous pouvez donc profiter de votre piscine en toute tranquillité. Malgré que la villa soit proche de beaucoup de restaurants et d’une rue commerçante, il n’y avait pas de bruits. Pas besoin de se déplacer pour aller manger car il y a un large choix de restaurants et cafés de qualités dans les alentours. Sur ce, le personne est vraiment très sympathique!!

Je n’ai pas forcément apprécié le déjeuner mais mon mari a beaucoup apprécié, ce n’est donc qu’une question de goût

Beautiful, nice and quite. Loving staff. Buggy riding to get up to villa door was fun.

Staff were lovely, very attentive. Breakfast was really nice, large variety of options. Hotel was nice, peaceful location.

Initially the aircon was quite loud but staff immediately fixed the issue for us. Water pressure in shower could use improvement.

The showers and heat of water doesn’t go that hot. Otherwise bed was lovely and the facilities.

Location is perfect for me. Staff are incredibly friendly. Breakfast was good.

Kitchen in villa was bare. Only enough equipment to reheat food not actually make a meal.

On our arrival day, they gave us a free slice of cake for my wife's birthday. The staff were very helpful.

The staff were all wonderful. Shout out to Ketut & the staff in the kitchen/dining area & the Mr. Fix its. The villa was very spacious & a private pool was extra special. A quiet location once you get inside from the road.

Location...not much in the way of restaurants or shopping within walking distance. No fault of the Villa but walking the roads was a bit treacherous due to lack of side paths. Tip for the owners...please consider upgrading the rooms air conditioning to a bigger unit as the existing one didn't do well with keeping the room cool enough. And a roof air vent in the bathroom space to draw out the heat as it was like being in a sauna.

Staff are amazing. Ketut is very helpful and always smiling . Kind human who likes to help others. Mahnra is our hero , I was stuck in the road as my bike was broken. He was there so fast and drove me back to the vila and contacted the person who I rented my bike and organised another bike so quickly.

Maybe more variety breakfast would be good.

Super freundliches Personal. Villa ist schön & geräumig und in grüner Umgebung. Frühstück tiptop mit Buffet und a la carte. Insgesamt entspannte Umgebung.

Auf dem Grundstück finden Bauarbeiten statt, welche aber kaum bis gar nicht beeinträchtigen.

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful, smooth, and memorable stay Our stay at The Bidadari Villas and Spa, Umalas – Seminyak was absolutely wonderful and incredibly smooth from start to finish. We spent 7 nights (24–31 Dec) and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A special mention to Ngurah, who truly made our vacation stress-free. He was exceptional with all the tours, always punctual, extremely helpful, and ensured seamless pick-up and drop arrangements. His support made exploring Bali so easy and enjoyable. The entire staff deserves appreciation — everyone was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The hospitality felt genuine and personal. The spa experience was fantastic, and the floral pool setup was beautiful and relaxing. The romantic dinner was a highlight of our stay — thoughtfully arranged, intimate, and truly memorable. The villas themselves were peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to have more flexible late check-out options, especially since many guests have late-night flights and the airport is quite far. This would make the overall experience even more comfortable.

The hosts were the highlight, everyone was so welcoming and warm and very keen to help. The villa was amazing, for so many days we didn't even leave the villa it was so good. The room service was exceptional. Everything about this villa is perfect.

Location and pool were excellent.

The 2 bedroom villa is not great for families with young kids as each bedroom are open to outside. This does not give peace of mind for mum and dad on safety. The pool in the villa does not have balustrades, again not safe for young kids who are not confident swimmers. Breakfast was also dull and always had to choose from the same menu. Ideally for this cost the breakfast should be buffet with more choices.

The pool was good.

No gym no all day restaurant. Too many lizards mosquitoes no proper care taken.

Nothing we loved it

Not only was everyone super lovely at our accommodation but we were in a sweet spot; not too close or too far away from the busiest areas of Canggu. The villa was stunning with an amazing batch of facilities. Breakfast was open for a 3-4 hour period which was great as we were never rushing to eat the meals. They had a variety of breakfast to offer and also had an additional list of meals they could create. We were always greeted with a smile and they always checked in prior to servicing our rooms. The villa comfortably housed 4 guests and it was such a peaceful stay. I'd definitely recommend this place and would happily return there. We were also extended an apology for the renovations gong on however, this had no impact on our stay but the apology was appreciated. We were really thankful to have such a smooth stay arriving in Bali.

The only thing that I would improve on was that the water pressure was quite low in the shower and took a while to warm up. Once it did warm up however, it was very hot. The shower head did have multiple settings which was great it was honestly just the pressure that could become frustrating.

Air con is not cold over the night Door to outdoor bathroom isn’t sealed- bugs come in. Mosquito net doesn’t full on close around bed bugs get in. The design is weird only the bedroom is indoor(AC) the living/ dining and bathroom/ toilet all outside. The food is not extravagant but okay Construction is very loud during the day first hammer starts at 7am The terrain is up/down hill with stairs and limited/difficult accessibility from villa to lobby. The bed is hard and pillows not comfortable. Gas empty Hot water takes 5-10 minutes to get warm Bath tub doesn’t fill up.

The staff are incredible. There isn't anything they won't do for you. Nothing is too much trouble.

We were very satisfied with this hotel we came to for our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast, and spa were all excellent. When we had an electrical problem in our villa, they moved us to another one and kindly offered us a spa treatment and dinner as compensation. Thank you very much for everything.

Relaxing stay, spa treatments every day helped unwind

Staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful with any requests. They were kind & patient with children and made them feel part of it, speaking directly to the kids. Food was delicious in resort restaurant offering both Indonesian and western menu.. bonus of kid friendly fish & chips, burgers etc. If you want to go out also several restaurants available within short walking distance. Breakfast was really good. We had breakfast included as part of our stay, which allowed us to choose menu item as well as buffet. Breakfast buffet had everything from hot Asian style food or continental, including pastries & fruit. Yubi Spa on-site was lovely, offering range of massage, facial etc. Extra bonus on location; while close to road for restaurants, shops etc but when you are in your villa it is really quiet and cannot hear the noise of traffic. There is also reputable money changer (indoor behind glass + AirCon) and mini mart only 2 min walk from main entrance for all your snacks & basic needs. It is good to see they are continuing to improve with new indo-fusion menu, and refreshing villas. Would be happy to stay again 🙂

Nothing major overall. If you are wanting to self cook at all or have children, it would have been nice to have a few extra basic kitchen facilities available, such tea towels, saucepan, bowls etc. as only plates, cutlery & 1 fry pan with spatula provided. No mini-bar provided. Was not a major issue for us during our stay but would have been nice to have cold drink when we arrived late at night and couldn't be bothered to walk/stop at shop at 1am. As family villa for 4 people an extra lounge chair would have been good as a seating for 3 meant one person either sat on kitchen dining chair or on pool lounger away from rest of family.

Hemos estado alojados en esta villa y la experiencia ha sido fantástica. Todo está muy limpio, siempre preguntan si pueden pasar a limpiar y lo mantienen impecable. La piscina tiene un tamaño perfecto y resulta comodísima para relajarse. La cama y las almohadas son grandes y muy confortables, se descansa de maravilla. El personal es encantador, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno es excelente, con buffet de dulce y salado y además una carta de cocina donde preparan al momento lo que elijas. Todo riquísimo, en especial los croissants de bacon. El restaurante ha superado todas nuestras expectativas: hemos comido allí la mayoría de los días porque todo estaba increíble. Aunque no solemos probar mucho la comida asiática, lo que probamos estaba muy bueno, y en cuanto a pasta, carnes, hamburguesas o patatas, todo ha sido de 10. Queremos destacar especialmente la profesionalidad y entusiasmo de un camarero, Made y felicitar a los cocineros que trabajan con él, ya que cada vez que estaban, la comida era aún mejor. En resumen, un lugar totalmente recomendable, tanto para alojarse como para disfrutar de la gastronomía.

المكان رائع وهادئ وفيه خصوصية وجميل التنقل بين الفلل البعيدة عن طريق سيارة القولف (بقي) التعامل جميل وسريعين في الخدمة المسبح جميع وكبير وتوزيع الغرف جميلة حيث انها انها تنفع في حالة وجود اكثر من عائلة في فلة واحدة

لا يوجد طعام عربي و المسبح لا توجد اداة لتنظيفه لانه ممكن يكون هناك حشرات او تساقط اوراق شجر بشكل غير مؤذي

Τα πάντα ήταν προσεγμένα και το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό. Ο στολισμός και κυρίως η προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια στο candle light diner εξαιρετική.

Το μόνο που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί είναι ίσως να γίνει κάτι με την πίεση του νερού το βράδυ στο ντουζ γιατί από κάποια ώρα και μετά δεν έχει σχεδόν καθόλου ζεστό και καθόλου πίεση.
