I had an amazing experience at M Village Ho Guom. The minimalist design is beautiful, the rooms are cozy and clean, and having access to a shared kitchen, lounge, and free laundry facilities was incredibly convenient. ​What truly set this stay apart was the extraordinary staff. I accidentally left my souvenirs in a driver's car, and the front desk team went above and beyond to help me. They patiently called the driver, translated the entire conversation for me. ​A fantastic location near Hoan Kiem Lake paired with truly caring hospitality. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Lage ist OK. In paar Gehminuten kann man die Altstadt erreichen. Personal wirklich sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber,

aber ziemlich klein. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit, kein TV und kein Kühlschrank was bei den Temperaturen nett wäre. Vielleicht wegen dem Platzmangel.

The location is great. It’s close enough to walk to old town and far enough to avoid the crowds. The staff are kind and helpful, and the room got cleaned everyday.

1. We booked a superior double room, but the room was right next to the laundry room with shared facilities. It was quite noisy. Thankfully, after reflecting the situation to the staff, we had a room arranged. 2. The bathroom emitted poor smell after showers.

Super Lage eigentlich direkt am Hoam Kiem See und nah bei der Altstadt. Sauberes Hotel (Zimmer, Bad) mit Gemeinschaftsküche, Workspace und gratis Waschmaschine und Trockner. Mein Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte kein Fenster, aber das wusste ich im Vorfeld und habe es auch so gebucht. Ging eigentlich recht gut ohne Fenster, vor allem weil die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels angenehm sind. Bettwäsche war sauber und Bett gemütlich. Ebenso die Handtücher.

Hatte einmal eine Baby-Kakerlake im Zimmer, war ein großer Schreck, weil ich mich vor Insekten extremst fürchte. Aber es war einmalig und ansonsten keine Insekten gesehen.

Le confort moderne de l hotel, l espace cuisine commune, les machines a laver a disposition des clients et surtout le personnel de l hotel très attentionne !

I thought the rooms were very small, we actually stayed in another M Village hotel just 5 minutes away after this stay and the rooms were at least double the size (for the same price) with a lot more facilities like a big swimming pool

1. Professionalism of the staff. No matter who is manning the front desk, the staff is always smiling and always ready to help with anything. On my first night, they even offered to change me to a bigger room since there is one vacant. After check out, they even helped me with my bags to my transport. 2. The bathroom is amazingly clean 3. There is dedicated floor with washer and dryer as well as communal fridge and electric stove. All these are offered without charge. 4. Location is very near to the lake.

There is no good view from the window although this is just a minor gripe and did not affect my stay at all.

The location is really great! The hotel is rather new and clean.

The room is just slightly bigger than the bed. I took a studio with a window but it absolutely doesn’t make any sense as the window is right opposite another building and we couldn’t open it. The shower was not that comfortable. Too overpriced!

the description in the pictures is seriously inconsistent with the actual condition of the hotel. The room is extremely small, there are mosquitoes, and it has an unpleasant smell.

Fantastic location - it's just 3 minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake and doesn't cost a fortune. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I am a fan of the shared workspace and communal kitchen/laundry concept.

The bathroom was a bit small, and the shower is right next to the door, so it's impossible not to get the door wet, and that causes the paint to peel in some areas.

Der Service war spitze. Wir kamen früh morgens in Hanoi an mit dem Zug, konnten unser Gepäck unterstellen und unser Zimmer war bereits um 10 statt um 14 Uhr fertig. Der Flug ging leider am nächsten Tag spät abends. Wir konnten das Gepäck wieder lagern, haben unsere Handtücher behalten und konnten vor Abflug noch duschen. WOW !

We ended up in a sister property on Tho Nhuom due to water damage at Ho Guom. The staff are exceptional.( i mean, exceptional) we were offered complimentary breakfast; the rooms are a good size. On site laundry facilities.

The property we were sent to was larger and busier than the hotel we booked. Despite the best efforts of the staff everything about M village Tho Nhuom was noisier. Construction site next door, pickleball courts across the road. Cigarette smokers also congregated under the rooms windows. It was also about a mile further from Hoan Kiem than we wanted to be. We are older so that extra walking matters.

Staff service is excellent and they attentive to customer need. Room is clean and looks new though abit small without table and chair but thats fine for me. Location is awesome, near to many cafes, uniqlo and 7-eleven. Walkable to Hanoi Quarter, about 30mins. Free laundry.

My stay at the M Village Hotel Hồ Gươm was amazing. They contacted me a day before to ask about my ETA. I'm not sure if this was the reason why I was able to check-in before the official check-in time but it was so great to have my room ready even though I arrived early afternoon. The room (206) itself was clean and beautiful. I think it looked exactly like in the pictures (which was my worry after seeing that that is an issue when booking hotels in Hanoi) and it was way bigger than I thought, including the bathroom! It really was a nice surprise. There is no fridge in the room but they do still provide you with some bottled water which is nice. I did end up using the communal fridge and there were no issues at all so I think missing the mini fridge is not a problem. The location is also super good! Hoan Kiem Lake is right around the corner and walking to the Old Quarter is very easy. And even though the streets are busy during the day time I was surprised that it did get quite quiet during night. Of course you could sometimes here some cars passing by but very rarely and it didn't bother me at all. If you are a light sleeper I do still recommend air plugs as there might be some noise coming from the hallways if other guests are being loud. But again, I only paid attention to this one time during my stay and it wasn't even that late into the night so I did get a very good sleep here. And the staff are incredible, absolutely blew me away. One night my food order was cancelled due to a sudden heavy rain that ended up lasting the whole night. I tried to ask the staff for any advice as at this point it was already way past midnight and I wasn't sure if I was able to order from anywhere anymore. Without hesitation the staff proceeds to give me his own snacks that he had brought for his shift. I was so touched by this as it was something I definitely didn't expect and it's something I'm so thankful for and will remember for a very long time.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Every issue was dealt with very professionally by the staff. Good location too.

the location was perfect and not noisy at night. the staff was very attentive and checked in if the stay was comfortable and addressed any issues promptly. the bed was comfortable and there was even washing machines and dryers for use on the 9th floor for free. it's just slightly outside of the walking street zone too so you won't get blocked getting to the hotel even on friday-sunday.

The reception staff are exceptional. Smooth check-in process and always greeted with a smile. I live the location as well as the young vibe of the place. If I get to return to Hanoi, will definitely consider booking again.

Just a bit of soundproofing from outside as well as the corridor. Also the hot shower seems to run out fast. No issues apart from these which can be ignored for the price.

One of our rooms air-condition was not functioning throughout our stay, Room 401. Something to do with how the system zones every 3 floors to one system. The room was also noisy as it faces the main road. The other room, 805 was strangely cold even when the air-condition was switched orr, System did not have a heater function (this was in Feb average temp 18-19C) Otherwise quite happy with the rooms.

The M Village is a new hotel in Hanoi. I really loved the room, it was very spacious. Also the location is great and near hotspot areas.

But some points need to be improved. The room is very large for an inner city hotel of this price category, but the bathroom situation (room 701) was really bad. 1) The window is not really closing (easy to fix) 2) There is no shower curtain and nearly no space between toilet and shower. So if you shower the room and toilet will be really wet (including toilet paper) We covered all in the cabinet based below the sink when showered. But it is not very convenient For the room a small fridge is missing and a safe - for both items there should be enough space in the room to integrate.
