Staff was exceptional. Very caring people, and great facilities . Loved the kids rooms. Liked the idea or the kids activities and workout classes.

Lots of the activities were canceled or late. The day our kids were expecting face painting need to be receded, then the day nobody came or on forced us they weren’t coming. So could have planned something better for their days. Similar with fitness class, someone came 30min late and I had already given myself a workout, but nobody told me they were running late. Just better communication would really help.

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family. We also had a view over the ocean. The breakfast buffet had different varieties each morning and was delicious. The staff were really friendly and so helpful with anything and everything. A sort walk to some beach restaurant was lovely in the evening and great surf for our teens right out front. Great beach access.

First impressions was the hotel was tired and needed a facelift. The pool wasn't clear and had a tinge of green. Being a local surrounding the resort there was significant rubbish to be seen.

Not a lot really, the proximity to Finns was great, only a 5 min walk down the beach.

The rooms were pretty outdated and had issues - mo phones, issues with lights etc, the photo's were very deceiving abd made it look a lot nicer amd updated. Trying to find your room was also an absolute mission as it a rabbit warren - to get from one end of the hotel to the other took about 10 mins. The staff, whilst pleasant lacked any knowledge of the area so when asking about great shopping areas to go they had no suggestions. The location itself, not great, not near any good restaurants or cafes. The food in the restaurant was average, the pool was dirty and was even closed for some of the time we were there and my biggest bugbear, there was a MASSIVE construction site next door which went on past midnight.

Generally fine but definitely needs some love. Buildings need a paint and some work. Pool was lovely

Location was a little far, couldnt walk to anything - needed a Gojek for travel. Rooms were very spacious however, the resort itself is quite old and run down. Buffet breakfast had limited options. Was made to pay 200,000 rupiah for a lost key card. Wouldnt recommended. More modern hotels/resorts closer to the action.

The property was very rundown, damp, dirty and in need of major maintenance. The pool at the apartment was green with slime The bathroom leaked in the night and I slipped

Indah, Ninik and Fifri were very friendly at the front reception desk and more than happy to help where needed. We enjoyed our stay with a great location and short walk from the main parts of Canggu. Room cleaning was great with fresh towels and turn down service almost daily as requested which was lovely to come back too after a day out in the Bali sun. Good value for money.

In accommodation laundry services were expensive, we paid $85 AUD for 2 small tote bags of washing with majority being underwear. Would recommend outsourcing for your laundry to save money. The pool facilities need a little love. Majority of the sun bed mats were heavily soiled and dirty and not enough pads for all of the sun lounges. Sometimes the pool facility ran out of towels. The main pool was a bit green and probably needed some acid and chlorine to stabilise the water. Service at the pool bar was difficult with frequent billing and ordering issues. Just needs a little bit of a reset and it would be fantastic :)

On a construction site. Very noisy drilling and working with bright lights 24 hours a day. I mean like being on a stage! Could not sleep. Old. Dirty snd ground floors damp with sticky sheets and smelly room. Awful breakfast. Everything cold! Could go on forever. Don’t go there

The true highlight of the stay comes down to one thing: location. Being a mere two-minute stroll from Finns Beach Club meant we had a quick and easy escape route to fantastic food, great music, and proper holiday vibes whenever we wanted a change of scenery. If your main goal is to be right in the heart of the action with effortless access to one of the best beach clubs in Bali, the positioning of the resort is undeniably convenient.

Where do I even begin? Our stay started with a check-in credit card struggle that left our room with zero credit, setting the tone for a resort in desperate need of some TLC. The property is undergoing unannounced renovations, featuring peeling exterior paint, missing eaves, and a bedroom view of an active building site that served as an unwanted 7:30 AM alarm clock. Inside, everything felt ancient—the wardrobe barely functioned, and the shower head was literally hanging off the wall. Outside was no better: the pool was a murky, biohazard green on arrival (killing any desire to swim even after they cleaned it days later), while sunbed mats and beach towels were in such short supply you had to wait up to half a day just to get one. Add in a repetitive, mediocre breakfast where ordering eggs meant a 20-minute gamble, and a beach access path that forced us to wade through a foul-smelling sewer stream, and the entire experience was thoroughly disappointing

Very good location . Staff are very friendly. The only thing is the property is a bit old some minor upgrades can make this property beautiful to stay. Specifically the bathroom needs a upgrade badly. But the location and other facilities are good

The breakfast was nice. The main pool was excellent. The gym was good. Comfy beds. The cleaners were excellent.

The location was great and right on the beach walking distance to Seminyak and Canguu . The only bad thing was the loud music from the club next door. It did finish at midnight thankfully .

The whole place is old and run down. It needs a good renovation. The gym was good and so was the spa. But not 5 star at all.

Breakfast was terrible. Management of breakfast not well Done. Egg station was managed badly A towel was damaged in my room, which I don’t accept. The staff sent me a message 3 days after they took the towel saying we would have to pay for it. Not timely, not proven. This accusation was ridiculous

هذا تقييمي وتجربتي الشخصية حجزت انا وزوجتي 4 ليالي بشهر يوليو 2026م الايجابيات: -الموظفين تعاملهم راقي ومحترمين. السلبيات: - التأخر في تسجيل الدخول تقريباً 20 دقيقة ولكن تم تعويضنا اثناء بتسجيل خروج متاخر الى الساعة 1 مساء - للأمانة المنتجع قديم جداً ويحتاج إعادة تأهيل وترميم. - يوجد فقط 2 مصاعد واحد عند الاستقبال والاخر في اتجاه الشاطى مقارنة بحجم المنتجع. - تصميم المنتجع غريب جداً حيث ان المرافق متباعدة مثلاً: توزيع المصاعد في اطراف المنتجع، الشور قبل دخول المسبح بعيد عن المسبح ولا يوجد لوحات ارشادية لذلك. - طاولات المسبح غير نظيفة ولا يتم غسلها واقصد بذلك المفارش كما أن مناشف السباحة مستهلكة جدا وقديمة وتحتاج للتغيير. - مخدات النوم جدا سيئة وغير مريحة وعزل الغرف ضعيف ويمكن سماع الاصوات فوق وفي الممرات. _ رائحة صرف صحي في تاتي من الحمام احيانا وايضا في الممرات - بوفية الافطار جيد 5 من 10 - اخيراً قبل تسجيل الخروج طلبت مكواة لكوي الملابس وتأخر التوصيل فعاودت الاتصال فإذا الاستقبال يقول ان المكواة تم تركه عند الباب دون طرق الباب او رن الجرس!!

We stayed at LV8 Resort as a family of four and absolutely loved our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom ocean-view suite. The extra space made our stay very comfortable, and waking up to the ocean view was wonderful. The pool area was definitely the highlight of our stay, and we also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Before booking, I was a little concerned by some reviews saying the property looked tired. While it’s true that some areas could benefit from a cosmetic refresh, I feel this is reflected in the price. A beachfront two-bedroom ocean-view suite of this size in the same location would easily cost three or four times as much elsewhere. Overall, the resort offered excellent value for money. It had everything our family needed for a relaxing beachfront holiday, with a surf break right in front of the property. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

We felt so lucky to have been in the spacious family suite where the 2 of us ( my son and I) had our own private space .....I slept in the kids bunk btw (I'm the dad 🤣) and he had the king-size bed 🤣 ( he's very lucky I love him). Anyway the staff were so friendly and helpful, the dining room and food was outstanding and of course the Olympic size pool and loungers was the best we've ever seen plus the beach backdrop just topped it off So grateful

Three of us got very sick from the hotel food, we had not been sick anywhere else until we ate at the hotel. We ended up having to get a doctor and were put on IV treatment.

Well their advertising photos and the ones your guys post are completely not accurate. The place is a dive worst i have ever seen and I travel the world and frankly shocked that booking.com would not know this and rep this location. If you would like I will send actual pictures for your review. I highly suggest you pull this property from you representation

the shower was terrible had to pay 8 dollars because my hair was wet from the shower that didn’t work properly left a little hair dye on the pillow! All my travels in the world i have never felt so embarrassed on checkout!! we had a call whilst we were staying there asking if we didn’t hand in a pool towel when we had! Overall would never stay there again and would not recommend

Food. I was sick for ages. Stayed 2 weeks. Was waaaay too long. Soo noisy. Could hwar everyone everywhere in the rooms. Construction over the road middle of the night Nobody understands anything. Constantly repeating myself.

Will definitely stay here again, close location to Finns Beach club. Ocean view room was amazing, very modern and clean. food/drinks around pool area delicious, staff could not be more friendly/helpful

Employees dont understand anything,repeating requests 100 times and result is always wrong. Because of these mistakes all of us had stomach pain all the time as i am allergic, and my daughter and her friend had food poisoning last day and we are just eating in the hotel

Loved the location. It’s the longest most beautiful beach. Soft sand and right there in front of the resort. We had an amazing view. The pool is truly an infinity pool. And there’s so much seating available. Even the gazebos were free n available. Great b/f in a big spacious restaurant. Very good service. All staff were very pleasant n caring. Walking distance to Finn club.

Needs more entertainment. The one Saturday night there were 2 singers and it made the evening so beautiful. Many people went to Finn but that’s not for everyone. Plus leaving the resort doesn’t seem safe late at night. Also the ocean view rooms can be quite a hike for older people, or people w health issues. Some assistance there would be nice. The adjacent empty space is an awful sight. It should be cleaned up. There’s construction on the other side so that’s okay.

Very spacious 2 BR suite, beach front, quiet area, 10 mins walking distance to shops. Professional and attentive staff. Nice breakfast spread. Berawa beach is perfect for surfing.

Property is tired and needs a good refurb. There’s a big construction right next to hotel. Our room was on the other side so we were ok, we didn’t hear any noise.

The pool and outside are is great!.... I booked because I wanted 1 night out with my husband in Finns and the locations is simply 10/10 ... 9 minutes walking from hotel to pub. The food was also delicious and the staff super friendly

Onderhoud van het hele hotel is slecht. We vinden niet dat het 5 sterren waard is. We moeten in het begin borg geven, voor onze kamer die slecht onderhoudt is. De stopcontact vaalt uit de muur, de spiegel lijkt verroest, de sproeier bij de wc lekt, de afvoer van de wastafel en badkamer is niet goed, de zitbank is doorgezakt, de airconditioning buiten maakt zoveel lawaai dat we moeilijk kunnen inslapen.
