Un accueil des plus chaleureux, un Riad authentique, intimiste et confortable. Nous avons également eu l’occasion de déguster un excellent repas et de même pour le petit déjeuner. Tout simplement parfait !

Only a 15 min walk to the main souks/restaurants - but the last 5 minutes around the riad did not have many tourists and it was a bit scary for a solo female traveller

The Riad is very beautiful and just like in the pictures. The breakfast was nice, and the staff helpful and kind. What was nice is the cats staying in the Riad! The rooftop was especially beautiful with a nice area for sunbathing.

The area surrounding the Riad is not so nice, and it's a bit more far away from the souks. Also in the area there is not restaurants - the nearest was about a 10min walk away. The bathroom was a bit dark and we also didn't have a lock in the door.

A peaceful place to escape the busyness of city life. The hotel was beautifully decorated and very tastefully created a really nice place to stay. The roof terrace is great and has lots of space for relaxing. The AC was a nice touch after a hot day exploring, they even provide a hair dryer and straighteners on the room

One night there was as guests chatting near the pool until 1am so didn't get much sleep that night, the other two nights were quiet and peaceful. I was very disappointed in the gulten free breakfast I asked on advance and the hotel said it was fine but when I arrived they knew nothing of my allergy. I was given an okay breakfast (eggs, onion, tomato and fruits) on the first day but then on the second and third day I was given one egg, cucumber and melon. I was very hungry after breakfast and had to go out for food I was very disappointed with this. The staff also said I couldn't have a different breakfast from other guests which was abie confusing as they said they could cater for my allergy. Overall not a good start to the day!

Riad très agréable, au cœur de la médina et à 15-20 minutes de la place jemaa el fna. Personnel très attentionné et très bons petits dej faits maison. Belle décoration des parties communes et des chambres. A ne pas négliger, le riad offre des espaces agréables pour se pauser en fin de journée : le RDC avec la piscine et la terrasse sur le toit.

Peut être un peu loin de la place jemaa el fna, mais rien d'insurmontable Il faut marcher un peu pour trouver des restaurants le soir (le plus proche : l'andalusia à 8-10 minutes à pied, pas le meilleur resto testé lors de notre séjour).

Lieu vraiment splendide, fidèle aux photos. L’accueil était très très soigné. Le petit déjeuner très bon. Un expérience top.

Sì, va benissimo! È positiva, spontanea e dà informazioni utili. La renderei solo un po’ più fluida: Gli host sono super gentili e disponibili, e la struttura è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi dalla Medina. La colazione era favolosa, con tantissima varietà: tè buonissimo, frutta fresca, uova, pane e tanto altro! Ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

Todo estuvo genial, Hicham se portó de 10 con nosotros, nos ayudó en lo que necesitamos e incluso nos reservó y acompañó hasta el transfer que teníamos a las 4am, esperándonos a esa hora con un zumo de naranja y un café. El alojamiento es precioso, tiene un encanto especial, la piscina es preciosa, un plus en mitad del caos de las calles de Marrakech. Si volviese a Marrakech, sin duda repetiría este alojamiento. Lo recomiendo 100%. Muchas gracias por todo Hicham ☺️☺️.

Superbe expérience dans ce riad l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 18 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el Fna. Un grand merci à Hicham, un hôte très sympathique, accueillant et particulièrement attentionné aux détails. On se sent vraiment bien accueilli et pris en charge. Je recommande vivement ce riad pour un séjour à Marrakech !

Nous avons particulièrement aimé l’accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse du personnel, le délicieux petit déjeuner et l’attention portée aux clients. Un grand merci à Hicham et Saïd pour leur disponibilité et leur bienveillance !

The property was nicely decorated 15-20 walk from the Medina. It was nicely decorated and beautifully with everything you need. (Pool with water fall vibe, spa services and excellent dinner all very reasonable.

El riad es muy bonito y está superlimpio. Es un oasis de tranquilidad.

Lo que menos la ubicación. Nos costó encontrar, porque seguimos la dirección de booking y no la del Google maps. La de Google maps es correcta pero aún así no es fácil. Gracias a que el personal es muy amable, nos vino a buscar a un riad cercano.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad dada Messouda spa, everyone who worked there was so accommodating and lovely and made us feel right at home, there was always someone around to help if we needed. We checked in quite late at night and the night shift worker still welcomed us with tea and showed us around. The whole Riad was quite magical, beautiful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend. It can be a little hard to locate being in the old town, so I definitely recommend booking a transfer with the Riad as they will meet you where Cara stop and walk you to the accomodation.

Me he alojado en unos seis riads distintos y el desayuno aquí me pareció muy flojo, solamente habían panes típicos árabes, con mermelada amarga, miel, y el café y zumo. En cambio en otros lugares que me he hospedado te ponen además algún quesito, cosas dulces y huevos o tortilla, con lo que este podría mejorar. También está un poco alejado del centro

Υπέροχη φιλοξενία και εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Μείναμε για πέντε βράδια στο Riad Dada Messouda και όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Από την καθαριότητα και την όμορφη ατμόσφαιρα του riad μέχρι, κυρίως, τη φιλοξενία. Από την πρώτη στιγμή μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε πραγματικά σαν βασιλιάδες. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει στον Said, ο οποίος ήταν πάντα χαμογελαστός, ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Δύο ημέρες μάλιστα που έπρεπε να φύγουμε πολύ νωρίς το πρωί, φρόντισε να μας ετοιμάσει το πρωινό ώστε να το πάρουμε μαζί μας. Μια μικρή αλλά πολύ όμορφη κίνηση που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Αν θα μπορούσαμε να βελτιώσουμε κάτι, θα ήταν ίσως το πρωινό, με λίγο μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία και κάποια αλμυρή επιλογή. Βέβαια, αυτό είναι καθαρά προσωπική προτίμηση. Συνολικά, περάσαμε υπέροχα και φύγαμε με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκεφθεί το Μαρακές και θα χαρούμε πολύ να επιστρέψουμε!

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en el riad, era llegar y encontrabas la tranquilidad después del caos de la ciudad, sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos ahí. Las fotos son fieles a la realidad, trato super amable.

Se podía ir andando a todos lados y super cómodo, pero al ir en verano quizá por las altas temperaturas nos hubiera gustado estar mas cerca de la plaza jemaa el fna

Also erstens gab es superrrrrrr liebes Personal das uns sogar um 6 Uhr morgens Frühstück gemacht hat und uns mitgegeben für unseren Flug. Super unkompliziert haben uns auch einen Transfer organisiert und ein romantisches candle light dinner. Das Haus ist wunderschön und genau wie auf den Fotos mit einem Pool perfekt zum abkühlen nach der marokkanischen Hitze. 2 süße Hauskatzen hat es auch sowie eine tolle Dachterrasse. Insgesamt nur zu empfehlen absolut Peak Life🧞‍♂️🧞‍♂️1001 Nacht vibes durch und durch

O Riad é lindo, acolhedor, sossegado e limpinho. Os funcionários são de extrema atenção e simpatia, sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar, todos eles mas salientar aqui o Said que faz horário da noite até pós pequeno almoço que é mesmo de uma amabilidade incrível. Fizemos 2 refeições no Riad, um almoço e um jantar e estava tudo divinal!

O único ponto menos positivo é de facto o fraco pequeno almoço… nenhuma variedade, comemos todos dias apenas pão com manteiga e panquecas com mel e o sumo de laranja, chá ou café, nada mais… poderiam ter mais variedade, mais opções e era muito importante terem fruta já que no mercado existe imensas variedades de frutas. Mas é tudo tão positivo que até relevamos o pequeno almoço ser tão fraquinho, mas fica aqui a sugestão de aprimorarem a primeira refeição do dia.

La struttura è bellissima, la stanza è molto comoda anche se un po’ piccolina. C’è una piscina dove ci si può rilassare e un rooftop da cui vedere le stelle la notte. Il punto di forza è il personale. Sono super accoglienti e sempre sorridenti. Saed si è mostrato disponibile sempre ad aiutarci. La colazione top ♥️ consiglio vivamente.

La struttura si trova in una zona molto autentica e a volte siamo state importunate dalla gente del posto. Però poi abbiamo detto ciò che ci era successo ai proprietari della struttura e hanno chiesto a queste persone di non infastidirci più.

L'endroit est magnifique, mais de l'argent a été volé dans notre chambre. Après avoir retiré de l'argent à un distributeur, nous l'avions soigneusement rangé dans notre portefeuille, lui-même placé dans notre sac, puis dans notre valise sous nos vêtements, car il n'y avait pas de coffre-fort. À notre retour d'une excursion, nous avons remarqué que les billets avaient été réorganisés et qu'un billet de 100 dirhams avait disparu. Après avoir fouillé toute la chambre pendant une bonne demi-heure, nous avons signalé la situation au responsable, qui semblait prendre l'affaire au sérieux. Pourtant, le lendemain, nous avons découvert que nous devions nous-mêmes effectuer la déclaration, car rien n'avait été fait de son côté. L'hôtel nous a proposé une réduction de 10 € sur notre facture, soit l'équivalent de la somme volée. Lorsque nous avons indiqué que notre avis refléterait cette expérience, le responsable a finalement appelé la police et nous a menacés de retenir nos passeports si nous ne déposions pas plainte dans les 3 à 4 heures. Une expérience très stressante qui a gâché notre dernière soirée.

A lovely budget-friendly riad with a really authentic feel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and full of character, making it a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was also very good. It was a great stay and I’d happily recommend it for anyone looking for good value accommodation.

The only downsides were that it’s a little far from the souks, although the walk there takes you through interesting winding lanes that are enjoyable to explore. Also, missed breakfast one morning because no one was available on time to prepare it.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Dada Messouda. It's a beautiful, peaceful oasis and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. My mum and I stayed here for the final part of our trip, and it was the ideal place to unwind. We accidentally arrived a little earlier than check-in, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and happily looked after our bags so we could continue exploring the city. Everyone was warm, friendly, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The riad itself is stunning, with gorgeous views and a relaxing atmosphere. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Riad Dada Messouda to friends visiting Marrakech, and I'd happily stay here again.

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay to give my unconditional opinion. My Moroccan partner and I were prevented from staying at the accommodation because we didn't have marriage documentation, which is not the case. We had to leave to find another place after 8pm, tired and with luggage after a long trip, even though we had paid in full for the two-day stay well in advance. The price was non-refundable, as we had no intention of not staying there. Up to that point, everything was great and we were well received. However, when they asked for our documents and found out he was Moroccan, we were informed that we could not stay. There was no restriction mentioned anywhere. The Article 490 of the Penal Code and the old hotel restrictions were never applied in practice to non-Muslim foreign tourists. Couples from abroad have always been able to stay in the same room without question, especially in large hotel chains or tourist cities. If one of the partners is Moroccan: Although the document requirement has officially been dropped due to guidelines from the Ministry of Justice, the penal law against sex outside of marriage (Article 490) remains in force in the country. Because of this, some smaller, traditional, or more conservative hotels in non-touristy areas may still show resistance or try to apply their own rules for fear of local laws. End of requirement (May 2024): The Moroccan Minister of Justice, Abdellatif Ouahbi, publicly declared in Parliament that the requirement for a marriage certificate by hotels was illegal and an invasion of privacy, as there was no direct legal basis for such a requirement. Police Instructions: Shortly after this ministerial declaration, local authorities and the police formally notified hotels that they should no longer require marriage contracts to allow couples to stay. We tried to get another room but were told the room was full.

The riad was beautiful, and I spent hours choosing a location and a room that I liked before the trip.

Riad coloré, confortable et lumineux. Avec un personnel souriant et prévenant. Il y'a tout ce qu'il faut pour se détendre (piscine, transat, spa, etc...) Les chats sont des petits amours. Le repas au riad est aussi bon que copieux. Même si le riad est dans la médina, a l'intérieur nous restons au calme, isolés des bruits de la ville.

Le petit déjeuner est bon mais n'est pas suffisant. Peut être que quelques fruits seraient appréciables. La clim ne fonctionne pas très bien.

A perfect riad with great hosts , who couldn’t do enough for its clients , a great location in the medina for a slower pace of life in Marrakesh, it was so relaxed on an evening after my excursions I just chilled with a book by the pool or on the beautiful terrace drinking mint tea ,

Clean & comfy, very helpful kind staff. Nicely decorated bedroom in typical Riad style. Really convenient from a safe 24hr carpark, 3 min walk away, for 3euro a day! Very close to all the medina stalls & shops, restaurants etc. It’s a little haven in the mayhem of Marrakech.

Really hard to find… had to tip a small child to show us the way! (Maybe we were just stupid)

Beautiful rooftop, room and common area, warm hospitality, great breakfast. They also arranged transportation for from the airport to the riad (and vice versa). Made our stay very memorable. As two Canadians unaccustomed to the HOT Moroccan sun, we needed to take a break mid afternoon everyday, and it was so nice to come back to the Riad and take a dip in the pool or chill out on the rooftop.

Airco die helaas niet werkte, ze hebben hun best gedaan om het op te lossen, maar zonder resultaat. Geen drinkwater op de kamers, die flessen moesten we kopen. Daarnaast was onze kamer op de begane grond waardoor we tot middernacht wakker lagen van de Franse gasten die in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte met elkaar in gesprek waren.

Beautiful, the most instagrammable riad we’ve seen. The staff was exceptionally nice and attentive. We had dinner at the riad and it was our best tajine we had in Morocco.

Bathroom didn’t have a door, just a curtain. It was fine for us as bathroom was really beautiful. But could be a challenge for some. The biggest downside of this property is the location as you have to walk past a little dodgy area to get to the most touristic Medina.

Wunderschönes Riad, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders Hicham. Er spricht sehr gut Englisch und hat uns nützliche Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Auch das Essen war lecker. Einen Abend haben wir ein 3-Gänge-Menü bestellt, sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Ich fand die Umgebung anfangs unheimlich, sie ist aber sicher. Die Betten waren etwas hart, aber das waren sie in allen Hotels in Marokko.

One of the best experience in Marrakech! Hisham and the team are so warm welcoming, that you’re really feeling like you are at home. So peaceful, aesthetic and cozy at the same time. After the chaos of Marrakech streets, coming back there felt like a little hidden oasis. Delicious breakfast🫶🏻 Interior was beautiful in every detail, and the whole riad had this warm authentic Moroccan vibe that made me fall in love with the place even more 🤍 p.s. the best mint tea is here My highest recommendation!

A destacar la amabilidad de Hicham y de toda la familia que incluso nos cocinaron una noche al llegar muy cansados y sin ganas de salir. Es un lugar muy bonito y cómodo, con una decoración preciosa, un oasis en medio de la ajetreada Marrakech. Para tener en cuenta queda a 20 minutos de la plaza principal y no se puede acceder en coche

Après avoir séjourné dans plusieurs riads à Marrakech, celui-ci a été un véritable coup de cœur. Il est situé dans la médina, à environ 20 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna, mais la balade se fait très facilement et permet de profiter pleinement de l’ambiance de la ville. L’accueil a été absolument incroyable. Hicham est d’une grande gentillesse, tout comme l’ensemble du personnel. Je me suis sentie particulièrement bien accueillie et entourée tout au long de mon séjour. Les chambres sont très belles, décorées avec goût, et l’atmosphère du riad est à la fois chaleureuse et apaisante. On s’y sent vraiment bien, comme dans une bulle hors du temps. Je garde un très beau souvenir de ce séjour et je recommande sans hésiter !
